Abstract

The invention discloses a valerate diesel oil mixed fuel, which is prepared by mixing valerate and commercial diesel oil according to the following volume percentages: 1-30% of valerate and 70-99% of commercial diesel. The valerate is prepared by converting biomass cellulose, has a high combustion heat value, does not discharge harmful substances to the outside due to the fact that the valerate does not contain elements such as sulfur, nitrogen and the like, and can achieve the effects of energy conservation and emission reduction to a certain extent. The mixed fuel formed by adding the valerate into the commercial diesel oil can be kept stable and not layered for a long time, all technical indexes (intersolubility, low-temperature fluidity, flash point, density, distillation range, oxidation stability, antiknock property, corrosion resistance, vapor pressure and cetane number) reach the standard of the commercial diesel oil, the oil consumption and the oil consumption rate are equivalent to those of the original grade diesel oil, the product performance is stable, the diesel engine can stably work, and the safety and the anti-explosion property can meet the safety requirements of the vehicle fuel and can achieve the effects of energy conservation and emission reduction to a certain extent.

Description

Valerate diesel oil mixed fuel
Technical Field
The invention relates to a diesel oil mixed fuel, in particular to a valerate diesel oil mixed fuel, and belongs to the technical field of clean energy.
Background
The increasing exhaustion of coal, petroleum and other stone resources and the environmental deterioration caused in the use process become two major bottlenecks that restrict the sustainable development of human society and economy. The double problems of resources and environment greatly promote the research of people on the conversion and utilization of renewable biomass resources. Lignocellulose is the most abundant renewable organic carbon resource in nature and widely available. The lignocellulose mainly comprises three major parts, namely cellulose (30-50%), hemicellulose (20-40%) and lignin (10-20%). The method can obtain the valerate oil product for reducing the dependence of human beings on fossil energy and reducing CO emission through hemicellulose, cellulose and downstream C5 platform molecules of hydrolysis of the lignocellulose2Has very important significance.
The lignocellulose derived pentanoate does not contain sulfur and nitrogen elements, has better lubricity, and can be used as an oxygen-containing fuel to partially replace diesel. But at present, researches on the physicochemical properties of the oil products of the pentanoate compound diesel oil and the combustion and emission performances of the diesel oil on an internal combustion engine are few at home and abroad, and certain difficulty is caused to the popularization and the use of the liquid fuel.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a valerate diesel oil mixed fuel which is used for partially replacing diesel oil and improving an energy structure.
The valerate diesel oil mixed fuel is prepared by mixing valerate and commercial diesel oil. Wherein the pentanoate and the commercial diesel oil are mixed according to the following volume percentages: 1-30% of valerate and 70-99% of commercial diesel.
The pentanoate esters are: methyl n-valerate, ethyl n-valerate, n-propyl n-valerate, isopropyl n-valerate, n-butyl n-valerate, sec-butyl n-valerate, isobutyl n-valerate, tert-butyl n-valerate, methyl 2-methylbutyrate, ethyl 2-methylbutyrate, n-propyl 2-methylbutyrate, isopropyl 2-methylbutyrate, n-butyl 2-methylbutyrate, sec-butyl 2-methylbutyrate, isobutyl 2-methylbutyrate, tert-butyl 2-methylbutyrate, methyl 3-methylbutyrate, ethyl 3-methylbutyrate, n-propyl 3-methylbutyrate, isopropyl 3-methylbutyrate, n-butyl 3-methylbutyrate, sec-butyl 3-methylbutyrate, isobutyl 3-methylbutyrate, tert-butyl 3-methylbutyrate, methyl pivalate, ethyl pivalate, at least one of n-propyl pivalate, isopropyl n-pivalate, n-butyl pivalate, sec-butyl pivalate, isobutyl pivalate, tert-butyl pivalate, methyl levulinate, ethyl levulinate, n-propyl levulinate, isopropyl levulinate, n-butyl levulinate, sec-butyl levulinate, isobutyl levulinate, tert-butyl levulinate, or a mixture of two or more thereof.
The commercial diesel oil is commercially available diesel oil (including light diesel oil or heavy diesel oil) or base oil (including base oil of diesel oil-no blending agent is added after refining).
The valerate can be prepared by converting biomass cellulose, has a high combustion heat value, does not discharge harmful substances to the outside due to the fact that the valerate does not contain elements such as sulfur, nitrogen and the like, and can achieve the effects of energy conservation and emission reduction to a certain extent. The mixed fuel formed by adding the valerate into the commercial diesel oil can be kept stable and not layered for a long time, all technical indexes (intersolubility, low-temperature fluidity, flash point, density, distillation range, oxidation stability, antiknock property, corrosion resistance, vapor pressure and cetane number) reach the standard of the commercial diesel oil, the oil consumption and the oil consumption rate are equivalent to those of the original grade diesel oil, the product performance is stable, the diesel engine can stably work, the safety and the anti-explosion property can meet the safety requirement of the vehicle fuel, and meanwhile, a certain energy-saving and emission-reducing effect can be achieved to a certain extent.
