wherein the temperature of the feeding section of the parallel double-screw granulator is 150 ℃, the temperature of the machine body section is 155 ℃, and the temperature of the discharging section of the machine head is 160 ℃.

An agricultural mulching film weed control master batch is composed of the following raw materials: 10kg of refined metolachlor, 10kg of acetochlor, 3kg of pretilachlor, 56kg of linear polyethylene, 13kg of EVA, 3.5kg of stabilizer, 0.18kg of plasticizer, 0.65kg of antioxidant, 2.2kg of light stabilizer, 0.9kg of permanent red and 2.6kg of dispersant;
wherein the stabilizer is 8901 emulsifier;
the plasticizer is epoxy resin;
the antioxidant is antioxidant B225;
the light stabilizer is light stabilizer 622 and light stabilizer 783 which are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1: 1, mixing to obtain;
the dispersant is low molecular weight polyethylene wax.
Soaking a certain mass of the agroforestry weeding master batches of examples 1-6 and the agroforestry weeding master batches obtained in the comparative example in water at room temperature for 168 hours, taking out the agroforestry weeding master batches and standing the agroforestry weeding master batches at room temperature for drying for 48 hours, weighing and calculating the weight loss of the mulching film, wherein the weight loss is expressed by percentage, then continuously placing the agroforestry weeding master batches in water at room temperature for soaking for 168 hours, taking out the agroforestry weeding master batches and standing the agroforestry weeding master batches at room temperature for drying for 48 hours; the results are shown in Table 1.
The results in table 1 show that the agricultural mulching film weeding master batch has good slow release effect, and the agricultural mulching film weeding master batch has long weeding effect time and can exert the weeding effect in each stage of crops.
Claims (10)
1. An agricultural mulching film weed control master batch is characterized in that: the composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of a weed control agent, 50-60 parts of polyethylene, 10-15 parts of EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate), 2-5 parts of a stabilizer, 0.1-0.3 part of a plasticizer, 10-25 parts of a slow release agent, 0.5-1 part of an antioxidant, 1-3 parts of a light stabilizer, 0.5-1.5 parts of a colorant and 2-3 parts of a dispersing agent;
wherein the stabilizer is 8901 emulsifier;
the plasticizer is epoxy resin;
the slow release agent is talcum powder and/or nano calcium carbonate;
the antioxidant is antioxidant B215 and/or antioxidant B225;
the light stabilizer is one or two of light stabilizer 622, light stabilizer 944 or light stabilizer 783;
the dispersing agent is polyethylene wax.
2. The agricultural mulching film weeding master batch according to claim 1, wherein: the composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of a weed control medicament, 52-58 parts of polyethylene, 12-15 parts of EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate), 3-4 parts of a stabilizer, 0.1-0.2 part of a plasticizer, 15-20 parts of a slow release agent, 0.6-0.8 part of an antioxidant, 1.5-2.5 parts of a light stabilizer, 0.8-1.2 parts of a coloring agent and 2.4-2.8 parts of a dispersing agent.
3. The agricultural mulching film weeding master batch according to claim 1, wherein: the herbicide is one, two or three of s-metolachlor, acetochlor or pretilachlor.
4. The agricultural mulching film weeding master batch according to claim 1, wherein: the dispersing agent is low molecular weight polyethylene wax.
5. The agricultural mulching film weeding master batch according to claim 1, wherein: the polyethylene is linear polyethylene.
6. The agricultural mulching film weeding master batch according to claim 1, wherein: the colorant is a red, green or white pigment.
7. The agricultural mulching film weeding master batch according to claim 1, wherein: the light stabilizer is light stabilizer 622.
8. The agricultural mulching film weeding master batch according to claim 1, wherein: the slow release agent is nano calcium carbonate.
9. The preparation method of the agricultural mulching film weed-killing master batch of claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding 15-30 parts by weight of a herbicide and 50-60 parts by weight of polyethylene into a high-speed mixer, uniformly mixing, adding 10-15 parts by weight of EVA, 2-5 parts by weight of a stabilizer, 0.1-0.3 part by weight of a plasticizer, 10-25 parts by weight of a slow release agent, 0.5-1 part by weight of an antioxidant, 1-3 parts by weight of a light stabilizer, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a colorant and 2-3 parts by weight of a dispersant, continuously stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture, and extruding and granulating the mixture in a parallel double-screw granulator to obtain an agricultural mulching film weed control master batch;
wherein the stabilizer is 8901 emulsifier;
the plasticizer is epoxy resin;
the slow release agent is talcum powder and/or nano calcium carbonate;
the antioxidant is antioxidant B215 and/or antioxidant B225;
the light stabilizer is one or two of light stabilizer 622, light stabilizer 944 or light stabilizer 783;
the dispersing agent is polyethylene wax.
10. The preparation method of the mulching film weeding master batch according to claim 9, wherein the temperature of the feeding section of the parallel twin-screw granulator is 140-155 ℃, the temperature of the body section of the parallel twin-screw granulator is 150-170 ℃, and the temperature of the discharging section of the machine head of the parallel twin-screw granulator is 155-165 ℃.
