Comparing examples 1-12 with comparative examples 1-4, we can invent that each process step of the invention has an important impact on the performance of the sheet. The invention realizes a continuous one-step forming process by matching a plurality of process steps, the time consumption of the whole process steps is about 0.5h, and is about 48h compared with the time consumption of the existing coating, so that the coating time is greatly shortened. By comparing examples 7-12 with comparative examples, we can see that the influence of the use amounts of the PU paint and the UV varnish on the performance of the plate is large, and the use amounts of the PU paint and the UV varnish are too large or too small, so that the adhesion, high temperature resistance and temperature difference resistance of the plate prepared by the PU paint and the UV varnish are weakened. In conclusion, under the specific coating process conditions, the substrate is subjected to the early plasma spray gun treatment and the later process selection and optimization, so that the plate with better performance is prepared. Meanwhile, compared with the existing coating process, the coating process disclosed by the invention is short in time consumption in the whole process, low in VOC (volatile organic compound) emission and capable of realizing continuous one-step forming.
