Abstract
本发明提供一种利用文秋里原理调节呼吸机输出氧浓度的装置,包括文秋里管和浓度控制盘;文秋里管包括气体入口、喷嘴、侧口、气体出口;侧口位于文秋里管的喷嘴处,浓度控制盘设置在侧口处,与大气连通;浓度控制盘设有阀杆和分流片;分流片上设有气孔。转动阀杆时转动分流片,可调整空气吸入口的截面积,从而改变空气吸入流量。本发明不使用高压空气,只用一种高压氧气,能够改变输出气体的氧气浓度,具有结构简单、使用方便的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗设备制造技术领域,涉及一种呼吸机输出氧浓度调节装置,尤其是以文秋里阀为空氧混合装置的氧浓度调节装置。
背景技术
呼吸机在临床上主要用于治疗呼吸衰竭病人,其工作原理是利用高压气体强行辅助病人呼吸,病人吸入的气体氧浓度高低对治疗效果有直接影响,能够调节病人吸入气体的氧浓度意义重大。目前的技术是利用氧气和空气两种高压气体通过一个空氧混合装置改变两种气体的配比浓度达到输出气体的氧浓度可调,其前提条件是必需有两种高压气体——氧气和空气。
发明内容
本发明的目的针对现有的氧浓度调节装置必须使用两种高压气体的缺陷,提出一种利用文秋里阀调节呼吸机输出氧浓度的装置,可以有效地克服该缺陷。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种利用文秋里原理调节呼吸机输出氧浓度的装置,其特征在于:包括文秋里管和浓度控制盘;文秋里管包括气体入口、喷嘴、侧口、气体出口;侧口位于文秋里管的喷嘴处,浓度控制盘设置在侧口处,与大气连通;浓度控制盘设有阀杆和分流片;分流片上设有气孔。
本发明不使用高压空气,只用一种高压氧气,能够改变输出气体的氧气浓度,氧浓度可调范围37%~100%。具有结构简单、使用方便的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本发明包括文秋里管1和浓度控制盘6;文秋里管1包括:气体入口3、喷嘴2、侧口7、气体出口5。侧口7位于文秋里管1的喷嘴2处,侧口7设有浓度控制盘6,与大气入口4连通。浓度控制盘6设有阀杆9和分流片12,阀杆9通过螺钉10与阀体8连接,分流片12与阀体间设有密封圈11;阀体通过铆钉13与呼吸机锚固。分流片12上设有气孔,转动分流片12能够调整空气吸入口的截面积;转动阀杆9时转动分流片12,从而调整空气吸入口的截面积,改变空气吸入流量。
高压氧气从气体入口3进入文秋里管1,通过喷嘴2时产生负压;负压从侧口7吸入大气中的空气生成空气和氧气的混合气体,混合气体从气体出口5输出。浓度控制盘6用来控制吸入空气的流量,从而改变输出气体的氧气浓度。

1.一种利用文秋里原理调节呼吸机输出氧浓度的装置,其特征在于:包括文秋里管和浓度控制盘;文秋里管包括气体入口、喷嘴、侧口、气体出口;侧口位于文秋里管的喷嘴处,浓度控制盘设置在侧口处,与大气连通;浓度控制盘设有阀杆和分流片;分流片上设有气孔。
