Abstract
本实用新型提供一种高压氧舱内急救吸氧头罩多孔式吸排氧装置,安全可靠,使用方便。其包括氧源、缓冲湿化过滤器、气流导向阀箱、头罩、排氧流量计和供氧流量计,氧源与第1供氧管一端连接,第1供氧管另一端连接有缓冲湿化过滤器进氧端,缓冲湿化过滤器出氧端经第2供氧管连通气流导向阀箱供入端,头罩安装有排氧管以及进氧管,头罩内还设有排气管,排气管上设有多个排气孔,进氧管上端设置在气流导向阀箱吸气端,进氧管下端设置在头罩进气端,排氧管上端设置在气流导向阀箱呼气端,排氧管下端设置在头罩排气端,排气管两端经三通接头连接排氧管,排氧管上设置有排氧流量计。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种医疗辅助器械,具体涉及一种高压氧舱急救头罩多孔式吸排氧装置。
背景技术
[0002] 在高压氧治疗时,为了解决昏迷病人、婴幼儿、气管切开、呼吸微弱、呼吸动度小等问题,以往高压氧舱内均设有①“开放式”急救吸氧头罩或②“活瓣式”急救吸排氧头罩。上述两种急救吸氧头罩,在临床使用中都存在这样或那样的问题,达不到有效排氧的目的,其缺点和不足如下:
[0003] (I)用单独的供氧管路,经舱外集中控制台控制流量,舱内医务人员无法直接使用,需要供氧、停氧和调节供氧流量大小时,都要通过对讲机传送给舱外操舱人员来完成,造成使用不便,延误治疗,甚至造成供氧不足或供氧中断而延误治疗。
[0004] (2)开放式急救吸氧头罩,即废氧全部直接排入舱内,按每人10_15L/min的流量计算,每小时要有600-900L废氧排入舱内。
[0005] (3)活瓣式急救吸排氧头罩,即废氧部分排出舱外,部分排入舱内。上述两种急救吸氧头罩由于排氧不好,不仅污染了舱内空气,还致使舱内氧浓度逐渐升高,增加了易燃危险。
[0006] (4)急救吸氧阀位固定单一,并与呼吸机及呼吸气囊无法连接使用。由于氧气截止阀接头固定单一,吸气管及面罩又连为一体,造成使用不便,无法同时进行多人吸氧抢救。在开展手术及抢救无自主呼吸的病人时,无法连接使用呼吸机及手动呼吸气囊,使抢救工作受限。
[0007] (5)氧气未经湿化过滤,易造成呼吸道粘膜干燥,甚至毛细血管破裂,同时出现咳嗽、痰液粘稠及合并感染,不适用于肺部感染、气管切开及危重病人的抢救。
[0008] 2005年新的氧舱标准发布,现在用氧舱都要进行改造,达到国标验收合格后方可使用。我们在检查中发现,常规高压氧治疗吸排氧装置,设计合理,吸排氧阻力及吸排氧效果好,均达到国标要求。但好多单位舱内氧浓度升高的原因,都是因急救吸氧头罩,排氧方法不得力而造成的。根据《医用空气加压舱》(GB/T12130-2005)国标要求舱内氧浓度不大于23%,但在舱容小、舱内头罩多的情况下,很难控制在23%以下。
实用新型内容
[0009] 本实用新型目的是提供一种高压氧舱内急救吸氧头罩多孔式吸排氧装置,较好的解决了排氧问题,达到了安全可靠,使用方便。

[0011] 一种高压氧舱急救头罩多孔式吸排氧装置,包括氧源、缓冲湿化过滤器、气流导向阀箱、头罩、排氧流量计和供氧流量计,氧源与第I供氧管一端连接,第I供氧管另一端连接有缓冲湿化过滤器进氧端,缓冲湿化过滤器出氧端经第2供氧管连通气流导向阀箱供入端,头罩安装有排氧管以及进氧管,头罩周边设有排气管,排气管上设有多个排气孔,进氧管上端设置在气流导向阀箱吸气端,进氧管下端设置在头罩进气端,排氧管上端设置在气流导向阀箱呼气端,排氧管下端设置在头罩排气端,排气管两端经三通接头连接排氧管,排氧管上设置有排氧流量计。
[0012] 上述高压氧舱急救头罩多孔式吸排氧装置中,头罩材质为有机玻璃。
[0013] 本实用新型的有益效果:通过排氧流量计和供氧流量计控制,使排氧流量大于进氧流量,解决急救头罩排氧问题;加入缓冲湿化过滤器,使氧气经过湿化更加舒适保持了恒定的供氧流量,不会造成供氧中断,并通过水花而观察供氧流量大小。

[0020] 打开氧源I,经供氧流量计3调节流量,经缓冲湿化过滤器4,对较干燥的氧气进行加湿和过滤,再通过气流导向阀箱6供入头罩。病人呼出的废气通过排氧孔10经排气管9进入排氧管12后排入气流导向阀箱6排至室外。

1.一种高压氧舱急救头罩多孔式吸排氧装置,其特征在于:包括氧源(I)、缓冲湿化过滤器(4)、气流导向阀箱(6)、头罩(8)、排氧流量计(13)和供氧流量计(3),氧源(I)与第I供氧管(2)—端连接,第I供氧管(2)另一端连接有缓冲湿化过滤器(4)进氧端,缓冲湿化过滤器(4)出氧端经第2供氧管(5)连通气流导向阀箱(6)供入端,头罩(8)安装有进氧管(7)及排氧管(12),头罩(8)周边设有排气管(9),排气管(9)上设有多个排气孔(10),进氧管(7)上端设置在气流导向阀箱(6)吸气端,进氧管(7)下端设置在头罩(8)进气端,排氧管(12)上端设置在气流导向阀箱(6)呼气端,排氧管(12)下端设置在头罩(8)排气端,排气管(9)两端经三通接头(11)连接排氧管(12),排氧管(12)上设置有排氧流量计(13)。
