To further illustrate the beneficial effects of the present invention, a similar preparation method to that of example 1 was employed, and this comparative example differed from example 1 only in that: in this comparative example, speranskia herb was not used.

To further illustrate the beneficial effects of the present invention, a similar preparation method to that of example 1 was employed, and this comparative example differed from example 1 only in that: the comparative example did not use Lycopodium clavatum and Eupatorium japonicum.
In order to further illustrate the beneficial effects of the present invention, the skin irritation of the Chinese medicinal massage cream obtained in the above examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 was tested: selecting 40 mice with the weight of 200-250 g, randomly dividing into 8 groups, removing hairs on two sides of the spine of the animal by a clipper, respectively and uniformly smearing the Chinese medicinal massage cream obtained in the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-3 on the skin surface of the mice for 5 days continuously, and observing the skin reaction. As can be seen by observation, the skin of the mice has no abnormal phenomena such as redness, rash, swelling and the like, namely no skin irritation symptom.
In order to further illustrate the beneficial effects of the invention, clinical tests are carried out on 320 patients, 188 female patients, 132 male patients and 31-58 years old, the patients are all in long-term work on desk and have aching pain in neck, waist or back muscles, the patients are randomly divided into 8 groups, 40 patients in each group take the medicine for 7 days, the patients can stop taking the medicine during the test period, and the treatment mode is as follows: applying proper amount of massage cream on the affected part, performing massage until the medicine disappears basically, repeating the operation once again, and performing massage with mild, fast and mild effects mainly for eliminating the error caused by variation of the manipulation. The drugs and other therapies with the functions of diminishing inflammation, relieving pain and assisting should be stopped within 10-20 minutes according to the affected part.
The criteria for efficacy assessment are as follows:
(1) and (3) healing: after treatment, the main symptoms and physical signs disappear completely, and all examination results reach the level of normal people;
(2) the effect is shown: the main symptoms and physical signs are obviously recovered or improved;
(3) the method has the following advantages: the main symptoms and physical signs are relieved or improved to different degrees;
(4) and (4) invalidation: the main symptoms and signs were not significantly changed or aggravated.
The therapeutic effect is shown in table 1.

The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, but the present invention is not limited to the described embodiments. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, and the scope of protection is still within the scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. The traditional Chinese medicine combined massage cream for promoting blood circulation, removing obstruction in channels, relieving pain and diminishing inflammation is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 5-20% of traditional Chinese medicine extract, 1-3% of piroxicam powder, 0.1-0.5% of heating agent and the balance of matrix; the traditional Chinese medicine extract is prepared from the following raw material medicines in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of lycopodium clavatum, 10-30 parts of garden balsam stem, 10-30 parts of herba lycopi, 10-30 parts of motherwort and 30-100 parts of water.

The traditional Chinese medicine combined massage cream for promoting blood circulation, removing obstruction in channels, relieving pain and diminishing inflammation according to claim 1, is characterized in that the traditional Chinese medicine extract is prepared from the following raw material medicines in parts by weight: 20 parts of common clubmoss herb, 20 parts of garden balsam stem, 20 parts of hiraute shiny bugleweed herb, 20 parts of motherwort herb and 60 parts of water.

The traditional Chinese medicine combined massage cream for promoting blood circulation, removing obstruction in channels, relieving pain and diminishing inflammation according to claim 1, which is characterized in that the traditional Chinese medicine extract is prepared by adopting the following method: pulverizing lycopodium clavatum, speranskia herb, herba lycopi and motherwort herb, mixing with water, adding into a closed container, heating to 90-100 ℃, preserving heat for 30-120 min, and filtering to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine extract.
4. The traditional Chinese medicine combined massage cream for promoting blood circulation, removing obstruction in channels, relieving pain and diminishing inflammation according to claim 1, wherein the heat-generating agent is vanillyl butyl ether.

The traditional Chinese medicine combined massage cream for promoting blood circulation, removing obstruction in channels, relieving pain and diminishing inflammation according to claim 1, wherein the matrix comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-20% of beeswax, 5-15% of vaseline, 15-30% of a humectant, 12-20% of an emulsifier, 1-5% of a conditioner, 1-5% of a thickening agent, 0.1-1% of a preservative, 0.1-1% of an essence and the balance of water.

The massage cream with combination of traditional Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation, dredging collaterals, relieving pain and diminishing inflammation as claimed in claim 5, wherein the humectant is selected from any one or more of glycerol, propylene glycol, butylene glycol and sodium hyaluronate.

The massage cream with combination of traditional Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation, dredging collaterals, relieving pain and diminishing inflammation as claimed in claim 5, wherein the emulsifier is selected from glyceryl stearate, potassium stearate, cetostearyl alcohol, C12-20Alkyl glucoside and sodium dodecyl sulfate.
8. The traditional Chinese medicine combination massage cream for promoting blood circulation, removing obstruction in channels, relieving pain and diminishing inflammation according to claim 5, wherein the conditioner is squalane.
9. The massage cream with combination of traditional Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation, dredging collaterals, relieving pain and diminishing inflammation as claimed in claim 5, wherein the thickener is selected from any one or more of xanthan gum, arabic gum and carrageenan.
10. The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine combined massage cream for promoting blood circulation, removing obstruction in channels, relieving pain and diminishing inflammation according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: mixing the Chinese medicinal extract, piroxicam powder, exothermic agent and matrix, and stirring to obtain Chinese medicinal massage cream.
