Abstract
数控机床(10)的故障诊断信息库(201)的生成方法和装置,用以方便地提供全面的故障诊断的信息。该方法包括:设置数控机床(10)的故障条件(202)(S201),在设置的每一种故障条件(202)下运行所述数控机床(10)的仿真模型(207)以产生一条故障(203)(S202),并记录故障(203)的故障现象(204),回溯产生每一种故障现象(204)的可能的故障(203),以建立该故障现象(204)与产生该故障现象(204)的可能的故障(203)之间的关联关系(S203);根据建立的关联关系生成所述数控机床(10)的故障诊断信息库(201)(S204)。由于运行的是数控机床(10)的仿真模型(207),这样就可以方便地设置各种故障条件(202)。通过该方法建立的故障诊断信息库(201)具有故障情况覆盖全面,故障诊断信息丰富的优点。基于这样的故障诊断信息库(201)进行故障诊断的结果更准确。
