The operation selection screen is used for displaying when the salesperson enters the system and enabling the salesperson to select the operation to be executed next so as to enter the function screen corresponding to each operation.
The customer information input screen is displayed when the salesperson receives a customer so that the salesperson inputs customer information.
When the salesperson checks the follow-up task, the to-be-follow-up task list screen displays all to-be-completed follow-up tasks received from the platform server 1, so that the salesperson checks or inputs completion information and performs confirmation operation after selection. Meanwhile, the to-be-followed task list screen further includes a dialect display portion, and when the salesperson completes the to-be-followed task, the dialect display portion displays the corresponding communication reference information retrieved by the dialect template storage portion 215 according to the intention vehicle type and purchase intention of the customer corresponding to the to-be-followed task. Meanwhile, the to-be-followed task list screen also has an offer registration section for letting the salesperson input the client offer information, and the salesperson can issue a shop offer to the client as appropriate when completing the follow-up task, and after the offer is successful, the client offer information is input in the offer registration section.
The return visit task list screen is used for displaying all the return visit tasks to be completed received from the platform server 1 when the salesperson checks the return visit task, so that the salesperson can check or input completion information and confirm the completion information after selecting the return visit task.
The customer list display screen is used for displaying a customer information list received from the platform server 1 and used for the salesperson to check the customer to which the salesperson is received, the customer information list briefly displays the name, the contact and the purchase intention of the customer in the form of a list, and the salesperson can check the specific customer information of the customer by selecting a certain customer to enter the customer information display screen.
In this embodiment, each entry of the customer list display screen further has a message sending operation section, and the salesperson can select a certain customer through the message sending operation section to enter the message template editing screen to send a message to the customer. In other embodiments, the salesperson may also select a customer on the customer list display and make a direct telephone contact with the customer.
The customer information display screen is used for displaying all customer information of the customers for the salesperson to view after the salesperson selects a certain customer, and the salesperson can select to modify the information so as to enter the customer information modification screen.
And the customer information changing picture is used for displaying to ensure that the salesperson edits and confirms the customer information after the salesperson selects to change the customer information.
The message template editing screen is used for displaying a message to be sent received from the platform server 1 after a salesperson selects a certain client to send the message through the message sending operation part, so that the salesperson edits the message to be sent or confirms to send the message.
The sales-side input display unit 212 is used for displaying the above-mentioned screens, so that the sales staff can perform corresponding human-computer interaction through the screens.
The communication generating part 214 generates communication reference information corresponding to the customer according to the intention vehicle type and the purchase intention, and the communication reference information is used for providing information support for the communication between the salesperson and the customer, including the customer information and the vehicle type information. For example, the communication reference information generated by a male client named "AB" who pays attention to the vehicle type "CD" is … … in the content of "respected mr. AB. Thank you to visit the local store, the CD of your attention is … …, the model is … … ".
The dialect template storage unit 215 stores the communication reference information generated by the dialect generation unit 214 and the corresponding customer information, and provides the corresponding communication reference information to the customer corresponding to the task selected by the salesperson in the dialect display unit.

The account management screen is used for allowing the operator to manage the account of the salesperson through the screen, and the account includes sales identification information of the salesperson, a work place (for example, a shop name of a working 4S shop) and salesperson information (for example, personal information such as name and sex) stored in the platform server 1. In this embodiment, the sales identification information is a phone number bound to the salesperson, and the salesperson can complete the account login operation through the phone number and the verification code sent by the request platform server 1. In other embodiments, the sales identifying information may also be the ID or user name of the sales person.
The push content editing screen is used for an operator to perform an operation of editing the push content through the screen, and the edited and confirmed push content is transmitted to the platform server 1 and stored in the push content storage unit 111.
The operation-side input display unit 312 is used to display the screens, so that the operator can perform appropriate human-computer interaction through the screens.
Fig. 5 is a flow chart of a reception and return visit service according to an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the process is a flow of receiving a car-purchasing client and completing a return visit task when a salesperson uses the car sales system of this embodiment, and includes the following steps:
step S1-1, the sales side input display section 211 displays a customer information input screen for the salesperson to input customer information including personal information and interest information of the customer who purchased the vehicle, and then proceeds to step S1-2;

in step S1-4, the sales service control section 112 controls the intention vehicle type matching section 114 to match at least one intention vehicle type that the customer wants to purchase, based on the plurality of customer tags generated in step S1-3, and controls the purchase intention analysis determination section 115 to determine the purchase intention of the customer for each intention vehicle type, based on the plurality of customer tags generated in step S1-3 and the intention vehicle type matched by the intention vehicle type matching section 114, and then proceeds to step S1-5;
in step S1-5, the sales service control section 112 controls the customer status setting section 121 to set the service status corresponding to the customer information transmitted in step S1-2 to be backvisited, and then proceeds to step S1-6;
in step S1-6, the sales service controller 112 controls the customer information storage 116 to store the customer information received in step S1-2, the sales identification information of the salesperson who received the customer, the customer label set in step S1-3, the intention vehicle type and purchase intention set in step S1-4, and the service status set in step S1-5 in association with each other, and then proceeds to step S1-7;
step S1-7, the sales service control part 112 controls the task generating part 124 to generate the return visit task that the customer first arrived at the store as the return visit task to be completed and sets the completion time limit of the return visit task to be completed according to the predetermined return visit time limit, controls the task storing part 125 to correspondingly store the return visit task to be completed, the completion time limit and the sales identification information, and then proceeds to step S1-8;
step S1-8, the sales service control section 112 controls the platform side communication section 132 to send the return visit task to be completed, generated in step S1-7, to the sales terminal 2, and then proceeds to step S1-9;
step S1-9, the sales terminal 2 stores the return visit tasks to be completed sent in step S1-8 to local, displays a return visit task list screen by the sales side input display part 212, displays all local return visit tasks to be completed in the screen for the sales staff to view, and then proceeds to step S1-10;
step S1-10, after completing the return visit task, the salesperson selects the completed task in the return visit task list screen to make the sales side input display part 212 display the detailed task information of the task and input the related completion information of the task therein, and then proceeds to step S1-11;
step S1-11, after confirmation of the salesperson, the sales-side communication part 213 transmits the relevant completion information input in step S1-10 to the platform server 1, and then proceeds to step S1-12;
at step S1-12, the sales service control unit 112 controls the task status setting unit 126 to set the return visit task to be completed corresponding to the relevant completion information transmitted at step S1-11 as the completed return visit task, controls the task storage unit 125 to store the task, further controls the client status setting unit 121 to set the service status of the corresponding client of the return visit task as to be followed, and then proceeds to step S1-13;
in step S1-13, the sales service control unit 112 controls the follow-up frequency analysis setting unit 122 to analyze the purchase intention of the customer set to be followed in step S1-12 and set the follow-up frequency, controls the follow-up frequency storage unit 123 to store the contact information, follow-up frequency, and sales identification information of the customer in association with each other, and the push service control unit 117 controls the push frequency setting unit 122 to set the push frequency of the push information to the customer according to the purchase intention of the model of the customer set to be followed in step S1-12, and then the step ends.
In this embodiment, after the reception and return visit service process is finished, the automobile sales system 100 performs a follow-up service process and a push service process on the client.
FIG. 6 is a flow diagram of a follow-up service of an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, after the reception and return visit service flow is completed, the sales service control unit 112 controls the components related to the follow-up service to periodically generate a follow-up task for the vehicle-purchasing client, and the following steps are performed:
step S2-1, the sales service control section 112 controls the task generating section 124 to generate a follow-up task as a to-be-completed follow-up task according to the follow-up frequency generated in step S1-13 and sets a completion deadline of the to-be-completed follow-up task according to the follow-up frequency, controls the task storage section 125 to correspondingly store the to-be-completed follow-up task, the completion deadline, and the sales identification information, and then proceeds to step S2-2;
step S2-2, the sales service control section 112 controls the platform-side communication section 132 to send the to-be-completed follow-up task generated in step S2-1 to the sales terminal 2, and then proceeds to step S2-3;
step S2-3, the sales terminal 2 stores the to-be-completed follow-up task sent in step S2-2 to the local, displays a to-be-followed task list screen by the sales side input display part 212, displays all local to-be-completed follow-up tasks in the screen for the sales staff to view, and then proceeds to step S2-4;
step S2-4, after completing the task to be followed, the salesperson selects the completed task from the list of task to be followed to let the sales side input display part 212 display the detailed task information of the task and input the completion information related to the task therein, and then proceeds to step S2-5;
step S2-5, after confirmation of the salesperson, the sales-side communication part 213 transmits the relevant completion information input in step S2-4 to the platform server 1, and then proceeds to step S2-6;
in step S2-6, the sales service control unit 112 controls the task state setting unit 126 to set the to-be-completed follow-up task corresponding to the relevant completion information transmitted in step S2-5 as the completed follow-up task, controls the task storage unit 125 to store the task, and then ends the process.
After the completion of step S2-6, the sales service control section 112 executes step S2-1 and the subsequent steps again in accordance with the follow-up frequency of the customer.
Fig. 7 is a flow chart of a push service of an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, after the reception and return visit service process is finished, the push service control unit 117 controls the components related to the push service to perform the push service on the vehicle purchasing client, and the steps are as follows:
in step S3-1, the push service control unit 117 controls the push content filtering unit 125 to filter out, from the push contents stored in the push content storage unit 123, push contents related to the intended vehicle type of the customer set to be followed in step S1-10, and then proceeds to step S3-2;
in step S3-2, the push service control unit 117 controls the push information generation unit 120 to generate the vehicle type push information including the push content screened in step S3-1 and the sales identification information, and then proceeds to step S3-3;
in step S3-3, the push service controller 117 controls the platform-side communicator 132 to transmit the vehicle type push information to the corresponding customer based on the push frequency set in step S1-13 and the contact information of the customer, and the process is terminated.
In other embodiments, the customer may go to the store again when the service status is to be followed, and after the customer is taken by the salesperson, the service status of the customer is changed to be revisited and a corresponding revisiting task is generated, and the subsequent process is the same as the revisiting service process and is not described here.
Examples effects and effects
According to the automobile sales system provided by the embodiment, personal information and interest information of a customer are collected, the customer information is analyzed, so that the customer tag generating part sets tags for the customer, and then the intention vehicle type and the purchase intention of the customer are set according to potential contact among the tags, so that the understanding of the vehicle purchasing tendency of the customer is improved, the introduction content related to the vehicle type is regularly pushed to the customer according to the intention vehicle type and the purchase intention of the customer, and the customer is helped to know the information related to the intention vehicle type so as to make the customer know the vehicle purchasing idea clearly; the customer label can also enable the salesperson to better master the psychological state and the intention of the customer to purchase the car, and the communication efficiency between the salesperson and the customer is improved.
In this embodiment, the follow-up frequency analyzing and setting unit analyzes and sets the follow-up frequency according to the purchase intention of the customer, and the follow-up task generated according to the follow-up frequency is helpful for the salesperson to better grasp the frequency of contacting the customer, thereby avoiding the frequent contact from causing the customer boredom or otherwise causing the customer loss.
In this embodiment, the communication reference information generated by the dialect generating unit according to the intended vehicle type and the purchasing intention of the customer provides a reference to communication contents and language when the salesperson communicates with the vehicle purchasing customer, and also provides necessary information of the vehicle type that the customer may pay attention to, thereby avoiding omission or missing of the salesperson in sales communication. The method also has a certain guiding function for novices in salesmen.
In this embodiment, the task generating unit generates a return visit task after receiving a customer each time to allow a salesperson to contact the customer to know customer feelings during the receiving, thereby helping the salesperson to know customer experiences better.
In this embodiment, the customer list screen is displayed on the input display portion of the sales side, so that the sales staff can better check the customer condition of the customer in charge of reception, and further, the sales staff can manually change the customer information on the customer information change screen, and meanwhile, the problem of wrong customer state caused by some accidents is avoided.
In the embodiment, the message template corresponds to the intention vehicle type and the purchase intention of the customer, and the message template generating part can generate the message template to be sent according to the label of the customer and the message template, so that the message sending operation part provides a quicker message sending service for the salespersons, and the process of editing the message by the salespersons is avoided; and the system supports the direct transmission of the message to the client, reduces the operation of the salesperson in the message transmission process, and improves the working efficiency of the salesperson.
In this embodiment, the platform operating terminal enables the operator to edit and update the push content through the displayed push content editing screen, so as to update the relevant information of the vehicle type on sale in time, and enable the vehicle purchasing customer who pays attention to the vehicle type to know the detailed introduction information and data information of the vehicle purchasing customer in time.

a platform server held by a platform service provider who performs car sales management; and
a plurality of sales terminals communicatively connected to the platform server and held by sales persons having different sales identification information,
wherein the platform server comprises a push content storage unit, a sales service control unit, a customer tag generation unit, an intention vehicle type analysis matching unit, a purchase intention analysis determination unit, a customer information storage unit, a push service control unit, a push frequency setting unit, a push content selection unit, a push information generation unit, and a platform-side communication unit,
the sales terminal has a sales side screen storage part, a sales side input display part and a sales side communication part,
the push content storage part stores preset push content,
the sales-side screen storage section stores a customer information input screen,
the sales side input display part displays the customer information input screen to allow sales personnel to input customer information including contact information, personal information and interest information of customers,
the sales-side communication section transmits the customer information and the corresponding sales identification information to the platform server once the salesperson determines the input contents,
the sales service control unit controls the customer tag generation unit to generate a plurality of customer tags based on the received customer information, controls the intention model analysis matching unit to analyze and match at least one intention model that the customer may purchase based on the plurality of customer tags, controls the purchase intention analysis determination unit to analyze and determine a purchase intention of the customer for the intention model based on the plurality of customer tags and the intention model, and further controls the customer information storage unit to store the customer information, the customer tags, the sales identification information, the intention model, and the corresponding purchase intention in association with each other,
the push service control part controls the push frequency setting part to set a corresponding push frequency according to the purchase intention of the intention vehicle type, controls the push content screening part to screen out related push contents corresponding to the intention vehicle type, controls the push information generating part to generate vehicle type push information containing the screened push contents and the sales identification information, and further controls the platform side communication part to send the related vehicle type push information to a corresponding client according to the push frequency and the contact information of the client.
2. The automobile sales system of claim 1, wherein:
wherein the platform server further comprises a client state setting unit, a follow-up frequency analyzing unit, a follow-up frequency storage unit, a task generating unit, a task storage unit, and a task state setting unit,
the sales-side screen storage section further stores a to-be-followed task list screen,
the sales service control unit controls the customer information storage unit to store the customer information, controls the customer state setting unit to set the service state of the customer to follow up, controls the follow-up frequency analysis setting unit to analyze and set the follow-up frequency of the customer according to the purchase intention of the customer, controls the follow-up frequency storage unit to store the contact information and the follow-up frequency of the customer in association with the corresponding sales identification information, controls the task generation unit to generate a follow-up task as a to-be-completed follow-up task according to the follow-up frequency, controls the task storage unit to store the to-be-completed follow-up task and the corresponding sales identification information, and further controls the platform-side communication unit to transmit the to-be-completed follow-up task to the sales terminal,
the sales side input display part displays the list picture of the tasks to be followed and displays the tasks to be followed received from the platform server in the picture so that the sales staff can select the tasks to be followed which need to be performed, and further displays the task information of the tasks to be followed after the sales staff selects one task to be followed so that the sales staff can input the relevant completion information of the tasks to be followed and confirm the completion of the tasks,
once the salesperson confirms the completion of the to-be-completed follow-up task, the sales-side communication section transmits completion information of the to-be-completed follow-up task to the platform server,
the sales service control part controls the task state setting part to set the to-be-completed follow-up task corresponding to the received completion information as a completed follow-up task, the task generating part generates a new to-be-completed follow-up task according to the follow-up frequency and controls the task storage part to store the new to-be-completed follow-up task and corresponding sales identification information, and further controls the platform side communication part to send the new to-be-completed follow-up task to the sales terminal.

and the sales side input display part displays the corresponding communication reference information on the speech display part according to the client corresponding to the follow-up task when the salesperson selects the to-be-completed follow-up task required to be performed.

once the salesperson confirms the completion of the return visit task to be completed, the sales-side communication part sends the completion information of the return visit task to be completed to the platform server,

the push service control part controls the push content storage part to store the received push content.
