Claims (10)

1. A method of problem feedback, the method comprising:
when a problem feedback instruction input by a user is detected, outputting an information type selection prompt, wherein the information type selection prompt is used for prompting the user to select the information type of the multimedia information;
when an instruction input by a user and used for indicating selection of the information type is detected, controlling the electronic equipment to be in an operation mode corresponding to the information type, and executing acquisition operation corresponding to the information type on a current display interface on a display screen of the electronic equipment in the operation mode to obtain multimedia information;
When the text information matched with the multimedia information and input by a user is detected, recognizing proper nouns in the text information through a semantic recognition technology; identifying adjectives corresponding to the proper nouns in the text information; determining an image area corresponding to the proper noun from the multimedia information; embedding adjectives corresponding to the proper nouns into the image area to obtain target multimedia information; packaging the target multimedia information and the text information to obtain problem feedback information;
and uploading the problem feedback information to a server corresponding to the electronic equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the obtaining the multimedia information and before the identifying proper nouns in the text information by semantic recognition technology when the text information matching the multimedia information input by the user is detected, the method further comprises:
storing the multimedia information, and outputting a feedback interface and feedback prompt information, wherein the feedback prompt information is used for prompting a user to input text information matched with the multimedia information on the feedback interface;
And when a completion instruction input by a user is detected, acquiring the text information through the feedback interface.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after the obtaining the problem feedback information, the method further comprises:
outputting uploading inquiry information, wherein the uploading inquiry information is used for inquiring whether a user uploads the problem feedback information;
and deleting the stored multimedia information when detecting an instruction which is input by a user and is used for indicating to cancel uploading the problem feedback information.
4. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein, when a user-entered question feedback instruction is detected, before outputting the information type selection prompt, the method further comprises:
when a problem of the electronic equipment in the operation process is detected, outputting problem feedback prompt information, wherein the problem feedback prompt information is used for prompting a user to feed back the problem of the electronic equipment through a problem feedback key preset by the electronic equipment;
and when the problem feedback key is detected to be triggered, determining that a user input problem feedback instruction is detected.

The method according to claim 4, wherein the information type of the multimedia information at least includes a picture type and/or a video type, and when an instruction input by a user for indicating selection of the information type is detected, controlling the electronic device to be in an operation mode corresponding to the information type, and executing an acquisition operation corresponding to the information type for a current display interface on a display screen of the electronic device in the operation mode, to obtain the multimedia information, including:
When an instruction input by a user and used for indicating selection of the picture type is detected, controlling the electronic equipment to be in a silent mode corresponding to the picture type, executing screenshot operation corresponding to the picture type for a current display interface on a display screen of the electronic equipment in the silent mode, obtaining an interface image containing problems occurring in the electronic equipment, and determining the interface image as multimedia information;
and/or when detecting an instruction input by a user and used for indicating to select the video type, controlling the electronic equipment to be in a screen recording mode corresponding to the video type, and executing recording operation corresponding to the video type on a current display interface on a display screen of the electronic equipment in the screen recording mode, wherein the content output by the current display interface comprises problems occurring in the electronic equipment; when a recording stopping instruction input by a user is detected, the electronic equipment is controlled to close the recording mode, a target video recorded by the electronic equipment is obtained, and the target video is determined to be multimedia information.
6. An electronic device, comprising:
The first output unit is used for outputting an information type selection prompt when a problem feedback instruction input by a user is detected, wherein the information type selection prompt is used for prompting the user to select the information type of the multimedia information;
the acquisition unit is used for controlling the electronic equipment to be in an operation mode corresponding to the information type when detecting an instruction which is input by a user and used for indicating to select the information type, and executing acquisition operation corresponding to the information type on a current display interface on a display screen of the electronic equipment in the operation mode to obtain multimedia information;
the generation unit is used for identifying proper nouns in the text information through a semantic identification technology when the text information matched with the multimedia information and input by a user is detected; identifying adjectives corresponding to the proper nouns in the text information; determining an image area corresponding to the proper noun from the multimedia information; embedding adjectives corresponding to the proper nouns into the image area to obtain target multimedia information; packaging the target multimedia information and the text information to obtain problem feedback information;
And the uploading unit is used for uploading the problem feedback information to a server corresponding to the electronic equipment.
7. The electronic device of claim 6, wherein the electronic device further comprises:
the storage unit is used for storing the multimedia information after the acquisition unit obtains the multimedia information, and outputting a feedback interface and feedback prompt information, wherein the feedback prompt information is used for prompting a user to input text information matched with the multimedia information on the feedback interface;
