By implementing the implementation mode, the image area corresponding to the proper noun can be marked in the multimedia information of the picture type, the adjective is embedded in the image area, and the font of the embedded adjective can be set by the user, so that the embedded adjective has more diversity.
Optionally, when the multimedia information is of a video type, the generating unit 403 determines an image area corresponding to the proper noun from the multimedia information, and embeds an adjective corresponding to the proper noun into the image area to obtain the target multimedia information, which may specifically be:
detecting whether time information contained in the character information is detected through a semantic recognition technology;

In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated units, if implemented as software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer accessible memory. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention, which is a part of or contributes to the prior art in essence, or all or part of the technical solution, can be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a memory and includes several requests for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a network device, or the like, and may specifically be a processor in the computer device) to execute part or all of the steps of the above-described method of each embodiment of the present invention.
The problem feedback method and the electronic device disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail above, and the principle and the implementation of the present invention are explained in the present document by applying specific examples, and the description of the above embodiments is only used to help understanding the method and the core idea of the present invention; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A problem feedback method, comprising:
when a problem feedback instruction input by a user is detected, outputting an information type selection prompt, wherein the information type selection prompt is used for prompting the user to select the information type of the multimedia information;
when an instruction which is input by a user and used for indicating selection of the information type is detected, controlling the electronic equipment to be in an operation mode corresponding to the information type, and executing acquisition operation corresponding to the information type aiming at a current display interface on a display screen of the electronic equipment in the operation mode to obtain multimedia information;
when text information which is input by a user and is matched with the multimedia information is detected, generating question feedback information comprising the multimedia information and the text information;
and uploading the problem feedback information to a server corresponding to the electronic equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the multimedia information and before generating the question feedback information including the multimedia information and the text information when the text information matching the multimedia information input by the user is detected, the method further comprises:
storing the multimedia information, and outputting a feedback interface and feedback prompt information, wherein the feedback prompt information is used for prompting a user to input text information matched with the multimedia information on the feedback interface;
and when a finishing instruction input by a user is detected, acquiring the text information through the feedback interface.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after generating the question feedback information comprising the multimedia information and the text information, the method further comprises:
outputting uploading inquiry information, wherein the uploading inquiry information is used for inquiring whether a user uploads the question feedback information;
and deleting the stored multimedia information when detecting an instruction which is input by a user and used for indicating to cancel the uploading of the question feedback information.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein before outputting the information type selection prompt when the problem feedback instruction input by the user is detected, the method further comprises:
when detecting that a problem occurs in the operation process of the electronic equipment, outputting problem feedback prompt information, wherein the problem feedback prompt information is used for prompting a user to feed back the problem occurring in the electronic equipment through a problem feedback key preset by the electronic equipment;
and when the problem feedback key is triggered, determining that the problem feedback instruction input by the user is detected.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the information type of the multimedia information at least includes a picture type and/or a video type, and when an instruction for instructing selection of the information type is detected, the method controls the electronic device to be in an operation mode corresponding to the information type, and performs a capture operation corresponding to the information type on a current display interface on a display screen of the electronic device in the operation mode to obtain the multimedia information, and includes:
when an instruction which is input by a user and used for indicating selection of the picture type is detected, controlling the electronic equipment to be in a silent mode corresponding to the picture type, executing screenshot operation corresponding to the picture type aiming at a current display interface on a display screen of the electronic equipment in the silent mode, obtaining an interface image containing a problem of the electronic equipment, and determining the interface image as multimedia information;
and/or when an instruction which is input by a user and used for indicating selection of the video type is detected, controlling the electronic equipment to be in a screen recording mode corresponding to the video type, and executing recording operation corresponding to the video type aiming at a current display interface on a display screen of the electronic equipment in the screen recording mode, wherein the content output by the current display interface comprises problems of the electronic equipment; and when a recording stopping instruction input by a user is detected, controlling the electronic equipment to close the screen recording mode, acquiring a target video recorded by the electronic equipment, and determining the target video as multimedia information.
6. An electronic device, comprising:
the first output unit is used for outputting an information type selection prompt when a problem feedback instruction input by a user is detected, wherein the information type selection prompt is used for prompting the user to select the information type of the multimedia information;
the acquisition unit is used for controlling the electronic equipment to be in an operation mode corresponding to the information type when detecting an instruction which is input by a user and used for indicating selection of the information type, and executing acquisition operation corresponding to the information type aiming at a current display interface on a display screen of the electronic equipment in the operation mode to obtain multimedia information;
the generating unit is used for generating question feedback information comprising the multimedia information and the text information when the text information matched with the multimedia information and input by a user is detected;
and the uploading unit is used for uploading the problem feedback information to a server corresponding to the electronic equipment.
7. The electronic device of claim 6, further comprising:
the storage unit is used for storing the multimedia information after the acquisition unit obtains the multimedia information, and outputting a feedback interface and feedback prompt information, wherein the feedback prompt information is used for prompting a user to input text information matched with the multimedia information on the feedback interface;
and the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the text information through the feedback interface when a completion instruction input by a user is detected, and triggering the generation unit to execute the problem feedback information which contains the multimedia information and the text information and is generated.
8. The electronic device of claim 7, further comprising:
a second output unit, configured to output upload inquiry information after the generation unit generates the question feedback information including the multimedia information and the text information, where the upload inquiry information is used to inquire of a user whether to upload the question feedback information;
and the deleting unit is used for deleting the stored multimedia information when detecting an instruction which is input by a user and used for indicating that the problem feedback information is cancelled.
9. The electronic device according to any one of claims 6 to 8, further comprising:
the third output unit is used for outputting problem feedback prompt information when detecting that the electronic equipment has a problem in the operation process, wherein the problem feedback prompt information is used for prompting a user to feed back the problem of the electronic equipment through a problem feedback key preset by the electronic equipment;
and the determining unit is used for determining that the problem feedback instruction input by the user is detected when the problem feedback key is detected to be triggered.
10. The electronic device according to claim 9, wherein the information type of the multimedia information at least includes a picture type and/or a video type, and the capturing unit comprises:
the screenshot subunit is used for controlling the electronic equipment to be in a silent mode corresponding to the picture type when an instruction which is input by a user and used for indicating selection of the picture type is detected, executing screenshot operation corresponding to the picture type aiming at a current display interface on a display screen of the electronic equipment in the silent mode, obtaining an interface image containing a problem of the electronic equipment, and determining the interface image as multimedia information;
and/or the recording subunit is configured to, when an instruction for instructing selection of the video type input by a user is detected, control the electronic device to be in a screen recording mode corresponding to the video type, and execute, in the screen recording mode, a recording operation corresponding to the video type for a current display interface on a display screen of the electronic device, where a content output by the current display interface includes a problem occurring in the electronic device; and when a recording stopping instruction input by a user is detected, controlling the electronic equipment to close the screen recording mode, acquiring a target video recorded by the electronic equipment, and determining the target video as multimedia information.
