Detailed Description
To further explain the technical means and effects of the present invention adopted to achieve the predetermined objects, the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, the hidden door handle of the present invention includes a door handle, a cam assembly 1, a microswitch assembly 2 and a controller.
Wherein, cam group 1 includes first cam group 11, second cam group 12 and third cam group 13, micro-gap switch group 2 includes first micro-gap group 21 and second micro-gap group 22, first cam group 11, second cam group 12 and third cam group 13 are located on same camshaft, the camshaft is with the output shaft of motor, first cam group 11, second cam group 12 and third cam group 13 top-down hug closely the setting, the cam surface of first cam group 11 can with the cooperation of first micro-gap group 21, the cam surface of third cam group 13 can with the cooperation of second micro-gap group 22, second cam group 12 is connected with the door handle. Cam group 1 is connected with the door handle, the cam surface of cam group 1 can cooperate with micro-gap switch group 2, micro-gap switch group 2 and controller signal connection, the door handle is electronic hidden door handle, in this embodiment, the door handle of every door all corresponds a set of cam group 1 and a set of micro-gap switch group 2, total four sets of cam group 1 and micro-gap switch group 2 that correspond promptly, four doors are controlled respectively, and the controller then only has one, the controller can open the problem that stops the in-process and probably appear through the electric signal that micro-gap switch group 2 sent and the interval between the electric signal, judge and diagnose opening of door handle.
Referring to fig. 2, further, the micro switch set 2 includes a first micro set 21 and a second micro set 22, the first micro sets 21 corresponding to all the doors are connected in series, and the second micro sets 22 corresponding to all the doors are connected in parallel, in this embodiment, four first micro sets 21 are connected in series, and four second micro sets 22 are connected in parallel.
Specifically, when all of the four first micro-motion groups 21 are switched on, the controller receives a handle pop-up signal from the first micro-motion group 21, and when any one of the four first micro-motion groups 21 which are all switched on is switched off, the controller receives a handle folding signal from the first micro-motion group 21; when any one of the four second micro-motion groups 22 in the off state is on, the controller receives a handle eject signal from the second micro-motion group 22, and when all of the four second micro-motion groups 22 are off, the controller receives a handle fold signal from the second micro-motion group 22.
Specifically, the door handle eject process of the present embodiment is as follows. When the door handle is completely folded, the first micro-motion group 21 and the second micro-motion group 22 are in an off state by default, after a designated signal (a handle pop-up signal) is received, the motor drives the cam group 1 to move, the second cam group 12 pushes the door handle, the door handle starts to pop up outwards, the third cam group 13 triggers the second micro-motion group 22, the second micro-motion group 22 is switched on, and as the second micro-motion group 22 is connected in parallel, as long as any one of the four second micro-motion groups 22 is switched on, the controller can receive an electric signal indicating that the door handle is popping up, and the working condition of the door handle is judged according to the electric signals sent by the second micro-motion groups 22 and the time of the electric signal. Along with the movement of the second cam group 12, the door handle pops out to the position, the first cam group 11 triggers the first micro-motion group 21, the first micro-motion group 21 is connected, and as the first micro-motion group 21 is connected in series, after all the four first micro-motion groups 21 are connected, the controller can receive a signal indicating that the door handle pops out, so that the working condition of the door handle can be judged according to the time interval of the handle popping signal. If the time that the controller receives the handle pop-up signal is consistent with or basically consistent with the preset time interval, the door handle system works normally, and the controller is powered off; if the controller receives the signal indicating that the interval between the handle ejecting signals is too long or too short, the controller indicates that the vehicle door handle system may have a problem, and the controller sends an alarm signal to an instrument or an alarm. Based on the above, the controller can diagnose the door handle system according to the received electric signal and send out corresponding alarm information.
Similarly, the door handle folding process of the present embodiment is as follows: when the door handle is completely popped up, the first micro-motion group 21 and the second micro-motion group 22 are all in a connection state, after a designated signal (a handle folding signal) is received, the motor drives the cam group 1 to move through the cam shaft, the door handle starts to fold under the guidance of the cam surface of the second cam group 12, the first cam group 11 moves to a position where the first micro-motion 211 is disconnected, because the first micro-motions 211 in the first micro-motion group 21 are connected in series, the controller can receive a first micro-motion group 21 disconnection signal (a handle folding signal) as long as any one of the four first micro-motions 211 is disconnected, so that the door handle is folded, along with the movement of the second cam group 12, the door handle is folded in place, the third cam group 13 moves to a position where the second micro-motion group 22 is disconnected, because the second micro-motions 221 in the second micro-motion group 22 are connected in parallel, after the four second micro-motions 221 are all disconnected, the controller can receive the disconnection signal of the second micro-motion group 221, so that the fact that the door handle is completely folded is known, and based on the fact, the controller can judge the working condition of the door handle according to whether the handle folding signal or the time of the handle folding signal is received. If the controller receives the handle folding signal and the time of the handle folding signal is consistent with or basically consistent with the preset time interval, the door handle system is normal, and the controller is powered off; if the time interval of the controller receiving the door handle folding signal is too long or too short, it is indicated that the door handle system may have a problem, and based on the fact, the controller can diagnose the door handle system according to the received electric signal and send out corresponding alarm information.
In conclusion, the arrangement of the hidden door handle starting and stopping device in a narrow space is realized by utilizing the cam and the two microswitch sets which are directly connected with the door handle, the arrangement cost is reduced, and the user experience is improved. The invention also connects the first micro-motion and the second micro-motion in parallel with the controller, and provides an algorithm for diagnosing the condition of the vehicle door handle for the controller through an electric signal sent back by the micro-switch, so that the controller has the functions of judging the opening state of the vehicle door handle, judging the working condition, diagnosing the vehicle door handle system and giving an alarm, and the intelligent degree of the hidden vehicle door handle is greatly improved.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
