The invention can partially demolish the underground pile foundation, and the construction occupies less land and does not affect the surrounding buildings.

At present, a pile extractor or a full-slewing drilling machine obstacle removing construction method is adopted for pile foundation demolition. The pile extractor dismantling method is mainly suitable for dismantling the whole pile foundation, and the method has high mechanical cost and low pile extracting efficiency, disturbs the peripheral soil body in the construction process and has influence on the bearing capacity of the peripheral pile foundation; this method is not applicable when the building above or around the pile foundation to be removed is important or when only the part of the pile foundation below the ground is to be removed. Although the obstacle removing method of the full-slewing drilling machine has small disturbance on peripheral soil bodies and can realize partial demolition of pile foundations, the large-scale full slewing drilling machine needs to be installed, a large construction operation surface is needed, the method is suitable for demolishing the land pile foundations, a large-scale supporting platform needs to be arranged for demolishing the pile foundations on water, and construction cost is high.

The invention aims to provide a construction method and a device for partially dismantling an underground pile foundation without influencing surrounding buildings.

thirdly, cutting the pile foundation, and hoisting and dismantling the cut pile foundation by utilizing a crawler crane;
and step four, hanging a pile driving hammer by using the crawler crane to pull out the steel sleeve, and finishing construction.
Preferably, the crawler crane and the steel casing are loaded by the flat barge when the pile foundation in the water area is removed.
Preferably, in the first step,

The underground pile foundation demolition method and device can solve the following technical problems:
