Abstract
垃圾洗选制钢炭是把垃圾通过人工初级分选后进行破碎、洗选、甩干、粉碎、烘干制成棒或颗粒用作燃料,棒碳化后可民用的一种废物利用方法。
Description
技术领域:本发明是用垃圾破碎洗选后制钢炭。
背景技术:垃圾处理是人类最头疼的一件大事,成分无其不有。传统的垃圾处理是填埋,焚烧,发电。多数地方采用填埋,填埋垃圾会浪费很多土地,导致臭气蔓延,并且污染土壤和地下水,严重污染环境。
发明内容:为了实现发明方案,在垃圾场建设一条洗选生产线,用人工初级分选一些可回收垃圾。如塑料制品、铝制品、铁制品、玻璃制品等。垃圾初选后进入五公分破碎机破碎,破碎后进入椎形池洗选,洗选后进入甩干机甩干,甩干后进入0.5公分粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后进入烘干机烘干,烘干后进入制棒机制棒或制成颗粒,当燃料使用,棒进行碳化后进入市场民用。可变废为宝。
具体实施方式:一,在垃圾场建设一条洗选生产线,用人工初级分选一些可回收垃圾,如塑料制品、铝制品、铁制品、玻璃制品等。
二,初选后的垃圾进入五公分破碎机破碎,破碎机下方安装强力除铁器把人工选落的铁除去。
三,破碎后的垃圾进入椎形池洗选,把不能漂浮的垃圾通过椎形池洗选分开。
四,在椎形池安装漏斗提升机,1公分以上不能漂浮的垃圾通过提升机提走。椎形池底部安装压力管,把1公分以下不能漂浮的垃圾引到80目振动筛,振动后的垃圾比一般土壤肥沃,可以用来搞种植。80目以上的泥浆用泥浆泵抽到椎形沉淀池添加污水处理剂处理后抽到400目压滤机压滤,压滤后的泥浆可作农肥使用。水是循环使用,不排放。
五,洗选后的垃圾进入甩干机甩干。
六,甩干后的垃圾进入0.5公分粉碎机粉碎。
七,粉碎后的垃圾进入烘干机烘干。
八,烘干后的垃圾进入制棒机制棒或制成颗粒。
九,制好的棒进行碳化。
Claims (8)
1.垃圾洗选制钢炭是要建一条垃圾洗选生产线。
2.垃圾通过人工初级分选后进行破碎、洗选、甩干、污水处理、粉碎、烘干制成棒或颗粒用作燃料,棒碳化后可民用的一种废物利用方法。
3.根据权利要求2所述的破碎,其特征是;垃圾成分无其不有,大小不匀,通过5公分破碎机破碎后最大颗粒不大于5公分,确保椎形池漏斗提升机清除。
4.根据权利要求2所述的洗选,其特征是;垃圾通过椎形池洗选后分级,不能漂浮的垃圾在椎形池底通过漏斗提升机提走,可漂浮的垃圾进入甩干机甩干。
5.根据权利要求2所述的甩干,其特征是;洗选后的垃圾水分太多,甩干后才能进行粉碎。
6.根据权利要求2所述的污水处理,其特征是;洗选垃圾后的水太脏,不能直接排放,不能循环使用,直接排放污染环境,通过污水处理后循环使用,不排放。
7.根据权利要求2所述的粉碎,其特征是;制棒原材料颗粒不能大于0.5公分,垃圾粉碎后才能进行制棒。
8.根据权利要求2所述的烘干,其特征是;制棒原材料水分不能大于5%,烘干后的垃圾水分在5%以下才能进行制棒或颗粒。
