Description

Automatic change solid-liquid separation's full faecal sample treater
Background
Laboratory examinations of stool samples in medical tests are an important component of in vitro diagnostics. Physicians and clinicians often need to test stool samples, including detection of microorganisms such as pathogens, viruses, etc., as part of testing for colon or rectal cancer or to identify bacteria or viruses that may be involved in an infection. In addition, the clinical laboratory needs to assay for nucleic acids, proteins, fats or other analytes present in the stool sample. Thus, the collection of a stool sample for testing is the first step in sample processing for many tests, and the container containing the collected stool sample is not only suitable for laboratory storage of the sample, but also for transport and/or shipment of the sample to the laboratory where it is to be tested. The excrement needs to be subjected to pretreatment operations such as collection, transportation, storage, uniform mixing, solid-liquid separation and the like. Especially, higher difficulty and requirement are provided for the collection and treatment technology of the whole excrement sample.
The contents of the following three aspects are at least needed to be solved when the whole processes of sampling, storing, transporting, uniformly mixing and solid-liquid separation are carried out in the whole excrement closed environment:
firstly, sealing, wherein full sealing of the whole flow is required to be realized, and liquid and smell are not leaked;
secondly, stirring and uniformly mixing the whole excrement, wherein the whole excrement can be fully and uniformly mixed in a closed space, and the odor of a sample is not leaked;
thirdly, solid-liquid separation, namely, the integrated solid-liquid separation in the sampler is required to be realized.
