本发明涉及一种用于水稻抗精噁唑禾草灵组合物,组合物包含除草剂和安全剂,其中,除草剂成分包含精噁唑禾草灵,安全剂为解草啶、卵磷脂二元组合,除草剂、安全剂比例为1‑10:1‑10。组合物具有水稻抗精噁唑禾草灵损害作用,提升使用效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域,涉及一种用于缓解精噁唑禾草灵对水稻药害的安全剂。
背景技术
随着免耕农业的推广,化学除草因其高效、低毒、省工、省时、劳动回报率高等特点,已经迅速发展成为农业除草的重要手段,在生产上得到了迅速的普及应用。
精噁唑禾草灵在湖南、江西、安徽、江苏等南方稻区防治稗草、千金子、马唐等恶性禾本科杂草效果优秀,而且成本低。但是,在使用精噁唑禾草灵进行水稻田除草时,由于水稻田土壤墒情、水稻品种、施药器械、混用不合理及非人为控制的不良气象因素等原因,精噁唑禾草灵对水稻造成药害事件时有发生。
在除草剂药害解毒研究方面,目前推行的方法为:清水冲洗、早施苗肥、追施速效肥、加强中耕松土、喷施植物生长调节剂、施用促进型调节剂、喷施小苏打水等碱性物质等,但是上述方法也仅对轻微除草剂药害有缓解作用。
解草啶立针期水稻使用丙草胺除草的安全剂,通常解草啶与丙草胺比例为3:1混合。
卵磷脂玉米使用烟嘧磺隆除草的安全剂,通常卵磷脂与烟嘧磺隆比例为1~2:4混合。
本发明人在深入研究缓解精噁唑禾草灵对水稻药害的安全剂,令人意外地发现,解草啶、卵磷脂进行组合,在一定的组合比例范围内能具有增效缓解或消除精噁唑禾草灵对水稻药害作用,显著优于任意单一混配使用效果,经进一步研究,完成了本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高效、安全、混配范围广的一种精噁唑禾草灵对水稻药害的安全剂。
本发明的另一目的在于提供组合物的制备方法。
本发明的再一目的在于提供上述组合物在水稻田的用途。
为实现上述目标,本发明采用的技术方案为:
本发明提供的一种用于水稻抗精噁唑禾草灵组合物,组合物包含除草剂和安全剂,除草剂、安全剂重量比例为1-10:1-10,
其中,
除草剂成分由A精噁唑禾草灵,或与除草剂成分B组合;
安全剂成分为解草啶、卵磷脂二元组合,解草啶、卵磷脂重量比例为1-10:1-10。
所述除草剂成分B为芳氧基苯氧基丙酸类、磺酰脲类、磺酰胺类、三唑并嘧啶磺酰胺类、酰胺类、嘧啶水杨酸类、吡啶氧乙酸类、芳基吡啶甲酸酯类、喹啉羧酸类、苯氧乙酸类、三酮类、吡唑并吡啶环、噁二唑含氮杂环类、氟苯醚类、三唑啉酮类、有机杂环类、二硫代磷酸酯类、苯腈类除草剂中的一种或几种组合。

本发明组合物中,除草剂在组合物中的总重量百分含量0.01%~40%,安全剂在组合物中的总重量百分含量0.01%~40%,其余为辅助成分。
辅助成分是加工成农药制剂的助剂,包括但不限于溶剂,润湿剂,分散剂,乳化剂,增稠剂,防冻剂,载体功能。
本发明组合物可以制备成适合农业生产上使用的多种农药剂型,比较好的剂型有可分散油悬浮剂、悬浮剂和乳油剂。
所述可分散油悬浮剂剂型按重量百分数组成为:除草剂0.01~40%,安全剂0.01~40%,分散剂0.1~20%、乳化剂0.1~10%、增稠剂0.1~2%,液体载体补足至100%;具体生产步骤为:将有效成分和其它助剂混合,经高速剪切分散、砂磨机中砂磨后,在非水系介质中形成高分散、稳定的悬浮体系,制得相应重量百分含量的可分散油悬浮剂,可分散油悬浮剂总活性成分含量不高于60%。
所述悬浮剂剂型按重量百分数组成为:除草剂0.01~40%,安全剂0.01~40%,分散剂0.1~25%、湿润剂0.1-12%、增稠剂0.1~1%,去离子水载体补足至100%;具体生产步骤为:将有效成分和其它助剂混合,经高速剪切分散、砂磨机中砂磨后,在水系介质中形成高分散、稳定的悬浮体系,制得相应重量百分含量的悬浮剂,悬浮剂总活性成分含量不高于60%。
所述乳油剂剂型按重量百分数组成为:除草剂0.01~40%,安全剂0.01~40%,溶剂0.1~40%,乳化剂0.10.1~40%,湿润剂0.1~10%、载体补足至100%;具体生产步骤为:将有效成分和溶剂混合搅拌溶解,再加入与其他物料充分搅拌溶解,制得相应重量百分含量的乳油剂。
所述水乳剂剂型按重量百分数组成为:除草剂0.01~40%,安全剂0.01~40%,溶剂0.1~40%,乳化剂0.10.1~40%,湿润剂0.1~10%、载体补足至100%;具体生产步骤为:将有效成分和溶剂混合搅拌溶解,再加入与其他物料充分搅拌溶解,制得相应重量百分含量的水乳剂。
分散剂可选自EO-PO嵌段共聚物、聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、油酸甲酯、大豆油、菜籽油、棉籽油、棕榈油、亚麻油、松节油、玉米油、溶剂油(牌号:S-150、S-180、S-200)、聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸、聚羧酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、脂肪酸酯硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯、山梨糖醇油酸酯中的一种或几种的混合物。
乳化剂可选自烷基苯磺酸钙、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯磷酸酯、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、烷基二苯醚二磺酸(二)钠、农乳700#、农乳2201、斯盘-60#、吐温-80#、农乳1601#、三苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯中的一种或几种的混合物。
增稠剂可选自白炭黑、聚乙烯醇、膨润土、黄原胶、硅酸镁铝、羧甲基纤维素、黄原胶、聚乙烯醇、膨润土、硅酸镁铝中的一种或几种的混合物。
防冻剂可选自乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇甘油、尿素、氯化钠中的一种或几种的混合物。
稳定剂可选自环氧大豆油、环氧脂肪酸甲酯、环氧氯丙烷、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚等中的一种或几种的混合物。
溶剂可选自醋酸仲丁酯、酒精、环己酮、二甲基癸酰胺、二甲基乙酰胺、松酯基植物油、二甲基亚砜、溶剂油100#、溶剂油150#等中的一种或几种的混合物。
润湿剂可选自自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、拉开粉BX、烷基磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基硫酸盐、萘磺酸盐、丁基萘磺酸钠、烷基磺酸钠、茶枯粉、皂角粉、无患子粉、麦麸、高粱淀粉、荞麦粉中的一种或几种的混合物;
防腐剂可选自甲醛、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠中的一种或几种的混合物;
消泡剂可选自硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、C8-10脂肪醇类、己醇、丁醇、辛醇中的一种或几种的混合物;
载体可选自轻质碳酸钙、陶土、高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、白炭黑、粘土、凹凸棒土、滑石粉、石英沙、木粉、胡桃壳粉、木质素、麦麸、稻糠、木屑、去离子水、甲苯、二甲苯、油酸甲酯、大豆油、菜籽油、棉籽油、棕榈油、亚麻油、松节油、玉米油、中的一种或几种。
所述除草组合物各种应用剂型的生产工艺均属现有已知技术,在此不再赘述。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1、解草啶、卵磷脂组合,具有显著的增效作用,增强精噁唑禾草灵对水稻安全性,与各单一或任意二元组合相比明显提高了使用效果。
2、解草啶、卵磷脂组合,具有显著的增效作用,提升精噁唑禾草灵除草效果。

(一)农药制剂制备方法实施例
下列各实施例中所有物质含量均为重量百分含量。
实施例1 5%精噁唑禾草灵可分散油悬浮剂制备方法
精噁唑禾草灵5%、解草啶4%、卵磷脂1%、拉开粉BX 2%、聚羧酸盐5%、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯磷酸酯8%、吐温-80#5%、羧甲基纤维素2%、乙二醇2.5%,油酸甲酯补足至100%。将上述物料按比例混合,经高速剪切分散均匀、砂磨机中砂磨后,制得5%精噁唑禾草灵可分散油悬浮剂。
实施例2 8%精噁唑禾草灵悬浮剂制备方法
精噁唑禾草灵8%、解草啶2%、卵磷脂2%、木质素磺酸盐6%、农乳700#10%、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯4%、醋酸仲丁酯5%、黄原胶0.2%、苯甲酸0.5%、硅油0.5%、乙二醇2.5%,去离子水补足至100%。将上述物料按比例混合,经高速剪切搅拌均匀后,制得8%精噁唑禾草灵悬浮剂。
实施例3 10%精噁唑禾草灵乳油制备方法
精噁唑禾草灵10%、解草啶10%、卵磷脂4%、松脂基植物油7%、苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚2%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙3%、醋酸仲丁酯补足至100克。将上述成分依次加入混合釜中,搅拌均匀,即可制得10%精噁唑禾草灵乳油。
实施例4 16%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·精噁唑禾草灵可分散油悬浮剂制备方法
五氟磺草胺2.5%、氰氟草酯12.5%、精噁唑禾草灵1%、解草啶6%、卵磷脂9%、拉开粉BX 2%、聚羧酸盐5%、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯磷酸酯8%、吐温-80#5%、羧甲基纤维素2%、乙二醇2.5%,油酸甲酯补足至100%。将上述物料按比例混合,经高速剪切分散均匀、砂磨机中砂磨后,制得16%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·精噁唑禾草灵可分散油悬浮剂制。
实施例5 24%双草醚·氰氟草酯·精噁唑禾草灵可分散油悬浮剂制备方法
双草醚4.5%、氰氟草酯18%、精噁唑禾草灵1.5%、解草啶20%、卵磷脂4%、拉开粉BX 2%、聚羧酸盐5%、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯磷酸酯8%、吐温-80#5%、羧甲基纤维素2%、乙二醇2.5%,油酸甲酯补足至100%。将上述物料按比例混合,经高速剪切分散均匀、砂磨机中砂磨后,制得24%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·精噁唑禾草灵可分散油悬浮剂制。
实施例6 6%精噁唑禾草灵水乳剂制备方法
精噁唑禾草灵6%、解草啶1%、卵磷脂1%、溶剂油150#5%、松脂基植物油5%、失水山梨脂肪酸酯5%、二丁基羟基甲苯2%、甘油3%、硅油1%、硅酸镁铝2%、水补充至100克。向溶剂中按比例先后加入农药活性成分、乳化剂和消泡剂,充分搅拌溶解制成高浓度母液,再加入去离子水并搅拌均匀,然后加入防冻剂,分析检验合格后制得6%精噁唑禾草灵水乳剂。
实施例7 36%精噁唑禾草灵·灭草松水乳剂制备方法
精噁唑禾草灵6%、灭草松30%、解草啶8%、卵磷脂12%、溶剂油150#5%、松脂基植物油5%、失水山梨脂肪酸酯5%、二丁基羟基甲苯2%、甘油3%、硅油1%、硅酸镁铝2%、水补充至100克。向溶剂中按比例先后加入农药活性成分、乳化剂和消泡剂,充分搅拌溶解制成高浓度母液,再加入去离子水并搅拌均匀,然后加入防冻剂,分析检验合格后制得6%精噁唑禾草灵水乳剂。
(二)室内生物活性测定实施例。
精噁唑禾草灵与解草啶、卵磷脂混用对水稻解毒室内毒力测定。
采用盆栽茎叶喷雾法(NY/T 1155.4-2006):在高6cm、直径9cm的瓷钵内装定量土,将供试靶标水稻种子15~20粒播种在瓷钵内,盖0.5~1cm的细土后放在温室内培养,待水稻长至4叶期,进行茎叶喷雾处理,并设不含药剂的处理为对照,处理后试材置于温室内培养,定期观察靶标杂草的生长情况,20d后目测靶标杂草受害症状及生长抑制情况,并称地上部分鲜重,以靶标鲜重残留率评价药剂对靶标的解毒作用。
根据Colby公式(评价特定组合物的预期作用,参见S.R.Colby,“CalculatingSynergistic and Antagonistic Responses of Herbicide combinations”Weeds 1967,15,20-22)如下(CN103202304B中有记载,该发明采用此评价方法):
A以某剂量单用时对靶标水稻的存活率或鲜重损害率(%);
B以某剂量单用时对靶标水稻的存活率或鲜重损害率(%);
C以某剂量单用时对靶标水稻的存活率或鲜重损害率(%)。
评价标准:靶标水稻株存活率或鲜重损害率观测值大于理论值时具有协同作用(增效作用)

表1表明,精噁唑禾草灵对稻苗造成的损伤,解草啶、卵磷脂对稻苗安全。精噁唑禾草灵与解草啶组合比例10:1~160安全性具有增效作用,精噁唑禾草灵与卵磷脂组合比例10:1~160安全性具有增效作用。精噁唑禾草灵与解草啶、卵磷脂三元组合比例10:1~160:1~160具有增效作用,但是,10:10:160的E-E0值小于10:1:80,而且观测残存率比10:10:80无显著提升。

(三)田间药效验证实施例。
本发明组合防治直播水稻田禾本科杂草,于水稻4叶期进行茎叶喷雾处理,药后药后20d观察各处理区杂草发生情况并计算防效和对水稻安全评价,水稻成熟收获测产量。
表11表明,本发明组合物与普通10%精噁唑禾草灵乳油相比,对水稻安全性和使用效果显著提升。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于水稻抗精噁唑禾草灵组合物,组合物由除草剂和安全剂组合,除草剂和安全剂的重量比例为1-10:1-10,除草剂成分为A或A和B组合,其中,
除草剂A为精噁唑禾草灵;
除草剂成分B由芳氧基苯氧基丙酸类、磺酰脲类、磺酰胺类、三唑并嘧啶磺酰胺类、酰胺类、嘧啶水杨酸类、吡啶氧乙酸类、芳基吡啶甲酸酯类、喹啉羧酸类、苯氧乙酸类、三酮类、吡唑并吡啶环、噁二唑含氮杂环类、氟苯醚类、三唑啉酮类、有机杂环类、二硫代磷酸酯类、苯腈类中的一种或几种组合,
所述芳氧基苯氧基丙酸类除草剂选自氰氟草酯、精噁唑草灵、噁唑酰草胺,
所述的磺酰脲类除草剂选自吡嘧磺隆、苄嘧磺隆、唑吡嘧磺隆、氯吡嘧磺隆、嗪吡嘧磺隆、丙嗪嘧磺隆、氟吡磺隆、醚磺隆,
所述磺酰胺类除草剂选自氟酮磺草胺,
所述三唑并嘧啶磺酰胺类除草剂选自五氟磺草胺,
所述酰胺类除草剂选自丙草胺、丁草胺、苯噻酰草胺、禾草丹,
所述嘧啶水杨酸类除草剂选自嘧草醚、嘧啶肟草醚、双草醚、环酯草醚、氟嘧啶草醚,
所述吡啶氧乙酸类除草剂选自氯氟吡氧乙酸、三氯吡氧乙酸、氯胺吡啶酸、氨氯吡啶酸、二氯吡啶酸,
所述芳基吡啶甲酸酯类除草剂选自氯氟吡啶酯,
所述喹啉羧酸类除草剂选自二氯喹啉酸、二氯喹啉草酮,
所述苯氧乙酸类除草剂选自二甲四氯、二甲四氯二甲胺盐、二甲四氯钠,
所述三酮类除草剂选自硝磺草酮、环磺酮、双环磺草酮、三唑磺草酮,
所述吡唑并吡啶环类除草剂选自双唑草腈,
所述噁二唑含氮杂环类除草剂选自丙炔噁草酮、噁草酮、环戊恶草酮,
所述氟苯醚类除草剂选自乙氧氟草醚、乙羧氟草醚,
所述三唑啉酮类除草剂选自唑草酮,
所述有机杂环类除草剂选自灭草松、异噁草松,
所述二硫代磷酸酯类除草剂选自莎稗磷;
安全剂成分为解草啶、卵磷脂二元组合,解草啶、卵磷脂的重量比例为1-10:1-10。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于水稻抗精噁唑禾草灵组合物,组合物由除草剂和安全剂组合,除草剂和安全剂的重量比例为1-10:1-10,除草剂成分为A或A和B组合,其中,
除草剂A为精噁唑禾草灵;
除草剂成分为B为双草醚、氰氟草醚、五氟磺草胺、丙草胺、双环磺草酮、噁草酮、氯氟吡氧乙酯的一种或几种组合;
安全剂成分为解草啶、卵磷脂二元组合,解草啶、卵磷脂的重量比例为1-10:1-10。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于水稻抗精噁唑禾草灵组合物,其特征在于:精噁唑禾草灵、解草啶和卵磷脂的重量比例为10:1-50:1-80。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于水稻抗精噁唑禾草灵组合物,其特征在于:精噁唑禾草灵、解草啶和卵磷脂的重量比例为10:1:1、10:1:40、10:1:80、10:10:1、10:10:40、10:10:80、10:50:1、10:50:40、10:50:80。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于水稻抗精噁唑禾草灵组合物,其特征在于:除草剂在组合物中的总重量百分含量0.01%~40%,安全剂在组合物中的总重量百分含量0.01%~40%,其余为辅助成分。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于水稻抗精噁唑禾草灵组合物,组合物为5%精噁唑禾草灵可分散油悬浮剂,组合物的各组分为:精噁唑禾草灵5%、解草啶4%、卵磷脂1%、拉开粉BX2%、聚羧酸盐5%、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯磷酸酯8%、吐温-80# 5%、羧甲基纤维素2%、乙二醇2.5%,油酸甲酯补足至100%。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于水稻抗精噁唑禾草灵组合物,组合物为16%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·精噁唑禾草灵可分散油悬浮剂,组合物的各组分为:五氟磺草胺2.5%、氰氟草酯12.5%、精噁唑禾草灵1%、解草啶6%、卵磷脂9%、拉开粉BX 2%、聚羧酸盐5%、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯磷酸酯8%、吐温-80# 5%、羧甲基纤维素2%、乙二醇2.5%,油酸甲酯补足至100%;将上述物料按比例混合,经高速剪切分散均匀、砂磨机中砂磨后,制得16%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·精噁唑禾草灵可分散油悬浮剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于水稻抗精噁唑禾草灵组合物,组合物用于防除水稻田禾本科杂草,具有抗精噁唑禾草灵对水稻损害,提升精噁唑禾草灵使用。
