本发明公开了一种含双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺的除草组合物,活性成分为双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺,双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺的重量比为(0.5~50):2:(0.5~100)。本发明的除草组合物具有显著的协同增效作用,较之各单剂单独使用或相互二元复配使用明显提高了对杂草的防治效果,扩大了除草谱。本发明的除草组合物作用机理互不相同,作用位点增加,可延缓杂草抗药性的产生,延长农药使用寿命。本发明的除草组合物减少了农药的有效使用量,降低了使用成本、减轻了对环境的污染。

本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种用于水稻田杂草防除的以双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺为有效活性成分的三元复配的除草组合物。
背景技术
水稻是我国主要农作物之一,长久以来,稗草、眼子菜、三棱草(包括日本藨草、扁秆藨草、三棱藨草等)是水稻田中的三大害草;此外,有些地区由于长期、连续使用吡嘧磺隆、苄嘧磺隆等药剂,使得原来发生较严重的恶性杂草眼子菜以及异型莎草危害逐步减轻,但多年生的野慈菇、泽泻及一年生的雨久花、鸭舌草、野荸荠、陌上菜等危害加重。水稻田中还有莹蔺、针蔺、牛毛毡等杂草。
使用单一除草剂防治谱有限,而且容易产生抗药性,并不能很好地解决生产实际中不需要植物的危害。混配除草剂具有扩大防治谱、增强防效、延缓杂草抗药性等优势,在生产实践中成为最受欢迎的应用形式;尤其是具有协同作用的除草剂,除草剂各有效组分间相互作用,组合使用的效果优于单独使用效果的理论总和,在实际使用时可起到事半功倍的效果,更受使用者欢迎。
双环磺草酮是由日本SDS生物技术公司(史迪士生物科学株式会社)研发的一种双环辛烷类白化型化学除草剂,是一种对羟基苯基丙酮酸双氧化酶抑制剂(HPPD),它通过抑制HPPD,影响质体醌的合成,再由质醌对八氢番茄红素脱氢酶(PDS)作用,从而最终影响类胡萝卜素的生物合成,使叶片白化。双环磺草酮是一种用于防除水稻直播田和移栽田中杂草的广谱选择性除草剂,通过杂草的根和茎基部吸收,从而传输至整个植株,对多年生草类、顽固杂草以及耐磺酰脲类杂草有效。双环磺草酮对竹头草(Aneilema keisak)、扁秆藨草、鸭舌草(Monochoria vaginalis)、雨久花、陌上菜、泽泻、野慈菇、稗草(Echinochloacrusgalli)、假稻(Leersia japonica)、千金子(Leptochloa chinensis)、眼子菜(Potamogeton distinctus)和萤蔺(Scirpus juncoide)等一年生和多年生杂草等都有很好的防效,持效期可达30~60天。通常施用量为200~300g(a.i)/hm2。
噁嗪草酮(oxaziclomefone)对芽前的一年生禾本科杂草高效且残效长。该制剂属于有机杂环类,是内吸传导型水稻田除草剂,主要由杂草的根部和茎叶基部吸收。水稻播后苗前除草剂,亩用量1.66~5.3克即可,杂草接触药剂后茎叶部失绿、停止生长,直至枯死。可防除稗草、沟繁缕、千金子、异型莎草等多种杂草,特别对稗草高效、残效长。
丁草胺是一种酰胺类内吸传导型选择性芽前除草剂,又称为去草胺、马歇特、灭草特,英文名称butachlor。丁草胺对萌动及2叶期以前杂草有效,适用于稻田防除稗草,异型莎草、碎米莎草、千金子、牛王草等一年生禾本科杂草,也可用于冬大麦、小麦防除硬草、看麦娘、鸭舌草、节节草、尖瓣花、棒头草等杂草,但对萤蔺、水三棱、偏秆藨草、野慈姑等多年生杂草无明显防效。
近年来,水稻田间杂草越发严重,经过几年的田间调查实践发现,田间恶性杂草优势越来越明显,如稗草、稻稗、泽泻、鸭舌草、慈菇、萤蔺等,而单独使用丁草胺进行防除,剂量过高对水稻有一定伤害,药害风险较大,因此急需开发一种高效安全,性价比高的除草剂,确保一次用药将田间杂草防除,保证作物的产量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种协同增效作用显著、除草效果突出、除草谱广、持效期长、用药成本低、能延缓杂草产生抗药性且对水稻安全的双环磺草酮·噁嗪草酮·丁草胺三元复配除草组合物及其应用。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种含双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺的除草组合物,活性成分为双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺,双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺的重量比为(0.5~50):2:(0.5~100)。
作为优选的,双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺的重量比为(4~50):2:(5~100)。
活性成分占除草组合物总重量的0.1%~85%。
作为优选的,活性成分占除草组合物总重量的5%~75%。
所述除草组合物的剂型为悬乳剂、可分散油悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、颗粒剂。
如上所述的含双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺的除草组合物在防除水稻田杂草中的用途。
本发明具有积极的效果:
(1)本发明的除草组合物具有显著的协同增效作用,较之各单剂单独使用或相互二元复配使用明显提高了对杂草的防治效果,扩大了除草谱。
(2)本发明的除草组合物作用机理互不相同,作用位点增加,可延缓杂草抗药性的产生,延长农药使用寿命。
(3)本发明的除草组合物减少了农药的有效使用量,降低了使用成本、减轻了对环境的污染。
具体实施方式
下面介绍的是本发明的多个可能实施例中的一些,旨在提供对本发明的基本了解,并不旨在确认本发明的关键或决定性的要素或限定所要保护的范围。容易理解,根据本发明的技术方案,在不变更本发明的实质精神下,本领域的一般技术人员可以提出可相互替换的其他实现方式。因此,以下具体实施方式仅是对本发明的技术方案的示例性说明,而不应当视为本发明的全部或者视为对本发明技术方案的限定或限制。
本申请提供以下技术方案:
技术方案1,一种含双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺的除草组合物,活性成分为双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺,双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺的重量比为(0.5~50):2:(0.5~100)。
技术方案2,如技术方案1所述的含双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺的除草组合物,双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺的重量比为(4~50):2:(5~100)。
技术方案3,如技术方案1至2中任一所述的含双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺的除草组合物,活性成分占除草组合物总重量的0.1%~85%。
技术方案4,如技术方案1至3中任一所述的含双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺的除草组合物,活性成分占除草组合物总重量的5%~75%。
技术方案5,如技术方案1至4中任一所述的含双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺的除草组合物,所述除草组合物的剂型为悬乳剂、可分散油悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、颗粒剂。
除草组合物制备的各种应用剂型中,除了有效活性成分外,还包括农药中允许使用和可以接受的各种辅助成分。
所述辅助成分包括但不限于:溶剂、乳化剂、湿润剂、分散剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、粘结剂、崩解剂、固体载体、液体载体、去离子水等。
其中辅助成分中的溶剂包括但不限于:甲苯、二甲苯、三甲苯、溶剂油S-150、溶剂油S-180、溶剂油S-200、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、正辛醇、正戊醇、丙酮、环己酮、己烷、二甲基甲酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、油酸甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、醋酸仲丁酯中一种或一种以上任意比组成的混合物。
其中辅助成分中的乳化剂包括但不限于:十二烷基苯磺酸钙、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯、苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯基酯、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚中的一种或一种以上任意比组成的混合物。
其中辅助成分中的湿润剂包括但不限于:十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、丁基萘磺酸钠、烷基磺酸钠、茶枯粉、皂角粉、无患子粉、缩合磷酸盐、硫酸盐、磷酸盐中的一种或一种以上任意比组成的混合物。
其中辅助成分中的分散剂包括但不限于:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠、木质素磺酸盐、聚羧酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、脂肪酸酯硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚嵌段共聚物中的一种或一种以上任意比组成的混合物。
其中辅助成分中的增稠剂包括但不限于:聚乙酸乙烯酯、黄原胶、明胶、阿拉伯树胶、硅酸镁铝、酚醛树脂、羟甲基纤维素、海藻酸钠中的一种或一种以上任意比组成的混合物。
其中辅助成分中的消泡剂包括但不限于:硅油、硅酮类化合物、C 10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、C 8-10脂肪醇类、己醇、丁醇、辛醇中的一种或一种以上任意比组成的混合物。
其中辅助成分中的防冻剂包括但不限于:乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、尿素、氯化钠中的一种或一种以上任意比组成的混合物。
其中辅助成分中的防腐剂包括但不限于:甲醛、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、异噻唑啉酮中的一种或一种以上任意比组成的混合物。
其中辅助成分中的稳定剂包括但不限于:环氧大豆油、亚磷酸三苯酯、环氧氯丙烷、柠檬酸钠、间苯二酚中的一种或一种以上任意比组成的混合物。
其中辅助成分中的粘结剂包括但不限于:蔗糖、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、羧甲基纤维素钠、羧甲基纤维素钙、羧丙基纤维素、糊精、淀粉糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、粘性高岭土、石蜡、松香中的一种或一种以上任意比组成的混合物。
其中辅助成分中的崩解剂包括但不限于:羧甲基淀粉钠、低取代羟丙基纤维素、交联羧甲基纤维素钠、交联聚维酮、壳聚糖、海藻酸钠碳酸氢钠、氯化镁、氯化铝、氯化钠、尿素、硫酸铵、膨润土中的一种或一种以上任意比组成的混合物。
其中辅助成分中的固体载体包括但不限于:轻质碳酸钙、陶土、高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、白炭黑、粘土、凹凸棒土、滑石粉、石英沙、海泡石中的一种或一种以上任意比组成的混合物。
其中辅助成分中的液体载体包括但不限于:精致大豆油、玉米油、菜籽油、松节油、油酸甲酯、椰子油、棕榈油、花生油、葵花油中的一种或一种以上任意比组成的混合物。
其中辅助成分中的去离子水为工业化去离子水。
所述除草组合物各种应用剂型的生产工艺均属现有已知技术,在此不再赘述。
技术方案6,如技术方案1至5中任一所述的含双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺的除草组合物在防除水稻田杂草中的用途。
(实施例1)悬乳剂
32%双环磺草酮·噁嗪草酮·丁草胺悬乳剂:双环磺草酮6%、噁嗪草酮1%、丁草胺25%、溶剂油5%、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物2%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3%、丙二醇3%、三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚5%、去离水补足100%。(以上含量均为质量百分含量,下同)。
该悬乳剂组合物的具体加工步骤为:按上述配方先将丁草胺、溶剂油混合溶解后再加入三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚,混合均匀制得混合物A待用。
按上述配方在水中加入聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯和丙二醇,搅拌均匀,再加入双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮继续剪切混匀,然后进入卧式砂磨机中研磨,使物料粒径全部在5UM以下,制得混合液B待用。
将混合液B加入混合液A中剪切均匀制得本发明所述的32%双环磺草酮·噁嗪草酮·丁草胺悬乳剂。
(实施例2)可分散油悬浮剂
64%双环磺草酮·噁嗪草酮·丁草胺可分散油悬浮剂:双环磺草酮12%、噁嗪草酮2%、丁草胺50%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物10%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙10%、有机膨润土1%、白炭黑1%、油酸甲酯补足至100%。(以上含量均为质量百分含量,下同)。
制备方法:将上述物料按比例混合,经高速剪切分散均匀、砂磨机中砂磨后,得到64%双环磺草酮·噁嗪草酮·丁草胺可分散油悬浮剂。
(实施例3)可湿性粉剂
32%双环磺草酮·噁嗪草酮·丁草胺可湿性粉剂:双环磺草酮6%、噁嗪草酮1%、丁草胺25%、木质素磺酸盐5%、白炭黑20%、硅藻土10%、十二烷基丁基硫酸钠3%、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠4%,高岭土土补足至100%。
制备方法:将上述物料按比例混合,经气流粉碎、混合均匀后,得到32%双环磺草酮·噁嗪草酮·丁草胺可湿性粉剂。
(实施例4)颗粒剂
8%双环磺草酮·噁嗪草酮·丁草胺颗粒剂:双环磺草酮1.5%、噁嗪草酮0.25%、丁草胺6.25%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐13%、皂角粉10%、羧甲基纤维素钙6%,凹凸棒土补足至100%。
制备方法:将上述物料按比例混合,用超微气流粉碎混合均匀,然后在圆盘造粒机加水制粒,经干燥筛分检测后,即可制得8%双环磺草酮·噁嗪草酮·丁草胺颗粒剂。
(试验例1、室内生物活性测定)
一、试验方法:
参考《农药室内生物测定试验准则除草剂NY/T1155.5-2006》,采用浇灌法。在面积为0.01m2的盆钵内装定量土至盆钵深的3/4处,然后从盆钵的顶部浇灌清水,使土壤完全湿润至饱和状态。将供试靶标杂草种子15~20粒均匀播种在盆钵土壤表面,根据种子大小盖0.5~2cm的细土后放在温室内培养。24h后,每盆钵定量浇灌药液10ml,每处理4次重复,并设不含药剂的处理为对照,处理后试材置于温室内培养,定期观察靶标杂草的生长情况,试验期间各处理盆钵始终保持1~2cm水层。21d后目测靶标受害症状及生长抑制情况,并称地上部分鲜重,并称地上部分鲜重,计算鲜重防效(%)。
对三种除草活性成分的混施中显示的增效作用的评价是基于在“CalculatingSynergistic and Antagonistic Responses of Herbicide combinations”(Weeds 15/1(1967),S.R.Colby)中描述的Colby’s方法确定的,如下所示:

A是当使用用量为mg/ha或浓度为mppm的活性化合物A时,对靶标杂草的存活率或鲜重残存率(%)。
B是当使用用量为ng/ha或浓度为nppm的活性化合物B时,对靶标杂草的存活率或鲜重残存率(%)。
C是当使用用量为hg/ha或浓度为hppm的活性化合物C时,对靶标杂草的存活率或鲜重残存率(%)。
n为混配的除草活性成分种数。
E0是当使用用量为m,n,hg/ha或浓度为m,n,hppm的活性化合物A,B和C混用时,对靶标杂草存活率或鲜重残存率(%)的理论值。
E是当使用用量为m,n,hg/ha或浓度为m,n,hppm的活性化合物A,B和C混用时,对靶标杂草存活率或鲜重残存率(%)的实际值。
如果实际观测的靶标杂草存活率或鲜重残存率小于理论靶标杂草存活率或鲜重残存率,那么该组合物表现出协同作用,具有意料不到的增效效果。
二、试验结果。
1、双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺三元复配对稗草的室内毒力测定。

由表1的室内毒力测定结果可以看出,双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺在5~50:2:5~100(按重量)的范围内复配时,鲜重残存率的观测值均小于理论值,说明对稗草表现出了显著的协同增效作用。
2、双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺三元复配对千金子的室内毒力测定。

由表2的室内毒力测定结果可以看出,双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺在5~50:2:5~100(按重量)的范围内复配时,鲜重残存率的观测值均明显小于理论值,说明对千金子表现出了显著的协同增效作用。
3、双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺三元复配对马唐的室内毒力测定。

4、双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺三元复配对萤蔺的室内毒力测定。

(试验例2:大田药效验证)
供试药剂:实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4,共4种复配组合物。
供试作物:水稻
防治对象:田间发生的常见杂草,稗草、千金子、马唐、异型莎草、萤蔺、鸭舌草、矮慈姑。
施药方法:于水稻移栽返青后,排干田水,实施例1、实施例2、实施例3对土壤均匀喷雾,实施例4均匀撒施,1—2天后回浅水并保持一周左右。
试验调查:施药后7天观察作物的安全性。施药后36天,采用5点取样法,分杂草种类称量每小区杂草地上部分鲜重,计算鲜重防效。

由表8的田间试验结果可以看出,药后36天本发明提供的各实施例组合物制剂均对水稻田的稗草、千金子、马唐、异型莎草、萤蔺、鸭舌草、矮慈姑等杂草具有良好的防除效果,对整田的平均鲜重防效分别达91.86%、90.91%、91.24%、90.37%,均达90%以上,效果优良。同时在试验调查过程中没有发现使用本发明提供的各实施例组合物制剂后对水稻产生明显药害现象。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种含有双环磺草酮和噁嗪草酮以及丁草胺的除草组合物,协同增效作用显著,相比各单剂单独使用或相互二元复配使用扩大了除草谱,提高了防效,能有效防除水稻田禾本科杂草、莎草科杂草和阔叶杂草等多种杂草,持效期长,对水稻安全,值得在农业生产上推广应用。
Claims (5)
1.一种含双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于:活性成分为双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺,双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺的重量比为(4~50):2:(5~100)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于:活性成分占除草组合物总重量的0.1%~85%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于:活性成分占除草组合物总重量的5%~75%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述除草组合物的剂型为悬乳剂、可分散油悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、颗粒剂。
5.权利要求1所述的含双环磺草酮、噁嗪草酮和丁草胺的除草组合物在防除水稻田杂草中的用途。
