技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种以灭草松、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮为有效活性成分的三元复配的除草组合物及其应用。
背景技术
灭草松(化学名称:3-异丙基-(1H)-苯并-2,1,3-噻二嗪-4-酮-2,2-二氧化物)是1968年德国巴登公司研制成功的内吸传导型除草剂,又名苯达松、排草丹等,属杂环类除草剂,是一种具选择性的触杀型苗后除草剂,用于杂草苗期茎叶处理。灭草松主要用于水稻、大豆、花生、小麦、玉米、蚕豆等作物,防除阔叶杂草和莎草科杂草。灭草松在水稻直播田、插秧田均可使用,防除莎草科杂草和阔叶杂草效果显著,对禾本科杂草无效,对稗草无效。
噁嗪草酮(oxaziclomefone)由日本三菱油化株式会社创制,与日本农业协作联合会共同开发,并进行了商品化。噁嗪草酮对芽前的一年生禾本科杂草高效且残效长,该制剂属于有机杂环类,是内吸传导型水稻田除草剂,主要由杂草的根部和茎叶基部吸收。水稻播后苗前除草剂,亩用量1.66~5.3克即可,杂草接触药剂后茎叶部失绿、停止生长,直至枯死。噁嗪草酮可防除稗草、沟繁缕、千金子、异型莎草等多种杂草,特别对稗草高效、残效长。
双环磺草酮(benzobicyclon)是由日本SDS生物技术公司(史迪士生物科学株式会社)研发的一种双环辛烷类白化型化学除草剂,是一种对羟基苯基丙酮酸双氧化酶抑制剂(HPPD),它通过抑制HPPD,影响质体醌的合成,再由质醌对八氢番茄红素脱氢酶(PDS)作用,从而最终影响类胡萝卜素的生物合成,使叶片白化。双环磺草酮是一种用于防除水稻直播田和移栽田中杂草的广谱选择性除草剂,通过杂草的根和茎基部吸收,从而传输至整个植株,对多年生草类、顽固杂草以及耐磺酰脲类杂草有效。双环磺草酮对竹头草(Aneilemakeisak)、扁秆藨草、鸭舌草(Monochoria vaginalis)、雨久花、陌上菜、泽泻、野慈菇、稗草(Echinochloa crusgalli)、假稻(Leersia japonica)、千金子(Leptochloa chinensis)、眼子菜(Potamogeton distinctus)和萤蔺(Scirpus juncoide)等一年生和多年生杂草等都有很好的防效,持效期可达30~60天。通常施用量为200~300g(a.i)/hm2。
水稻是我国主要农作物之一,长久以来,稗草、眼子菜、三棱草(包括日本藨草、扁秆藨草、三棱藨草等)是水稻田中的三大害草;此外,有些地区由于长期、连续使用吡嘧磺隆、苄嘧磺隆等药剂,使得原来发生较严重的恶性杂草眼子菜以及异型莎草危害逐步减轻,但多年生的野慈菇、泽泻及一年生的雨久花、鸭舌草、野荸荠、陌上菜等危害加重。水稻田中还有莹蔺、针蔺、牛毛毡等杂草。
对于田间杂草的防除,单独使用灭草松时,尽管其在水稻直播田、插秧田均可使用,防除莎草科杂草和阔叶杂草效果显著,但对禾本科杂草无效,对稗草效果不好,剂量过高对水稻有一定伤害,药害风险较大,因此急需开发一种高效安全,性价比高的除草剂,确保一次用药将田间杂草防除,保证作物的产量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高效、低毒、成本低、速效性好、持效期长的含灭草松、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的除草组合物及其应用。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种含灭草松、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的除草组合物,活性成分为灭草松或其钠盐、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮,灭草松或其钠盐、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的重量比为(0.5~50):1:(0.5~50)。
作为优选的,灭草松或其钠盐、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的重量比为(1~25):1:(1~25)。
活性成分占除草组合物总重量的2%~65%。
所述除草组合物的剂型为水分散粒剂、可分散油剂、水悬浮剂和可湿性粉剂。上述含灭草松、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的除草组合物在防除水稻田杂草中的用途。
所述杂草包括禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草及莎草科。
本发明具有积极的效果:
(1)本发明的除草组合物除草活性高、优势互补,协同增效:灭草松为杂环类、触杀型苗后除草剂;噁嗪草酮为有机杂环类,是有新型恶嗪酮母体的水稻和草坪用除草剂;双环磺草酮属于非抑制支链氨基酸合成酶——乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)作用方式。三种不同作用机制的除草剂混合使用,优势互补协调增效,除草活性表现高。
(2)本发明的除草组合物杀草谱广、持效期长:灭草松可有效防除主要的莎草科杂草和阔叶杂草,对禾本科杂草无效,对稗草无效;噁嗪草酮可防除一年生禾本科杂草、莎草和一些阔叶杂草等;双环磺草酮可以防除一年生及多年生禾本科杂草及阔叶杂草。三者复配,可以扩大杀草谱、弥补彼此的不足,达到一次用药禾阔莎杂草全部解决,同时能够延长持效期。
(3)本发明的除草组合物安全性高:除草剂组合物避免了使用单一除草剂用量过高造成的药害风险,灭草松单独使用,高剂量对水稻非常不安全,三者复配,降低各自单独使用的剂量,提高对作物的安全性。
(4)本发明的除草组合物延缓杂草抗性:连年使用单一除草剂,用量不断加大,杂草极易产生抗性。目前水稻田恶性杂草已经越发严重,如稗草、鸭舌草、萤蔺等,水稻田苗后除草剂选用此复配组合物进行茎叶处理,可以有效防除田间大部分杂草,延缓杂草抗性,延长除草剂的使用寿命。

本申请提供以下技术方案:
技术方案1,一种含灭草松、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的除草组合物,活性成分为灭草松或其钠盐、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮,灭草松或其钠盐、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的重量比为(0.5~50):1:(0.5~50)。
技术方案2,如技术方案1所述的含灭草松、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的除草组合物,灭草松或其钠盐、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的重量比为(1~25):1:(1~25)。
技术方案3,如技术方案1至2中任一所述的含灭草松、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的除草组合物,活性成分占除草组合物总重量的2%~65%。
技术方案4,如技术方案1至3中任一所述的含灭草松、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的除草组合物,所述除草组合物的剂型为水分散粒剂、颗粒剂、水悬浮剂和可湿性粉剂。除草组合物制备的各种应用剂型中,除了有效活性成分外,还包括农药中允许使用和可以接受的各种辅助成分。
所述辅助成分包括但不限于:溶剂、乳化剂、湿润剂、分散剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、粘结剂、崩解剂、固体载体、液体载体、去离子水等。
本发明的除草组合物还可包括其它农用活性成分,例如其它种类的除草剂、杀虫剂、杀菌剂、肥料和安全剂等农药活性成分和/或植物保护中常用的添加剂和/或农药助剂,或可与它们一起使用。
技术方案5,如技术方案1至4中任一所述的含灭草松、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的除草组合物在防除水稻田杂草中的用途。所述杂草包括禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草及莎草科。
(实施例1)
31%灭草松·噁嗪草酮·双环磺草酮水分散粒剂:灭草松钠盐24%、噁嗪草酮1%、双环磺草酮6%、十二烷基硫酸钠2%、甲基萘磺酸钠的甲醛缩合物6%、木质素磺酸钠4%、羧甲基淀粉钠2%、玉米淀粉补足至100%。(以上含量均为质量百分含量,下同)。
制备方法:按上述配方将灭草松钠盐、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮和分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂以及填料混合均匀,用超微气流粉碎机粉碎,经捏合,然后进入挤压造粒机造粒,沸腾干燥机中干燥,筛分后经取样分析,制得含有灭草松、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的水分散粒剂。
(实施例2)
31%灭草松·噁嗪草酮·双环磺草酮水悬浮剂:灭草松钠盐24%、噁嗪草酮1%、双环磺草酮6%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、聚羧酸盐2%、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠2%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1%、白炭黑1.0%、黄原胶0.25%、硅酸镁铝0.5%、苯甲酸钠0.25%、丙二醇2%、消泡剂0.5%、水补足至100%。
制备方法:按上述配方将水投入不锈钢釜中,搅拌下加入灭草松钠盐、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮,之后加入乳化剂、润湿剂、分散剂、增稠剂、抗冻剂、杀菌剂以及消泡剂混合,经高速剪切混合均匀,然后进入卧式砂磨机中研磨,使制剂粒径全部在5um以下,制得含有灭草松、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的水悬浮剂。
(实施例3)
31%灭草松·噁嗪草酮·双环磺草酮可湿性粉剂:灭草松钠盐24%、噁嗪草酮1%、双环磺草酮6%、十二烷基硫酸钠2%、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠2%、木质素磺酸钠3%、白炭黑5%、轻质碳酸钙补足至100%。
制备方法:开动双锥混合器搅拌,按上述配方投入灭草松钠盐、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮以及分散剂、润湿剂和填料,混合20分钟,经气流粉碎后混合均匀,制得含有灭草松、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的可湿性粉剂。
(实施例4)
46.5%灭草松·噁嗪草酮·双环磺草酮可湿性粉剂:灭草松钠盐36%、噁嗪草酮1.5%、双环磺草酮9%、十二烷基硫酸钠2%、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠2.5%、木质素磺酸钠4%、白炭黑3%、硅藻土补足至100%。制备方法同实施例3。
(实施例5)
46.5%灭草松·噁嗪草酮·双环磺草酮水分散粒剂:灭草松钠盐36%、噁嗪草酮1.5%、双环磺草酮9%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2%、聚羧酸盐3%、甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物5%、木质素磺酸钠4%、羧甲基淀粉钠1%、高岭土补足至100%。制备方法同实施例1。
(实施例6)
29%灭草松·噁嗪草酮·双环磺草酮可分散油悬浮剂:灭草松酸(即灭草松)22%、噁嗪草酮1%、双环磺草酮6%、先投入大豆油40%、搅拌下投入聚醚羧酸之类分散剂4%、油醇醚油酸脂类乳化剂18%、谎话琥珀酸酯分散剂3%、白炭黑2%、有机膨润土0.8%,搅拌均匀后再分别投入以上三种活性物质,补足大豆油至100%。制备方法:充分搅拌后打开高速剪切机剪切20分钟,然后打开釜底阀门和砂磨机开始研磨,研磨物料进调配釜,检测合格后包装入库。
(实施例7)
29%灭草松·噁嗪草酮·双环磺草酮水分散粒剂:灭草松酸22%、噁嗪草酮1%、双环磺草酮6%、十二烷基硫酸钠2%、甲基萘磺酸钠的甲醛缩合物6%、木质素磺酸钠4%、羧甲基淀粉钠2%、玉米淀粉补足至100%。
(实施例8)
29%灭草松·噁嗪草酮·双环磺草酮水悬浮剂:灭草松酸22%、噁嗪草酮1%、双环磺草酮6%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、聚羧酸盐2%、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠2%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1%、白炭黑1.0%、黄原胶0.25%、硅酸镁铝0.5%、苯甲酸钠0.25%、丙二醇2%、消泡剂0.5%、水补足至100%。
(实施例9)
29%灭草松·噁嗪草酮·双环磺草酮可湿性粉剂:灭草松酸22%、噁嗪草酮1%、双环磺草酮6%、十二烷基硫酸钠2%、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠2%、木质素磺酸钠3%、白炭黑5%、轻质碳酸钙补足至100%。
(试验例1、室内生物活性测定)
一、试验方法:将定量的杂草种子(稗草、马唐、鸭舌草、矮慈姑、萤蔺)分别播种于直径9cm的塑料钵中,每盆播种子15~20粒,播种后覆土0.5~1cm左右,待杂草种子出苗后,处生长旺盛时期进行茎叶喷雾处理。药后放置温室中,定期目测观察各处理的杂草存活情况,并在第21天进行调查,目测靶标受害症状及生长抑制情况,并称量地上部分鲜重,计算鲜重防效(%),结果见表1至表5。
对三种除草活性成分的混施中显示的增效作用的评价是基于在“CalculatingSynergistic and Antagonistic Responses of Herbicide combinations”(Weeds 15/1(1967),S.R.Colby)中描述的Colby’s方法确定的,如下所示:

B是当使用用量为ng/ha或浓度为nppm的活性化合物B时,对靶标杂草的存活率或鲜重残存率(%)。
C是当使用用量为hg/ha或浓度为hppm的活性化合物C时,对靶标杂草的存活率或鲜重残存率(%)。
n为混配的除草活性成分种数。
E0是当使用用量为m,n,hg/ha或浓度为m,n,hppm的活性化合物A,B和C混用时,对靶标杂草存活率或鲜重残存率(%)的理论值。
E是当使用用量为m,n,hg/ha或浓度为m,n,hppm的活性化合物A,B和C混用时,对靶标杂草存活率或鲜重残存率(%)的观测值(实际调查值)。
如果观测值的靶标杂草存活率或鲜重残存率小于理论靶标杂草存活率或鲜重残存率,那么该组合物表现出协同作用,具有意料不到的增效效果。、
二、试验结果。
1、灭草松钠盐、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮三元复配对稗草的室内毒力测定。

(试验例2、田间药效试验)
供试药剂:实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、实施例5、实施例6,共6种复配组合物。
供试作物:水稻。
防治对象:田间发生的常见杂草,稗草、马唐、鸭舌草、矮慈姑、萤蔺。
施药方法:水稻移栽缓苗后,杂草处于3-5叶、生长旺盛时期,对杂草茎叶均匀喷雾。
试验调查:施药后7天观察作物的安全性。施药后21天,采用5点取样法,分杂草种类称量每小区杂草地上部分鲜重,计算鲜重防效。
表6各药剂处理防除水稻田杂草的田间药效试验结果
试验结果:通过表6可以看出,本发明的复配组合物对田间常见杂草均有优异的防效,田间总草鲜重防效均达到91%以上,其中对稗草、马唐的鲜重防效均达85%以上,对鸭舌草的鲜重防效均达92%以上,对矮慈姑的鲜重防效在90%左右,对萤蔺的鲜重防效达94%以上。试验过程中,各药剂对水稻均未见药害产生,对水稻安全,是目前水稻田防效较好的、性价比较高的新颖除草剂组合。

1.一种含灭草松、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的除草组合物,其特征在于:活性成分为灭草松或其钠盐、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮,灭草松或其钠盐、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的重量比为(1~25):1: (1~5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含灭草松、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的除草组合物,其特征在于:活性成分占除草组合物总重量的2%~65%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含灭草松、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述除草组合物的剂型为水分散粒剂、可分散油剂、水悬浮剂和可湿性粉剂。
4.权利要求1所述的含灭草松、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的除草组合物在防除水稻田杂草中的用途。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含灭草松、噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的除草组合物在防除水稻田杂草中的用途,所述杂草包括禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草及莎草科。
