Background
In short, the database can be regarded as an electronic file cabinet, that is, a place for storing electronic files, and a user can add, intercept, update, delete, and the like, to data in the files.
A "database" is a collection of data that is stored together in a manner that can be shared by multiple users, has as little redundancy as possible, and is independent of the application.
A Database Management System (DBMS) is a computer software System designed for managing a Database, and generally has basic functions of storage, interception, security assurance, backup, and the like. The database management system may be categorized according to the database model it supports, such as relational, XML; or classified according to the type of computer supported, e.g., server cluster, mobile phone; or classified according to the query language used, e.g., SQL, XQuery; or by performance impulse emphasis, e.g., maximum size, maximum operating speed; or other classification schemes. Regardless of the manner of classification used, some DBMSs are capable of supporting multiple query languages across categories, for example, simultaneously.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
Near field communication (near field communication) is an emerging technology, devices (such as mobile phones) using the NFC technology can exchange data when being close to each other, and is integrated and evolved from a non-contact Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and an interconnection and intercommunication technology, and applications such as mobile payment, electronic ticketing, door control, mobile identity recognition, anti-counterfeiting and the like are realized by integrating functions of an induction type card reader, an induction type card and point-to-point communication on a single chip and using a mobile terminal.
Near field communication, also known as near field wireless communication, is a short-distance high frequency wireless communication technology that allows contactless point-to-point data transmission and data exchange between electronic devices. The technology evolved from contactless Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and was developed by philips and sony, and is based on RFID and interconnection technology. Near field communication is a short range, high frequency radio technology that operates within a 20 centimeter distance at a frequency of 13.56 MHz. The transmission speed is 106 Kbit/s, 212 Kbit/s or 424 Kbit/s.
At present, NFC reading equipment with high use frequency and wide application has two defects, firstly, due to the electric quantity limitation of an alkaline battery, dynamic balance between field image processing effect and electric quantity use cannot be achieved; secondly, a refined user authentication mode is lacked, and the user is not effectively bound with the NFC card of the user.

In the field database access device:
the feature extraction device comprises a data receiving unit, an area segmentation unit, a depth of field detection unit, a feature processing unit and a data output unit.
In the field database access device:
in the feature extraction device, the data receiving unit, the region segmentation unit, the depth of field detection unit, the feature processing unit, and the data output unit are connected in sequence.
The field database access device may further include:
and the interpolation processing device is arranged near the NFC reading device and is respectively connected with the USM filter sharpening device and the feature extraction device.
In the field database access device:
the interpolation processing device is used for receiving the filter sharpened image and equally dividing the filter sharpened image into blocks with the corresponding block sizes based on the distance between the average brightness of the filter sharpened image and the central value of a preset brightness range;
the interpolation processing equipment selects corresponding interpolation processing with different dynamics based on the variance of the pixel values of each block to obtain an interpolation block;

In addition, FLASH memory chips are nonvolatile memories, and blocks of memory cells called blocks can be erased and reprogrammed. The write operation of any FLASH device can only be performed in empty or erased cells, so in most cases, the erase must be performed before the write operation can be performed. While it is simple for a NAND device to perform an erase operation, NOR requires that all bits in the target block be written to 0 before an erase can be performed.
Since erasing NOR devices is performed in blocks of 64-128 KB, the time for performing a write/erase operation is 5s, whereas erasing NAND devices is performed in blocks of 8-32 KB, which requires only 4ms at most to perform the same operation.
The difference in block size when performing erasures further increases the performance gap between NOR and NADN, and statistics show that for a given set of write operations (especially when updating small files), more erase operations must be performed in NOR-based cells.
