The intelligent production system can supply the parts to be assembled for each station in time, and the smooth production flow is ensured.

the feeding device comprises a moving mechanism, a monitoring terminal and a reminding terminal, wherein the monitoring terminal is positioned at the tail part of the belt or the chain and used for monitoring the number of the assembled electronic products; the reminding terminal is positioned on the moving mechanism and used for receiving a reminding instruction of material distribution sent by the controller through the monitoring terminal; the moving mechanism is used for distributing the accessories to be assembled to each station of the conveying device according to the reminding instruction of material distribution,
the illuminating device comprises a plurality of illuminating lamps which are respectively arranged above the belt or the chain and used for receiving an illuminating instruction sent by the controller and then illuminating the station to work,
the assembling device comprises a plurality of screw twisting machines, each screw twisting machine corresponds to one station and is positioned right above the belt or the chain, and the screw twisting machines are used for assembling parts on the belt or the chain.
In one embodiment, the system further comprises a warning device, wherein the warning device comprises a three-color lamp and a plurality of alarm lamps, the three-color lamp is arranged on the side edge of the touch display screen, and each alarm lamp is arranged on one station.
In one embodiment, the control circuit board is provided with a wireless communication module, and the wireless communication module is used for transporting signals of an external terminal.
The intelligent production system of the electronic product presets a production target through the controller, so that the speed of transporting assembly parts of the conveying device is controlled; the number of the assembled parts is monitored through the monitoring terminal of the feeding device, and in the production process, the moving mechanism can be controlled to supply the parts to be assembled to each station of the conveying device in time according to the material reminding instruction until the production is completed. In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
As shown in fig. 1, an intelligent production system for electronic products comprises: a controller 10, a conveying device 20, a feeding device 30, a lighting device 40 and an assembling device 50.
The controller 10 comprises a control circuit board 110 and a touch display screen 120 electrically connected with the control circuit board 110, wherein the touch display screen 120 is used for receiving manually input production parameters, and the control circuit board 110 is used for sending work instructions to the conveying device 20, the feeding device 30, the illuminating device 40 and the assembling device 50 respectively. For example, the production parameters include production efficiency, product size, the number of assembly stations, and the number of temporary accessories for station assembly. For example, the control circuit board 110 presets a rotational speed value of the driver, sends a rotational speed command to the conveying device 20, and sends a work command to the conveying device, the loading and unloading device, the lighting device, and the assembling device respectively after system calculation according to the input production parameters. For example, the moving mechanism 330 may be a worker or a robot. For example, the monitoring terminal 310 may be a counter, an infrared sensor, a code reader, and a visual monitor, and when the number of accessories at the work station is not enough, the control system of the control circuit board 110 sends a material distribution reminder to the moving mechanism 330. The lighting device 40 includes a plurality of lighting lamps, which are respectively disposed above the belt or chain 210 and are used for receiving a lighting command sent by the controller 10 and then lighting the work station. In one embodiment, the device further includes a warning device 60, the warning device 60 includes a tri-color light 610 and a plurality of warning lights, the tri-color light 610 is disposed at a side of the touch screen 120, and each warning light is disposed at a station 70.
In one embodiment, the control circuit board 110 is provided with a wireless communication module for transmitting a demand signal to an external terminal of the transportation accessory.
During operation, the power supply is started, the length, width, height and other dimension parameters of the produced products, the number of the products and the number of production workers/the number of robots are input, and the control circuit board 110 calculates the rotating speed of the conveying device 20 and the number of required personnel by itself. The input mode adopts manual input on a touch screen or input through terminal equipment such as an external mobile phone, a tablet, a computer and the like.
Each station 70 is provided with a worker or a robot for assembly, the assembly is completed by counting through a counter or an infrared sensor, the control circuit board 110 calculates the residual amount of the part 80 to be assembled of each station 70 through the feedback of the counter or the infrared sensor, and when the residual amount reaches a certain warning value, a material reminding instruction is sent to the reminding terminal 320 in time to remind the worker or the robot moving and conveying the part 80 to be assembled to feed materials in time, so that the smoothness of the whole production process is ensured until the production is completed.

the conveying device comprises a driver and a belt or a chain in transmission connection with the driver, a plurality of stations for placing accessories to be assembled are arranged on the side edge of the belt or the chain, the driver is used for receiving a material conveying instruction sent by the control circuit board, the belt or the chain is used for conveying the accessories for assembling electronic products,
the feeding device comprises a moving mechanism, a monitoring terminal and a reminding terminal, wherein the monitoring terminal is positioned at the tail part of the belt and used for monitoring the number of the assembled electronic products; the reminding terminal is positioned on the moving mechanism and used for receiving a reminding instruction of material distribution sent by the controller through the monitoring terminal; the moving mechanism is used for distributing the accessories to be assembled to each station of the conveying device according to the reminding instruction of material distribution,
the illuminating device comprises a plurality of illuminating lamps which are respectively arranged above the belt and used for receiving an illuminating instruction sent by the controller and then illuminating stations to work,
the assembling device comprises a plurality of screw twisting machines, each screw twisting machine corresponds to one station and is positioned right above the belt or the chain, and the screw twisting machines are used for assembling parts on the belt or the chain.

The intelligent electronic product production system of claim 1, further comprising a warning device, wherein the warning device comprises a tri-color lamp and a plurality of warning lamps, the tri-color lamp is disposed on a side of the touch display screen, and each warning lamp is disposed on one of the stations.
