本发明关于一种推压螺丝,包括有:一螺头构件、一杆体构件、多个片状构件及一钻头构件。螺头构件具有一锁附凹槽,螺头构件连接于杆体构件之顶端,多个片状构件围绕形成于杆体构件上,每一片状构件的剖面包括连续形成的一第一面及一第二面,在杆体构件的长度方向上的每一片状构件的第一面为互相平行,钻头构件连接于杆体构件的底端。因此,推压螺丝以推压固定方式简化螺丝的安装过程,有效地提升作业效率。

推压螺丝
技术领域
本发明关于一种推压螺丝,尤指一种利用在杆体构件上形成多个片状构件的结构设计,因而能以推压固定方式快速地固定于对象上的推压螺丝。
背景技术
工业或室内设计中会使用各种紧固件作为接合不同对象的固定构件,于两物件交迭处钻洞,再用紧固件锁附固定,紧固件包括有铆钉、钉子及螺丝等,皆属于机械式固定方式。
其中,铆钉为破坏性的固定方式,在固定对象后,必须破坏铆钉或对象才能使铆钉与对象分离,而钉子及螺丝为非破坏性的固定方式,需要额外工具才能将钉子及螺丝固定于对象上,或是从对象上卸除。
钉子是利用形成尖端的构造,使用者施加外力使钉子插入对象并产生磨擦力来达到固定效果,相较之下,螺丝则是利用形成外螺纹的构造,使外螺纹与对象相互咬合而固定,因此螺丝固定对象的效果比钉子更加稳固,但在使用螺丝进行对象的固定作业时,需要使用螺丝起子才能将螺丝转松或转紧,也较为费时费力。
因此,本发明人基于积极发明创作的精神,构思出一种可以简易安装的推压螺丝,利用在推压螺丝上形成多个片状构件的结构设计,用户不需要使用螺丝起子即能以推压方式将螺丝固定至对象上的孔洞内,仅于卸除时才需要使用螺丝起子将推压螺丝转松卸除,因此简化螺丝的安装过程,同时有效地提升作业效率,发明人缘因于此,本于积极创作的精神,亟思一种达成上述效果的推压螺丝,几经研究实验终至完成本创作。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种推压螺丝,利用多个片状构件之结构设计,以推压固定方式简化螺丝的安装过程并有效地提升作业效率,本发明人思及以下方式。
为达成上述目的,本发明的推压螺丝包括:一螺头构件、一杆体构件、多个片状构件及一钻头构件。螺头构件具有一锁附凹槽,螺头构件连接于杆体构件的顶端,多个片状构件围绕形成于杆体构件上,每一片状构件的剖面包括连续形成的一第一面及一第二面,在杆体构件的长度方向上的每一片状构件的第一面为互相平行,钻头构件连接于杆体构件的底端。
本发明中,在杆体构件的长度方向上位于相同位置处的多个片状构件,可对称地以二半圆形结构围绕形成于杆体构件上。
本发明中,在杆体构件的长度方向上,每一片状构件的第二面与相邻的每一片状构件的第一面形成介于30度至50度的夹角。
本发明中,在杆体构件的长度方向上,相邻的每一片状构件为连续形成的结构。
上述每一片状构件更可包括一围绕杆体构件且开口形成于第一面的凹槽部。
上述螺头构件、杆体构件、多个片状构件及钻头构件可为一体式的结构。
上述螺头构件、杆体构件、多个片状构件及钻头构件可为塑性材质的结构。
上述多个片状构件可为尼龙材质的结构。
上述锁附凹槽可形成为十字形凹槽、一字形凹槽、六角形凹槽及星形凹槽的其一。

参阅图1至图3C,其分别为本发明的推压螺丝的立体结构示意图、另一立体结构示意图、侧面示意图、另一侧面示意图及图3B的A-A处剖面示意图。本发明的推压螺丝1包括有:一螺头构件11、一杆体构件12、八片状构件13及一钻头构件14。
螺头构件11具有一锁附凹槽111,螺头构件11连接于杆体构件12的顶端,八片状构件13围绕形成于杆体构件12上,每一片状构件13包括有一第一面131、一第二面132及一凹槽部133,在杆体构件12的长度方向上的每一片状构件13的第一面131为互相平行,钻头构件14连接于杆体构件12的底端。
如图1所示,在杆体构件12的长度方向上位于相同位置处的二片状构件13,为对称地以二半圆形结构围绕形成于杆体构件12上,每一片状构件13的剖面包括连续形成的一第一面131及一第二面132,而凹槽部133围绕杆体构件12且开口形成于第一面131处,且凹槽部133也使片状构件13在沿杆体构件12的圆周方向上为贯通。
在杆体构件12的长度方向上,相邻的每一片状构件13为连续形成的结构,每一片状构件13的第二面132与相邻的每一片状构件13的第一面131形成介于30度至50度的夹角A,夹角A优选为40度。
在本发明中,螺头构件11、杆体构件12、八片状构件13及钻头构件14为一体式的结构,且螺头构件11、杆体构件12、八片状构件13及钻头构件14为塑性材质的结构,其中,八片状构件13优选为尼龙材质之结构。
如图3C所示,每一片状构件13的第二面132为一倾斜面,使推压螺丝1容易推入对象上的孔洞,配合凹槽部133的结构设计,使第一面131转折至第二面132之间所形成的端部可以弯曲变形,因此,当片状构件13受力变形时,凹槽部133可以提供片状构件13足够的变形空间,使推压螺丝1能够更有弹性地对应孔洞尺寸,通过片状构件13受力变形来进行固定作业。
在本发明中,杆体构件12的长度方向上位于相同位置处的二片状构件13虽以二半圆形结构围绕形成于杆体构件12上,但也可以三半圆形结构或四半圆形结构围绕形成于杆体构件12上,而每一片状构件13的第二面132与相邻的每一片状构件13的第一面131所形成的夹角A,可视孔洞的尺寸、孔洞内螺纹的螺距进行夹角A的角度调整,且片状构件13的数量也不拘限于八个,片状构件13的数量及夹角A的大小以可对应实际需求为主。
参阅图4及图5,其分别为本发明的推压螺丝及对象的剖面结构示意图及推压螺丝的安装示意图。
图4将推压螺丝1安装至一对象2上的示意图,对象2具有一安装孔21,且安装孔21内形成一螺纹部211,当使用者想要将推压螺丝1固定至对象2上时,仅需将钻头构件14对准安装孔21,并对螺头构件11施加一向下力量,即可将推压螺丝1固定至安装孔21内
在推压螺丝1受向下力量推压而进入安装孔21的过程中,利用片状构件13及凹槽部133的结构设计,每一片状构件13因受挤压力而配合螺纹部211的结构分别发生弯曲及变形,使每一片状构件13可以顺利地咬合于螺纹部211内。
因此,本发明的螺头构件11、杆体构件12、八片状构件13及钻头构件14为塑性材质之结构,除了便于进行接合塑料或木质材质所构成的对象之外,每一片状构件13与螺纹部211相互咬合的同时,片状构件13的塑性材质也会因结构弯曲变形而产生一弹性回复力量,此弹性回复力量发生于每一片状构件13所分别对应接触的螺纹部211处,因而推压螺丝1的固定力量获得加强,最后,当要卸除推压螺丝1时,将螺丝起子(图未示)插入锁附凹槽111并转松即可卸除推压螺丝1。
另外,本发明虽以具有螺纹部211的安装孔21作为推压螺丝1的实施例,但并不拘限于此,不具有螺纹部的安装孔或是贯穿对象的贯孔皆能应用,也就是说,形成于对象上的孔洞皆可以使用推压螺丝1来进行固定作业,而锁附凹槽111的形状也不拘限于十字形凹槽的结构,一字形凹槽、六角形凹槽及星形凹槽等结构皆可应用,以可对应实际需求为主。
由上述内容可知,本发明的推压螺丝1利用片状构件13及凹槽部133来进行固定之外,加上片状构件13为塑性材质的特点,使推压螺丝1能弹性对应孔洞尺寸并产生弹性回复力量来加强固定效果,推压固定方式简化了使用螺丝固定多个对象之安装过程,同时有效地提升作业效率。

Claims (9)

1.一种推压螺丝,包括有:
一螺头构件,具有一锁附凹槽;
一杆体构件,该螺头构件连接于该杆体构件的顶端;
多个片状构件,围绕形成于该杆体构件上,该每一片状构件的剖面包括连续形成的一第一面及一第二面,在该杆体构件的长度方向上的该每一片状构件的该第一面为互相平行;以及
一钻头构件,连接于该杆体构件的底端。
2.如权利要求1所述的推压螺丝,其中,该每一片状构件还包括一围绕该杆体构件且开口形成于该第一面的凹槽部。
3.如权利要求1所述的推压螺丝,其中,在该杆体构件的长度方向上位于相同位置处的多个该片状构件,对称地以二半圆形结构围绕形成于该杆体构件上。
4.如权利要求1所述的推压螺丝,其中,在该杆体构件的长度方向上,该每一片状构件的该第二面与相邻的该每一片状构件的该第一面形成介于30度至50度的夹角。
5.如权利要求1所述的推压螺丝,其中,在该杆体构件的长度方向上,相邻的该每一片状构件为连续形成的结构。
6.如权利要求1所述的推压螺丝,其中,该螺头构件、该杆体构件、该多个片状构件及该钻头构件为一体式的结构。
7.如权利要求1所述的推压螺丝,其中,该螺头构件、该杆体构件、该多个片状构件及该钻头构件为塑性材质的结构。
8.如权利要求1所述的推压螺丝,其中,该多个片状构件为尼龙材质的结构。
9.如权利要求1所述的推压螺丝,其中,该锁附凹槽形成为十字形凹槽、一字形凹槽、六角形凹槽及星形凹槽的其一。
