Abstract
The invention discloses a kitchen waste disposer, which comprises a cutting device, a dehydrating device, a drying device and a control console for controlling the working states of the cutting device, the dehydrating device and the drying device, wherein the cutting device is arranged above the dehydrating device, kitchen waste is cut by the cutting device and then enters the dehydrating device, the dehydrating device dehydrates the cut kitchen waste, and the drying device is arranged on the dehydrating device and dries the cut and dehydrated kitchen waste. After the kitchen waste enters the cutting device and is cut into pieces, the kitchen waste cut into pieces enters the dehydration device for dehydration, and dehydrated water is discharged outwards. Then, the drying device dries the chopped and dehydrated kitchen waste and pumps water vapor to the outside, so that the water in the kitchen waste can be disposed. After the kitchen waste enters the cutting device 1 and is cut into pieces, the kitchen waste cut into pieces enters the dehydration device 2 to be dehydrated. When the cover 13 is opened, the kitchen waste is thrown into the inlet, and then the cover 13 is closed, the kitchen waste is cut into chips by the slices 12. When the cover body 13 is opened, the first motor does not work, and only after the cover body 13 is closed, the first motor drives the slicing piece 12 to rotate, so that the slicing piece 12 cuts up kitchen waste.
The first shell 11 is provided with a shutter 14, and the control console 4 controls the opening amplitude of the shutter 14 through a second motor to control the speed and the quantity of the kitchen waste slices 12. The console 4 controls the rotation angle of the second motor to control the opening range of the shutter 14, thereby controlling the feeding speed and amount of the kitchen waste into the slices 12.
The dewatering device 2 comprises a second shell 21, a centrifugal cylinder 22 and a third motor, a through hole 23 is formed in the wall of the centrifugal cylinder 22, a water outlet 24 is formed in the second shell 21, and kitchen waste is shredded by the material cutting device 1 and then enters the centrifugal cylinder 22; the centrifugal cylinder 22 is rotatably mounted in the second housing 21, a rotating shaft of the third motor is connected with the centrifugal cylinder 22 to drive the centrifugal cylinder 22 to rotate for dehydration, and moisture in the kitchen waste is thrown out and is discharged outwards through the through hole 23 and the water outlet 24 in sequence.
The kitchen garbage is cut into pieces after passing through the slicing piece 12 and falls into the centrifugal cylinder 22, and then the control console 4 controls the third motor to drive the centrifugal cylinder 22 to rotate at a high speed. The water in the garbage is thrown out and discharged through the through hole 23 and the water outlet 24, thereby performing a dewatering function on the chopped garbage.
The drying device 3 comprises a microwave heater 31, a vacuum pump and a sealing plate 32, the sealing plate 32 is slidably mounted at the inlet of the second shell 21, and the water outlet 24 is provided with a switch valve 25; the microwave heater 31 is arranged on the second shell 21; after the kitchen waste is dehydrated, the microwave heater 31 dries the kitchen waste, the vacuum pump vacuumizes the inside of the second housing 21 through the air pipe 26, the on-off valve 25 is in a closed state, and the sealing plate 32 slides and seals the inlet of the second housing 21. The microwave heater 31 may dry the chopped and dehydrated garbage to further evaporate water in the garbage. After the on-off valve 25 is closed and the sealing plate 32 slides and seals the inlet of the second housing 21, the second housing 21 is in a sealed state, and at this time, moisture in the second housing 21 can be continuously pumped away by starting the vacuum pump, so that the function of drying the kitchen waste after being chopped and dehydrated is realized.
A clamping groove 211 is formed in the second shell 21, a buckle is arranged at the bottom of the centrifugal cylinder 22, and the buckle is clamped in the clamping groove 211 so that the centrifugal cylinder 22 can be detachably mounted in the second shell 21. After the drying is finished, the sealing plate 32 is opened, an upward pulling force is applied to the centrifugal cylinder 22, the fastener is separated from the clamping groove 211, the centrifugal cylinder 22 is taken out, and the dried kitchen waste can be poured out. The bottom of the centrifugal cylinder 22 of the structure is clamped in the clamping groove 211 through a buckle, so that the centrifugal cylinder 22 can be rapidly disassembled and assembled, and the centrifugal cylinder is more convenient and rapid to use.
The cutting device 1 is slidably mounted above the dewatering device 2 by a guide rail 15. By the guiding action of the guide rail 15, the entire blanking unit 1 can be translated in all horizontal directions, so that the centrifuge bowl 22 can be removed.
The centrifugal cylinder 22 is provided with a hand-held groove 222 for lifting the centrifugal cylinder 22. An upward pulling force can be applied to the centrifuge tube 22 by holding the handle slot 222 with the hand, so that the catch is disengaged from the catch 211, and the centrifuge tube 22 can be taken out.
The second housing 21 is mounted on the base 5. Under the supporting action of the base 5, when the centrifugal cylinder 22 rotates at a high speed, the second shell 21 is not prone to shake violently.
The second housing 21 is provided with a window 210 with glass. The height of the trash in the centrifuge bowl 22 can be checked at any time through the window 210.
