Marking a mark at the left hind ankle joint of each mouse, injecting 0.1ml of 1 percent of carrageen into the plantar tendon membrane to cause inflammation, respectively smearing normal saline, nataline emulsion (0.25 g/mouse), patch powder 1, patch powder 2, ant powder, ant + dried ginger powder and ant + mint powder (0.25 g/mouse in terms of crude drug amount) after 30min, respectively measuring the volume of the left hind ankle joint of each mouse after 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6h of inflammation, and calculating the swelling degree according to the following formula (see table 3).

2.2.2 mouse auricular swelling experiments 70 mice were taken and randomly divided into 7 groups of 10 mice each. Under ether anesthesia, the mixture is coated on the front and back surfaces of the left ear of a mouse by dimethylbenzene to cause inflammation, each mouse is 0.02ml, physiological saline, a hibirine emulsion (0.25 g/mouse), patch powder 1, patch powder 2, ant powder, ant + dried ginger powder, ant + mint powder (0.25 g/mouse according to crude drug content) are respectively coated on the same part 30min after the inflammation is caused, the mouse is killed after 4h, the two ears are cut off, a hole puncher with the diameter of 9mm is used for punching the round ear piece, a torsion balance is used for weighing, and the swelling rate of the ears of each group of mice is calculated according to the following formula (see table 4).

As can be seen from table 1, compared with the saline solution group, each ant composition group had relatively less writhing response to mice, had significant analgesic effect on mice writhing experiment caused by acetic acid, and the effect of the patch powder 1 group was significantly stronger than that of the other composition groups, which had significant difference.

As can be seen from Table 2, the ant composition can prolong the time of the mouse licking the foot, can obviously improve the pain threshold of the mouse, and compared with other compositions, the patch powder 1 has obvious curative effect and obvious difference on the pain caused by the mouse hot plate method.
3.2 anti-inflammatory experiments

As can be seen from table 3, the ant composition had a significant inhibitory effect on carrageenan-induced plantar swelling in rats compared to the saline group; compared with other compositions, the plaster 1 has remarkable inhibiting effect.
3.2.2 mouse auricle swelling test results are shown in Table 4.

The results in table 4 show that each ant composition attenuates xylene-induced inflammatory swelling of mouse pinna; but the inhibition effect of the plaster 1 on the auricle inflammatory swelling of mice is obviously stronger than that of other compositions.
From the experimental results, the composition can obviously reduce the frequency of mouse writhing reaction caused by acetic acid, obviously improve the pain threshold of mice by a hot plate method, and inhibit rat plantar swelling caused by carrageenan and mouse auricle swelling caused by xylene, and the four finger label powder 1 is obviously superior to other compositions, has stronger anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and better curative effect.
Test example 2
In order to verify the physiotherapy effect of the ant moxibustion patch on arthralgia, the applicant carries out clinical observation by adopting the ant moxibustion patch prepared in the embodiment 3 of the invention, and the conditions are as follows:

Rejection standard: a. pregnant or breast-bearing women; b. those with allergic constitution; c. those with ulcerated skin or bleeding; d. patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hemopoietic system and mental disease are combined.
3. Method of treatment
Grouping: the experimental group, the positive control group and the blank control group are all 50 cases, and a random grouping method is adopted.
The method comprises the following steps: the experimental group takes the ant moxibustion plaster of the invention and pastes the ant moxibustion plaster on pain spots or related acupuncture points. The plaster is used every other day for 4 hours every time, three times is a using period, and after one period is finished, the plaster is used after two days and is used for 8 periods. The positive control group takes the musk bone strengthening paste sold by the drugstore, and the treatment method is the same as that of the experimental group. The blank control group adopts matrix without pharmacological action for external application, and the application method is the same as that of the experimental group. Other drugs of the same type or consistent function are discontinued during the treatment period. If adverse reaction occurs, the medicine is immediately stopped, and the condition is recorded and timely treated.
4. Observation of therapeutic effects
Index quantification is carried out according to 'traditional Chinese medicine disease diagnosis curative effect standard':
