Abstract

本发明公开了一种仿生人工指间关节,该仿生人工指间关节包括三组近端假体和与之相配合的远端假体;分别对应从掌骨到远节指骨之间的三个关节,可以根据待置换关节的具体位置,选择相应的人工指间关节进行置换,其中可安装在掌骨与近节指骨之间的仿生人工指间关节具有多个自由度,能够允许近节指骨与真实手指一样向任意方向弯折,且该近节指骨向手指内侧弯折时的弯折角度可至90度左右;可安装在中节指骨与近节指骨之间的仿生人工指间关节使得中节指骨向手指内侧弯折时的弯折角度可略大于90度,在各个手指弯折的过程中完全模仿人体手指的性能,且能够保证各个关节上连接强度,防止脱位。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用人工关节假体,具体涉及一种仿生人工手指间关节。
背景技术
人体手骨包括腕骨、掌骨和指骨,其中指骨共14块,拇指为二节,2~5指为三节,由近侧向远侧依次为近节指骨、中节指骨和远节指骨。指骨的近侧端为底,中部为体,远侧端为滑车。远节指骨远侧端无滑车,其掌面有粗糙隆起,称远节指骨粗隆,近节指骨与掌骨相连;
因遗传性退化疾病、关节炎等病症可能使得患者手指上关节功能紊乱,还能够进一步造成局部疼痛甚至丧失关节功能;另外,关节脱臼或者关节骨折等受伤也会造成手指上关节功能紊乱,随着伤病的进一步发展,当关节丧失功能后,比较常用的治疗方法就是手指间关节的置换手术,利用仿生人工指间关节替换人体中丧失功能的关节,从而使得手指恢复基本的功能。
手指间关节置换手术应用在临床中已经有几十年的历史了,在此过程中用以置换人体手指间关节的人工指间关节也经过了几次更新换代,但是现有技术中的人工指间关节仍然存在很多的不足之处,亟需改进。例如,现有的人工指间关节容易将肌肉肌腱组织卷入到旋转结构中,造成痛感和不适;连接部件的自由度不足,使得术后的手指无法做出常见的动作,仿生性能较差;进一步地,由于自由度不够,人体的肌肉组织仍然会给人工关节施加相应的作用力,从而增大人工关节断裂的风险较大;对于韧带肌肉组织的要求较高,很多老年患者不能手术置换该人工关节假体,而且还存在较大的脱位风险;
另外,人体2-5指有3个关节,拇指有两个关节,各个关节的自由度及强度等都各不相同,目前还没有针对不同关节的特定仿生人工假体;
由于上述原因,本发明人对现有的人工指间关节做了深入研究,以便设计出一种能够解决上述问题的新的仿生人工指间关节。
发明内容
为了克服上述问题,本发明人进行了锐意研究,设计出一种仿生人工指间关节,该仿生人工指间关节包括三组近端假体和与之相配合的远端假体;分别对应从掌骨到远节指骨之间的三个关节,可以根据待置换关节的具体位置,选择相应的人工指间关节进行置换,其中可安装在掌骨与近节指骨之间的仿生人工指间关节具有多个自由度,能够允许近节指骨与真实手指一样向任意方向弯折,且该近节指骨向手指内侧弯折时的弯折角度可至90度左右;可安装在中节指骨与近节指骨之间的仿生人工指间关节使得中节指骨向手指内侧弯折时的弯折角度可略大于90度,在各个手指弯折的过程中完全模仿人体手指的性能,且能够保证各个关节上连接强度,防止脱位,从而完成本发明;
具体来说,本发明的目的在于提供一种仿生人工指间关节,该仿生人工指间关节包括近端假体1和与之相配合的远端假体2;
其中,所述近端假体1的近端固定在掌骨或者指骨上,在所述近端假体1的远端上开设有收纳槽3,
所述远端假体2的远端固定在指骨上,在所述远端假体2的近端上设置有回转体端头4,
在所述收纳槽3和回转体端头4之间设置有碗状垫片5,所述回转体端头4可旋转地固定在所述碗状垫片5中,所述碗状垫片5固定在所述收纳槽3中。
其中,所述仿生人工指间关节包括:
近端固定在中节指骨上的第一近端假体11和远端固定在远节指骨上的第一远端假体21,
在所述第一近端假体11的远端上开设有第一收纳槽31,
在所述第一远端假体21的近端上设置有第一回转体端头41,
在所述第一收纳槽31和第一回转体端头41之间设置有第一碗状垫片51,所述第一回转体端头41可旋转地固定在所述第一碗状垫片51中,所述第一碗状垫片51可旋转地固定在所述第一收纳槽31中;
其中,所述第一回转体端头41和第一碗状垫片51都只能在同一个方向上往复旋转,
当所述第一远端假体21在外力作用下相对于第一近端假体11向手指内侧弯折时,所述第一回转体端头41与第一碗状垫片51之间首先相对旋转,旋转到极限位置后,第一远端假体21再受到更大的作用力时所述第一碗状垫片51与第一收纳槽31之间能够相对旋转。
其中,在所述第一远端假体21上设置有第一弯折限位挡片61,
当所述第一远端假体21在外力作用下相对于第一近端假体11弯折预定角度时,该第一弯折限位挡片61与第一近端假体11抵接,从而限制第一远端假体21继续弯折。
其中,所述仿生人工指间关节还包括:
近端固定在近节指骨上的第二近端假体12和远端固定在中节指骨上的第二远端假体22,
在所述第二近端假体12的远端上开设有第二收纳槽32,
在所述第二远端假体22的近端上设置有第二回转体端头42,
在所述第二收纳槽32和第二回转体端头42之间设置有第二碗状垫片52,所述第二回转体端头42可旋转地固定在所述第二碗状垫片52中,所述第二碗状垫片52可旋转地固定在所述第二收纳槽32中;
其中,所述第二回转体端头42和第二碗状垫片52都只能在同一个方向上往复旋转;
当所述第二远端假体22在外力作用下相对于第二近端假体12向手指内侧弯折时,所述第二回转体端头42与第二碗状垫片52之间首先相对旋转,旋转到极限位置后,第二远端假体22再受到更大的作用力时所述第二碗状垫片51与第二收纳槽32之间能够相对旋转。
其中,在所述第二远端假体22上设置有第二弯折限位挡片62,
当所述第二远端假体22在外力作用下相对于第二近端假体12弯折预定角度时,该第二弯折限位挡片62与第二近端假体12抵接,从而限制第二远端假体22继续弯折。
其中,在所述第二远端假体22的近端处设置有弯杆二72,所述第二远端假体22通过该弯杆二72与所述第二回转体端头42相连;
优选地,所述弯杆二72朝向手指内侧弯曲;
更优选地,所述弯杆二72的弯曲角度为30~45度。
其中,在所述第二收纳槽32的壁上,在靠近手指内侧方向上开设有豁槽一81,
在所述第二碗状垫片52上,在靠近手指内侧方向上开设有豁槽二82,
且当所述第二远端假体22弯折时,所述弯杆二72能够嵌入到所述豁槽一81和豁槽二82内,从而使得第二远端假体22的弯折角度在90度以上。
其中,所述仿生人工指间关节还包括:
近端固定在掌骨上的第三近端假体13和远端固定在近节指骨上的第三远端假体23,
在所述第三近端假体13的远端上开设有第三收纳槽33,
在所述第三远端假体23的近端上设置有第三回转体端头43,
在所述第三收纳槽33和第三回转体端头43之间设置有第三碗状垫片53,所述第三回转体端头43可旋转地固定在所述第三碗状垫片53中,所述第三碗状垫片53固定在所述第三收纳槽33中;
其中,所述第三回转体端头43能够向任意方向旋转,
优选地,在所述第三远端假体23的近端处设置有弯杆三73,所述第三远端假体23通过该弯杆三73与所述第三回转体端头43相连;
更优选地,所述弯杆三73朝向手指内侧弯曲;
所述弯杆三73的弯曲角度为30~45度。
其中,在所述第三收纳槽33的壁上,在靠近手指内侧方向上开设有豁槽三83,
在所述第三碗状垫片53上,在靠近手指内侧方向上开设有豁槽四84,
当所述第三远端假体23向手指内侧弯折时,所述弯杆三73能够嵌入到所述豁槽三83和豁槽四84内,从而使得第三远端假体23向手指内侧弯折的角度在90度以上。
其中,在所述第三远端假体23上设置有第三弯折限位挡片63,
当所述第三远端假体23在外力作用下相对于第三近端假体13弯折预定角度时,该第三弯折限位挡片63与第三近端假体13抵接,从而限制第三远端假体23继续弯折。
本发明所具有的有益效果包括:
(1)根据本发明提供的仿生人工指间关节包括多组关节结构,能够针对不同的关节位置选择相应的人工指间关节进行置换,极大地提高了仿生人工指间关节的适应性;
(2)根据本发明提供的仿生人工指间关节中设置有碗状垫片,既能够减弱磨损速率,还能够提高术后手指的灵活性和适应性。
(3)碗装垫片能减少撞击,避免产生静电。

本申请中所述远端是指靠近手指尖部的一端,所述近端是指靠近手臂的一端。
本申请中所述的近端假体和远端假体是彼此配合工作的一对假体,分别固定在相邻两节手指部的骨骼上,其相接触的部位即为指间关节。
根据本发明提供的一种仿生人工指间关节,如图1、图5、图9、图10中所示,该仿生人工指间关节包括近端假体1和与之相配合的远端假体2;彼此相邻的近端假体1和远端假体2之间相接触的部位即为关节;
其中,所述近端假体1的近端固定在掌骨或者指骨上,在所述近端假体1的远端上开设有收纳槽3,
所述远端假体2的远端固定在指骨上,在所述远端假体2的近端上设置有回转体端头4,
优选,所述近端假体、远端假体与掌骨或者指骨进行固定的方式有多种,本申请中优选地选择插入固定的方式,即将近端假体的近端和远端假体的远端设置成细杆状,将该细杆插入到去掉指骨滑车、指骨底等部位的掌骨或者指骨中,通过骨水泥或生物材料的喷涂等方式进行固定,还可以在该细杆上刻画螺纹等增大摩擦力、提高稳定程度的结构;本申请中所述的指骨包括近节指骨、中节指骨和远节指骨。
在所述收纳槽3和回转体端头4之间设置有碗状垫片5,所述回转体端头4可旋转地固定在所述碗状垫片5中,所述碗状垫片5固定在所述收纳槽3中。所述碗状垫片5与所述收纳槽3之间可以任选地设置为可相对旋转或者不能相对旋转。
所述收纳槽3内部的尺寸形状与所述碗状垫片5外表面的尺寸形状基本一致,碗状垫片5内部的尺寸形状与所述回转体端头4外表面的尺寸形状基本一致;优选地,碗状垫片5的各处壁厚都相等。
在一个优选的实施方式中,如图1、图2、图3、图4和图5中所示,所述仿生人工指间关节包括:
近端固定在中节指骨上的第一近端假体11和远端固定在远节指骨上的第一远端假体21,
在所述第一近端假体11的远端上开设有第一收纳槽31,
在所述第一远端假体21的近端上设置有第一回转体端头41,
在所述第一收纳槽31和第一回转体端头41之间设置有第一碗状垫片51,所述第一回转体端头41可旋转地固定在所述第一碗状垫片51中;所述第一碗状垫片51可旋转地固定在所述第一收纳槽31中;
其中,所述第一回转体端头41和第一碗状垫片51都只能在同一个方向上往复旋转,即只能朝向手心的方向旋转或者反向旋转;
当所述第一远端假体21或者远节指骨在外力作用下相对于第一近端假体11向手指内侧/朝向手心的方向弯折时,所述第一回转体端头41与第一碗状垫片51之间首先相对旋转,旋转到极限位置后,第一远端假体21再受到更大的作用力时所述第一碗状垫片51与第一收纳槽31之间能够相对旋转。优选地,所述旋转到极限位置时,旋转的角度为70~80度。
在所述第一碗状垫片51和第一回转体端头41上设置有旋转限位结构,该结构能够允许二者相对旋转一定角度,如10度左右,在达到允许的最大角度后,会通过机械限位的方式锁死;
第一回转体端头41与第一碗状垫片51之间的紧密程度小于第一碗状垫片51与第一收纳槽31之间的紧密程度。
优选地,所述第一回转体端头41如图2中所示,类似于鼓形;具体来说,在球形的基础上,对称地将该球形的两端切除,得到两个彼此平行的平面,即可得到本申请的该第一回转体端头41的形状;
所述第一收纳槽31内部的尺寸形状与所第一碗状垫片51外表面的尺寸形状基本一致,第一碗状垫片51内部的尺寸形状与所述第一回转体端头41外表面的尺寸形状基本一致。
在一个优选的实施方式中,如图1、图2和图5中所示,在所述第一远端假体21上设置有第一弯折限位挡片61,
当所述第一远端假体21在外力作用下相对于第一近端假体11弯折预定角度时,该第一弯折限位挡片61与第一近端假体11抵接,从而限制第一远端假体21继续弯折。优选地,该预定角度为80~90度。
在一个优选的实施方式中,如图1、图6、图7、图8和图9中所示,所述仿生人工指间关节包括:
近端固定在近结指骨上的第二近端假体12和远端固定在中节指骨上的第二远端假体22,

当所述第二远端假体22在外力作用下相对于第二近端假体12向手指内侧/朝向手心的方向弯折时,所述第二回转体端头42与第二碗状垫片52之间首先相对旋转,旋转到极限位置后,第二远端假体22再受到更大的作用力时所述第二碗状垫片51与第二收纳槽32之间能够相对旋转,优选地,所述旋转到极限位置时,旋转的角度为80~90度。
第二回转体端头42与第二碗状垫片52之间的紧密程度小于第二碗状垫片52与第二收纳槽32之间的紧密程度。
在所述第二碗状垫片52和第二回转体端头42上设置有旋转限位结构,该结构能够允许二者相对旋转一定角度,如10度左右,在达到允许的最大角度后,会通过机械限位的方式锁死。
优选地,所述第二回转体端头42如图6中所示,类似于圆杆状;具体来说,第二回转体端头42包括位于中部的圆杆,在圆杆的两端设置有半球形的端头,且所述半球形的半径尺寸与圆杆的半径尺寸一致;所以该第二回转体端头42在第二碗状垫片52内部只能在一个方向上往复旋转。
另外,将第二回转体端头42设置成所述圆杆状能够提高第二回转体端头42的稳定性,防止其侧向旋转/偏转,使得与第二回转体端头42相连的第二远端假体22仅仅能够朝向手指内侧弯曲。
在一个优选的实施方式中,在所述第二远端假体22上设置有第二弯折限位挡片62,
当所述第二远端假体22在外力作用下相对于第二近端假体12弯折预定角度时,该第二弯折限位挡片62与第二近端假体12抵接,从而限制第二远端假体22继续弯折。优选地,该预定角度为100~110度。
在一个优选的实施方式中,在所述第二远端假体22的近端处设置有弯杆二72,所述第二远端假体22通过该弯杆二72与所述第二回转体端头42相连;
优选地,所述弯杆二72朝向手指内侧/手心方向弯曲;
更优选地,所述弯杆二72的弯曲角度为30~45度;所述弯杆二72的长度较短,设置该弯杆二72能够进一步增强本申请中人工指间关节的仿生性能,提高仿生人工指间关节的连接强度,降低脱位风险;
具体来说,中节指骨与近节指骨之间的关节受力较大,为了保证其连接强度,所述第二碗状垫片52需要做的更大,包覆住第二回转体端头42更大的面积,如图9中所示,第二回转体端头42的60%~70%被所述第二碗状垫片52所包覆,从而使得二者之间难以脱位,在包覆量大的情况下,二者间的相对最大旋转幅度受到限制,如果用直杆替代该弯杆二72,第二回转体端头42在第二碗状垫片52中的最大旋转角度将会大幅受限,单方向上最大旋转角度仅为50度左右;而通过该弯杆二72连接第二回转体端头42后,通过弯杆二72与豁槽相配合,第二回转体端头42在第二碗状垫片52中的最大旋转角度可以达到90度以上。
在一个优选的实施方式中,在所述第二收纳槽32的壁上,在靠近手指内侧方向上开设有豁槽一81,
在所述第二碗状垫片52上,在靠近手指内侧方向上开设有豁槽二82,豁槽一81和豁槽二82的宽度尺寸都略大于所述弯杆二72的直径尺寸。
且当所述第二远端假体22弯折时,所述弯杆二72能够嵌入到所述豁槽一81和豁槽二82内,从而使得第二远端假体22的弯折角度在90度以上。
更优选地,在所述第二碗状垫片52上,在与豁槽二82相对的方向上还设置有豁槽,该豁槽的目的在于安放弯杆二72,使得手指处于伸直的状态时,弯杆二72不会与第二碗状垫片52互相干扰。
在一个优选的实施方式中,如图10、图11、图12和图13中所示,所述仿生人工指间关节还包括:
近端固定在掌骨上的第三近端假体13和远端固定在近结指骨上的第三远端假体23,
在所述第三近端假体13的远端上开设有第三收纳槽33,
在所述第三远端假体23的近端上设置有第三回转体端头43,
在所述第三收纳槽33和第三回转体端头43之间设置有第三碗状垫片53,所述第三回转体端头43可旋转地固定在所述第三碗状垫片53中,所述第三碗状垫片53固定在所述第三收纳槽33中;
其中,所述第三回转体端头43能够向任意方向旋转,
所述第三回转体端头43呈球形,如图10、图11中所示;
优选地,在所述第三远端假体23的近端处设置有弯杆三73,所述第三远端假体23通过该弯杆三73与所述第三回转体端头43相连;
所述弯杆三73的弯曲角度为30~45度。所述弯杆三73的长度较短,设置该弯杆三73能够进一步增强本申请中人工指间关节的仿生性能,提高仿生人工指间关节的连接强度,降低脱位风险;
具体来说,掌骨与近节指骨之间的关节受力较大,为了保证其连接强度,所述第三碗状垫片53需要做的较大,包覆住第三回转体端头43更大的面积,如图10中所示,第三回转体端头43的50%~60%被所述第三碗状垫片53所包覆,从而使得二者之间难以脱位,在包覆量大的情况下,二者间的相对旋转的最大幅度受到限制,如果用直杆替代该弯杆三73,第三回转体端头43在第三碗状垫片53中的最大旋转角度将会大幅受限,单方向上最多仅能旋转50度左右;而通过该弯杆三73连接第三回转体端头43后,再通过弯杆三73与豁槽相配合,第三回转体端头43在第三碗状垫片53中的最大旋转角度可以达到90左右。
在一个优选的实施方式中,在所述第三收纳槽33的壁上,在靠近手指内侧方向上开设有豁槽三83,
在所述第三碗状垫片53上,在靠近手指内侧方向上开设有豁槽四84,豁槽三83和豁槽四84的宽度尺寸都略大于所述弯杆三73的直径尺寸。
当所述第三远端假体23向手指内侧弯折时,所述弯杆三73能够嵌入到所述豁槽三83和豁槽四84内,从而使得第三远端假体23向手指内侧弯折的角度在90度以上。
当所述第三远端假体23向除手指内侧以外的其他方向弯折时,所述弯杆三73,在第三碗状垫片53的阻碍下,仅仅能够旋转50度左右的角度,与正常人体手指的功能基本一致。
在一个优选的实施方式中,第三收纳槽33与第三碗状垫片53不能相对旋转,在所述第三碗状垫片53的底部设置有向下凸出的凸台,在所述第三收纳槽33的底部开设有凹槽,该凹槽与凸台尺寸形状基本一致,刚好能够容纳该凸台;优选地,所述凸台带有棱边,如立方体或者六棱柱等形状,从而使得第三碗状垫片53放置到第三收纳槽33中以后,第三碗状垫片53和第三收纳槽33之间不能相对旋转/滚动。
在一个优选的实施方式中,在所述第三远端假体23上设置有第三弯折限位挡片63,
当所述第三远端假体23在外力作用下相对于第三近端假体13弯折预定角度时,该第三弯折限位挡片63与第三近端假体13抵接,从而限制第三远端假体23继续弯折;在实际使用过程中,第三弯折限位挡片63主要用于第三远端假体23向手指内侧弯折时的限位,在第三远端假体23向其他方向弯折时,第三碗状垫片53自身即可以起到具体的限位作用。
如图1中所示,本申请提供的仿生人工指间关节包括三个近端假体和三个远端假体,组成三组关节,分别是:由第一近端假体11和第一远端假体21组成的用在中结指骨和远节指骨之间关节上的仿生关节;由第二近端假体12和第二远端假体22组成的用在近结指骨和中节指骨之间关节上的仿生关节;和由第三近端假体13和第三远端假体23组成的用在掌骨和近节指骨之间关节上的仿生关节;在实际使用过程中,可以只选择其中任意一组或者多组,由于每组都对应有特定的手指位置,其适应性更强,术后恢复效果也更为理想。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”“前”“后”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于本发明工作状态下的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
以上结合了优选的实施方式对本发明进行了说明,不过这些实施方式仅是范例性的,仅起到说明性的作用。在此基础上,可以对本发明进行多种替换和改进,这些均落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (11)

1.一种仿生人工指间关节,其特征在于,该仿生人工指间关节包括近端假体(1)和与之相配合的远端假体(2);
其中,所述近端假体(1)的近端固定在掌骨或者指骨上,在所述近端假体(1)的远端上开设有收纳槽(3),
所述远端假体(2)的远端固定在指骨上,在所述远端假体(2)的近端上设置有回转体端头(4),
在所述收纳槽(3)和回转体端头(4)之间设置有碗状垫片(5),所述回转体端头(4)可旋转地固定在所述碗状垫片(5)中,所述碗状垫片(5)固定在所述收纳槽(3)中;
所述仿生人工指间关节还包括:
近端固定在掌骨上的第三近端假体(13)和远端固定在近节指骨上的第三远端假体(23),
在所述第三近端假体(13)的远端上开设有第三收纳槽(33),
在所述第三远端假体(23)的近端上设置有第三回转体端头(43),
在所述第三收纳槽(33)和第三回转体端头(43)之间设置有第三碗状垫片(53),所述第三回转体端头(43)可旋转地固定在所述第三碗状垫片(53)中,所述第三碗状垫片(53)固定在所述第三收纳槽(33)中;
其中,所述第三回转体端头(43)能够向任意方向旋转;
在所述第三远端假体(23)的近端处设置有弯杆三(73),所述第三远端假体(23)通过该弯杆三(73)与所述第三回转体端头(43)相连;
在所述第三收纳槽(33)的壁上,在靠近手指内侧方向上开设有豁槽三(83),
在所述第三碗状垫片(53)上,在靠近手指内侧方向上开设有豁槽四(84),
当所述第三远端假体(23)向手指内侧弯折时,所述弯杆三(73)能够嵌入到所述豁槽三(83)和豁槽四(84)内,从而使得第三远端假体(23)向手指内侧弯折的角度在90度以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仿生人工指间关节,其特征在于,
所述仿生人工指间关节包括:
近端固定在中节指骨上的第一近端假体(11)和远端固定在远节指骨上的第一远端假体(21),
在所述第一近端假体(11)的远端上开设有第一收纳槽(31),
在所述第一远端假体(21)的近端上设置有第一回转体端头(41),
在所述第一收纳槽(31)和第一回转体端头(41)之间设置有第一碗状垫片(51),所述第一回转体端头(41)可旋转地固定在所述第一碗状垫片(51)中,所述第一碗状垫片(51)可旋转地固定在所述第一收纳槽(31)中;
其中,所述第一回转体端头(41)和第一碗状垫片(51)都只能在同一个方向上往复旋转,
当所述第一远端假体(21)在外力作用下相对于第一近端假体(11)向手指内侧弯折时,所述第一回转体端头(41)与第一碗状垫片(51)之间首先相对旋转,旋转到极限位置后,第一远端假体(21)再受到更大的作用力时所述第一碗状垫片(51)与第一收纳槽(31)之间能够相对旋转。
3.根据权利要求2所述的仿生人工指间关节,其特征在于,
在所述第一远端假体(21)上设置有第一弯折限位挡片(61),
当所述第一远端假体(21)在外力作用下相对于第一近端假体(11)弯折预定角度时,该第一弯折限位挡片(61)与第一近端假体(11)抵接,从而限制第一远端假体(21)继续弯折。
4.根据权利要求1所述的仿生人工指间关节,其特征在于,
所述仿生人工指间关节还包括:
近端固定在近节指骨上的第二近端假体(12)和远端固定在中节指骨上的第二远端假体(22),
在所述第二近端假体(12)的远端上开设有第二收纳槽(32),
在所述第二远端假体(22)的近端上设置有第二回转体端头(42),
在所述第二收纳槽(32)和第二回转体端头(42)之间设置有第二碗状垫片(52),所述第二回转体端头(42)可旋转地固定在所述第二碗状垫片(52)中,所述第二碗状垫片(52)可旋转地固定在所述第二收纳槽(32)中;
其中,所述第二回转体端头(42)和第二碗状垫片(52)都只能在同一个方向上往复旋转;
当所述第二远端假体(22)在外力作用下相对于第二近端假体(12)向手指内侧弯折时,所述第二回转体端头(42)与第二碗状垫片(52)之间首先相对旋转,旋转到极限位置后,第二远端假体(22)再受到更大的作用力时所述第二碗状垫片(52)与第二收纳槽(32)之间能够相对旋转。
5.根据权利要求4所述的仿生人工指间关节,其特征在于,
在所述第二远端假体(22)上设置有第二弯折限位挡片(62),
当所述第二远端假体(22)在外力作用下相对于第二近端假体(12)弯折预定角度时,该第二弯折限位挡片(62)与第二近端假体(12)抵接,从而限制第二远端假体(22)继续弯折。
6.根据权利要求4所述的仿生人工指间关节,其特征在于,
在所述第二远端假体(22)的近端处设置有弯杆二(72),所述第二远端假体(22)通过该弯杆二(72)与所述第二回转体端头(42)相连。
7.根据权利要求6所述的仿生人工指间关节,其特征在于,所述弯杆二(72)朝向手指内侧弯曲。
8.根据权利要求6所述的仿生人工指间关节,其特征在于,所述弯杆二(72)的弯曲角度为30~45度。
9.根据权利要求6所述的仿生人工指间关节,其特征在于,
在所述第二收纳槽(32)的壁上,在靠近手指内侧方向上开设有豁槽一(81),
在所述第二碗状垫片(52)上,在靠近手指内侧方向上开设有豁槽二(82),
且当所述第二远端假体(22)弯折时,所述弯杆二(72)能够嵌入到所述豁槽一(81)和豁槽二(82)内,从而使得第二远端假体(22)的弯折角度在90度以上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的仿生人工指间关节,其特征在于,
所述弯杆三(73)朝向手指内侧弯曲;
所述弯杆三(73)的弯曲角度为30~45度。
11.根据权利要求1所述的仿生人工指间关节,其特征在于,
在所述第三远端假体(23)上设置有第三弯折限位挡片(63),
当所述第三远端假体(23)在外力作用下相对于第三近端假体(13)弯折预定角度时,该第三弯折限位挡片(63)与第三近端假体(13)抵接,从而限制第三远端假体(23)继续弯折。
