Example one
Referring to fig. 2, a method for monitoring and managing a wearing part according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown, and is applied to a wearing part monitoring and managing apparatus, where the wearing part monitoring and managing apparatus can be implemented by software and/or hardware, and the method includes specific steps S01-S03.
And step S01, receiving the attribute data and the operation data of the vulnerable part reported by the equipment.
The attribute data may include an identification (such as a model number, a serial number, etc.) and/or a field of the consumable part, and the field of the consumable part is a work log of the consumable part. The operational data may include a length of time of use and/or a frequency of use of the consumable part. In specific implementation, the device can set a program to continuously collect and report the attribute data and the operating data of the vulnerable part.
And step S02, judging whether the use state of the wearing part accords with a preset alarm rule or not according to the attribute data and the operation data.
When the use state of the wearing part meets a preset alarm rule, executing step S03 to remind a user and/or a maintenance person to replace the wearing part; and when the use state of the wearing part does not meet the preset alarm rule, returning to the step of 01 to continue monitoring the use state of the wearing part.
It can be understood that each wearing part has a service life corresponding to each other, and in the specific implementation, the attribute data of each wearing part and the corresponding service life are recorded in the mapping table in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the mapping table is stored in the storage medium of the wearing part monitoring and managing device, so that the service life of the wearing part can be obtained by looking up the table according to the attribute data of the wearing part. And the operating data of the wearing part can reflect the use state of the wearing part.
Wherein, the preset alarm rule may be: when the service state of the wearing part reaches the service life of the wearing part, or the service state of the wearing part reaches 98% of the service life of the wearing part, namely when the service state of the wearing part reaches the service life of the wearing part, or reaches 98% of the service life of the wearing part, a user and/or maintenance personnel is reminded to replace the wearing part. In practical implementation, the latter warning rule is preferably selected, namely, the warning is given when the wearing part is about to reach the service life, so that the wearing part can be replaced more timely. It should be noted that the above-mentioned ratio of 98% is only a ratio used in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, other ratios, such as 95%, 96%, etc., may be used.
Step S03, push a consumable part replacement message to the user and/or maintenance personnel.
The user and the maintainer are the user and the maintainer related to the equipment, and the correlation can be recorded into the monitoring and managing device of the wearing parts when the Internet of things of the equipment, the user side and the monitoring and managing device of the wearing parts is established. The quick-wear part replacement message can be pushed to the user end of the user and the maintenance personnel, and the specific pushing mode can be, but is not limited to, short message notification, voice broadcasting, vibration prompting, dynamic notification and the like. In addition, an information receiving and feedback mechanism can be arranged on the user end, so that when a wearing part replacement message is received, the receiving state is fed back to the wearing part monitoring and managing device, the wearing part monitoring and managing device can master the notification state of the message, and corresponding measures can be taken in time, such as pushing the message again.
In summary, in the method for monitoring and managing a quick-wear part in this embodiment, the use state of the quick-wear part is monitored by monitoring the attribute data and the operation data of the quick-wear part, and when the use state of the quick-wear part meets the preset alarm rule, a quick-wear part replacement message is pushed to a user and/or a maintenance person, so that the quick-wear part can be replaced in time after reaching the service life, the use experience of the user is ensured, and the service life of the device is also ensured.
Example two
Referring to fig. 3, a method for monitoring and managing a wearing part according to a second embodiment of the present invention is applied to a wearing part monitoring and managing apparatus, where the wearing part monitoring and managing apparatus can be implemented by software and/or hardware, and the method specifically includes steps S11 to S18.
And step S11, configuring attribute data of the wearing part and alarm rules corresponding to the attribute data.
It should be noted that the purpose of this step is to record the attribute data of each wearing part into the wearing part monitoring and managing device, and configure a corresponding warning rule for the attribute data of each wearing part, so that the attribute data of each wearing part and the corresponding warning rule are stored in the wearing part monitoring and managing device, and thus, when the attribute data of a wearing part reported by any device is received, the warning rule corresponding to the wearing part of the device can be queried.
And step S12, receiving the attribute data and the operation data of the vulnerable part reported by the equipment.
And step S13, judging whether the use state of the wearing part accords with a preset alarm rule or not according to the attribute data and the operation data.
And when the use state of the wearing part is judged to be in accordance with the preset alarm rule, executing the step S14-the step S16, and when the use state of the wearing part is judged to be not in accordance with the preset alarm rule, returning to execute the step S12 to continue to detect the use state of the wearing part.
Step S14, push a consumable part replacement message to the user and/or maintenance personnel.
And step S15, receiving current vulnerable part data sent by a preset sensing device on the equipment, wherein the current vulnerable part data carries a vulnerable part identifier.
Each quick-wear part is provided with a unique identifier, and like the quick-wear parts or the quick-wear parts of different types have different product numbers, whether the quick-wear parts are replaced or not can be determined according to the quick-wear part identifiers, and the quick-wear part identifiers before and after replacement are different inevitably if the quick-wear parts are replaced. In a specific implementation, the preset sensing device may be a device capable of identifying a mark on the wearing part, such as a code scanner, a camera, etc., and the preset sensing device may be disposed at a position opposite to the mark of the wearing part.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 4, which shows a structure diagram of the apparatus, including a communication module 21, a sensing device 22 and at least one wearing part 23, where the sensing device 22 collects an identifier of the wearing part 23 and sends the identifier to a wearing part monitoring and managing device through the communication module 21, and the communication module 21 may be, but not limited to, a bluetooth communication module, a radio frequency communication module, a wifi communication module, etc. The configuration shown in fig. 4 does not constitute a limitation of the device, which in other embodiments may include fewer or more components than shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
And step S16, judging whether the wearing part is replaced or not according to the wearing part identification.
When the wearing part is judged to be replaced, the step S18 is executed, and when the wearing part is judged not to be replaced, the step S17 is executed.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the terminal sends the data of the wearing parts collected by the sensing device to the wearing part monitoring and managing device, so that the wearing part monitoring and managing device can analyze whether the wearing parts are replaced according to the data of the wearing parts, in other embodiments, the terminal can also directly analyze the data of the wearing parts collected by the sensing device, so as to obtain the result of whether the wearing parts are replaced and feed the result back to the wearing part monitoring and managing device, so that the wearing part monitoring and managing device can omit the process of analyzing whether the wearing parts are replaced, and resources are saved, that is, in other embodiments, the method can further include the following steps:
receiving the information that the wearing parts are not replaced, which is sent by a preset sensing device on the equipment;
and according to the quick-wear part replacement message, continuously pushing the quick-wear part replacement message to a user and/or maintenance personnel according to a preset pushing mechanism.
And step S17, continuously pushing the wearing part replacement message to the user and/or the maintenance personnel according to a preset pushing mechanism.
In some optional embodiments of the present invention, the preset pushing mechanism may be a preset pushing frequency mechanism, and specifically, if the user and/or the maintenance person does not replace the wearing part in time, the frequency of pushing the wearing part replacement message to the user and/or the maintenance person is increased, for example, from 3 times/day to 5 times/day. Or the preset pushing mechanism may also be a preset pushing level mechanism, and specifically, if the user and/or the maintenance person does not replace the wearing part in time, the pushing level of the wearing part replacement message may be increased, for example, the wearing part replacement message is pushed from ordinary pushing to special pushing, so that the wearing part replacement message is displayed on the front row of the message pushing bar of the user side, or the damage of the wearing part that is not replaced in time is added to the wearing part replacement message, so as to attract the attention of the user and the maintenance person.
And step S18, clearing the operation data and waiting for the next triggering of the preset alarm rule.
It can be understood that after the wearing part is replaced, the use state of the replaced wearing part is recalculated, and the previously recorded operation data needs to be cleared, and the next triggering of the preset alarm rule is waited. Or in other embodiments, the operating data is not cleared, and the use state of the replaced wearing part can be monitored in a data superposition and accumulation mode.
In summary, compared with the first embodiment, the emergency handling mechanism that the user or the maintenance personnel does not replace the wearing part in time after the message is pushed is added, and the wearing part replacement message is continuously pushed to the user and/or the maintenance personnel through the preset pushing mechanism, so as to ensure that the wearing part is replaced in time as much as possible.
Further, the method may further include:
and configuring a field of the vulnerable part according to the attribute of the vulnerable part, and associating the field of the vulnerable part with the attribute data. The purpose of this step is to record the attributes of all the replaced wearing parts into the fields of the wearing parts, which is beneficial to subsequently inquiring/monitoring the replacement history of the wearing parts through the log.
Further, in order to prevent the tenant from abusing the product, in some optional embodiments of the present invention, when the operation data includes a use duration and a use frequency, the method may further include:
when the equipment is rental equipment, judging whether the equipment is in an overuse state or not according to the use duration and the use frequency;
and if so, adjusting the rental fee of the equipment.
That is, when it is determined that the device is in the over-use state according to the use duration and the use frequency of the device, the tenant may be limited by increasing the lease fee of the device, so as to prevent the tenant from abusing the product. When the actual use time length or the use frequency of the equipment exceeds the set normal use time length or the set normal use frequency, the abuse of the tenant on the leased equipment is limited by adjusting the lease fee of the equipment.
Further, in order to further facilitate the replacement of the wearing part, in some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the wearing part replacement message further includes wearing part commodity information and/or after-sales service information, and the method may further include:
receiving a wearing part purchase request sent by a user;
and sending a wearing part purchasing instruction to a corresponding manufacturer according to the wearing part purchasing request, so that the manufacturer can distribute the corresponding wearing part to a corresponding user according to the wearing part purchasing instruction or arrange a corresponding maintenance person to get on the door for replacing the wearing part.
Namely, when the wearing part replacement message is pushed, the wearing part commodity information (such as a purchase link) and/or after-sale going-to-the-door service information are pushed to the user together, so that the user can quickly obtain the acquisition way of a new wearing part from the push message (such as direct purchase or after-sale going-to-the-door service information), and can send a wearing part purchase request (such as a purchase request can be sent out after replying to 'purchase') to the wearing part monitoring and management device based on the push message, and the wearing part monitoring and management device sends a wearing part purchase instruction to the corresponding manufacturer according to the purchase request, so that the wearing part can be replaced as soon as possible, and meanwhile, extra value-added profits can be brought to the manufacturer, and the market business of the wearing part is driven.
