Abstract

that is, the server extracts keywords in the fault information and matches the keyword vocabulary entry labels stored in the background to obtain a firmware upgrade file for solving the fault of the terminal equipment; that is, after the server receives the failure information fed back by the device, the server matches the failure information with the failure key field stored in the server background, for example: the equipment uploads 'cabinet air conditioner 11000', 'fluorine deficiency' and 'air supply baffle fault', and the background server matches the keyword information with keyword entry labels stored in the background;

the information of the current running version number information, the mac address information and the fault information of the equipment is successfully matched with the information of the running version number information, the mac address information and the fault information of the equipment sent by the server, and the version number of the server is higher than the running version number of the current equipment, so that the wireless communication module automatically starts a wireless upgrading function;
s6: and after the upgrade is completed, the terminal equipment normally operates.
If the fault information of the terminal equipment is uploaded to the server, the server automatically feeds the fault information of the terminal equipment back to the upper-layer platform if no corresponding firmware upgrading file exists; that is, when the device firmware information received by the server is unsuccessfully matched with the device firmware key field stored in the background thereof, that is, after the device fault information is uploaded to the server, no corresponding fault matching bin file is found, the server automatically feeds back the device fault information to the intelligent customer service, the intelligent customer service transmits the information to the hands of project developers, then a project development engineer develops and compiles a bin file for solving the user device fault and uploads the bin file to the server, and then the steps S3-S6 are repeated.
Therefore, when the device sensor detects that the device has a fault during operation, the device fault information is automatically reported to the background server, the background server provides an upgrade bin file suitable for the fault characteristics of the device according to the fault characteristics of the device, the wireless communication module performs matching comparison according to the fault characteristics of the device and the current operation version number of the device with the latest version number on the server, the fault characteristics are found to be matched, and when the current operation version number is lower than the latest version number on the server, the wireless communication module automatically initiates a remote firmware upgrade request. After the upgrade is completed, the latest firmware program is automatically operated, the device automatically initiates an upgrade request through an intelligent sensing technology, the upgrade operation is automatically completed, and the development and maintenance cost of the App is saved.
