Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of panel repairing instruments, in particular to a repairing device of a top light-emitting panel and a working method thereof.
Background
At present, the large-size panels produced in mass production in the display market still adopt a bottom light emitting mode. To achieve higher resolution, top emission panels are currently the direction of development for large companies. However, in actual mass production, the repair of defective pixels of the top emission panel has been a problem. The TFT drive is covered in the light-emitting pixel area, so that the TFT and the metal wiring are difficult to cut on the light-emitting surface. However, since the display state of the display surface of the top light-emitting panel is not observed on the TFT side, it is difficult to cut on the TFT side and locate a specific position of a defective pixel of the top light-emitting panel. High requirements are put on the repair and the precision of the top light-emitting panel.
Therefore, the repair problem of the top light-emitting panel seriously affects the yield of the current large-size OLED (organic light emitting diode) mass production, and even determines whether the top light-emitting panel can be mass produced, so that the requirement on a high-precision repair machine capable of realizing the large-size top light-emitting panel is increasingly urgent.
