Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention. Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention, presented in the figures, is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an urban road parking charge management system, including:
the parking detection units 10 are correspondingly disposed at each parking space, and are configured to detect whether a vehicle is parked in the parking space, and each parking detection unit has a fixed unique ID number. The platform numbers each parking space, and binds the parking detection unit 10 and the two-dimensional code indicator 12 in each parking space with the numbers of the respective parking spaces one by one.
And the signal transmission unit 11 and the parking detection unit are used for sending the corresponding ID number and parking time to the platform when the vehicle is parked in the corresponding parking space. The platform is matched with the parking space, the parking space state is updated to be parking, and the parking time is marked.
The two-dimensional code indicator 12 is correspondingly arranged on each parking space, and is used for binding a corresponding code scanning tool after a user uses different code scanning tools to scan codes. In a specified time (which can be defined), a user scans a two-dimensional code indicator corresponding to a parking space where a user car is parked by adopting tool software (such as WeChat, Payment treasure, cloud flash payment and the like) with user-related information attributes (such as a mobile phone number, an identity card number, license plate information and an application software exclusive ID (the WeChat is OpenID)), so that the user-side tool software is in information connection with a platform, the platform records information such as user-side code scanning tool software types (such as WeChat, Payment treasure, cloud flash payment and the like), software user ID, code scanning time and the like, and registers the information to the parking space number where the user parks.
The platform 13 is used for receiving the corresponding ID number and the parking time thereof and starting timing; and the platform is further used for starting a process of carrying out violation evidence obtaining on the vehicle on the parking space corresponding to the ID number when the code scanning information is not acquired in unit time.
The violation evidence obtaining process can be realized manually or by a machine. The manual operation means that the violation information is sent to nearby staff on duty, so that the staff on duty can obtain evidence of the violation at a corresponding position. The machine implementation mode means that a camera can be further arranged beside the parking space, and when code scanning information is not acquired in unit time, the platform 13 controls the camera to obtain evidence and take pictures of illegal vehicles and the like. After obtaining evidence, obtaining a user mobile phone number through a data interface of an intranet vehicle management station or an extranet user registration vehicle database, and sending a text message or a voice message to inform a user; and the reminding information can also be sent to client tool software (such as WeChat, Payment treasure, cloud flash payment and the like) which is registered by the user for reminding.
As a further improvement, the parking detection unit 10 is a geomagnetic device. The geomagnetic device can be combined with devices such as ultrasonic and infrared photography to realize more accurate parking detection. In one of them embodiment, combine infrared camera device to realize accurate parking through the earth magnetism device and detect, it is concrete, work as when the earth magnetism device detects that there is the object to enter into, can start infrared camera device and shoot the vehicle bottom, obtain the first photo when entering. Referring to fig. 2, for a general fuel-powered vehicle, the engine position generally generates a large amount of heat, so that an infrared signal of the engine entering the vehicle can be obtained by an infrared camera to determine whether the vehicle enters. In addition, the motor and the lithium ion battery in the new energy automobile also generate heat, and whether the automobile enters or not can be judged by recognizing the heating states of the elements.
During the parking process of the automobile, especially after long-time parking, if a large object (a truck) is parked around the parking space or passes by, the geomagnetic device can generate false detection. Therefore, accurate automobile leaving detection can be achieved through the combination of the geomagnetic device and the infrared photographic device. Specifically, when the geomagnetic device detects that the geomagnetic variation exceeds a certain threshold, the infrared photographing device is controlled to take a picture to obtain a second picture; and comparing the obtained second picture with the first picture, judging whether the position of the automobile changes or not, and judging that the automobile leaves if the position of the automobile changes. The step of comparing the images may be performed in the platform 13 or the parking detection unit 10, for example, in the parking detection unit 10, a processing unit needs to be additionally disposed in the parking detection unit 10, for example, in the platform 13, the images need to be transmitted to the platform 13. Referring to fig. 3, the step of comparing the pictures includes: acquiring the second picture and the outline of the first picture; and judging whether the outlines of the second picture and the first picture are partially overlapped, if so, judging that the automobile does not leave, and if not, judging that the automobile leaves. Wherein the second picture and the outline of the first picture can be obtained by a findContours function. The reason why the comparison of whether the outlines of the two photographs are partially overlapped, rather than completely overlapped, is because the photograph obtained by the infrared camera when the automobile is heated is different from the photograph obtained when the automobile is not heated.
As a further improvement, the signal transmission unit 11 employs an NB-IOT device.
As a further improvement, the parking detection unit 10 is further configured to detect whether the vehicle leaves the parking space, and the signal transmission unit 11 is further configured to send the corresponding ID number and leaving time to the platform 13 when the vehicle leaves the parking space.
As a further improvement, the platform 13 is further configured to receive a corresponding ID number and a departure time thereof, generate billing information, and further bind the billing information to a corresponding code scanning tool (such as WeChat, Payment treasures, cloud flash payment, etc.). It can be understood that the existing payment tool generally binds the identity card information, the mobile phone information or the bank card information of the user. Therefore, when the user does not pay, the bill information is always bound to the corresponding code scanning tool, and when the user scans the code for the next time, the user can directly jump to the corresponding bill information; the user can continue to use the mobile phone after paying.
As a further improvement, the platform 13 is further configured to update the state of the parking space periodically according to the parking information or leaving information of the parking detection unit 10. The parking status of each parking space can be acquired through updating the parking space state, and a user can inquire and preset the parking space according to the parking space information on the platform.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
