The intelligent contract module also sends an audit result notification to the user who issues the result after the audit result information is finished, wherein the audit result notification is passed or not passed; and the audit result notice is pushed to the user who issues the result in a mode of mail and short message service.
And judging whether the file size of the result information exceeds 2M, specifically judging whether the result image-text introduction information in the result information exceeds 2M.

The result transaction module is used for the transaction of the results among the users; when the user who has linked the chain has buying intention to a certain achievement, the achievement trading module sends a buying application to an achievement issuing user; the purchase application comprises a purchaser, a purchase price, purchase time, a purchase appendix and a transaction state (which are divided into initiation, transaction failure, pending record, successful record, unsuccessful record and successful transaction according to the transaction flow state in sequence); after receiving the purchase application, the achievement transaction module sends the purchase application to a corresponding achievement issuing user, the achievement issuing user can check which users initiate the purchase application through a computer connected with the system through the achievement transaction module, if the achievement issuing user refuses the achievement transaction application, the achievement transaction module directly marks the transaction state as failure only by initiating a refusing instruction aiming at the purchase application through the achievement transaction module, and the purchase application is ended; if the issue user of the achievement agrees with the purchase application, the achievement transaction module marks the transaction state as to-be-filed, the achievement transaction module sends the purchase application to a certification authority for filing, meanwhile, the achievement transaction module sends the purchase application to a alliance chain through an intelligent contract module for storage, so as to reserve files for later-stage query, and the filing is that the certification authority verifies the purchase application through a computer connected with the system and checks whether the law is violated; and after the record is passed, the result transaction module marks the transaction state as successful record, if the certification authority refuses the record, the result transaction module marks the transaction state as failed record, and the transaction is failed. Whether the record is passed or not, the achievement trading module sends purchase application information to the intelligent contract module, the purchase application information comprises a purchaser, a purchase price, purchase time, a purchase epilogue and a trading state (which are sequentially divided into initiation, trading failure, to-be-recorded, record success, record failure and trading success according to the trading flow state), and the intelligent contract module receives the purchase application information and then sends the purchase application information to the alliance chain for storage.
The achievement trading module sends the purchase application to the achievement issuing user specifically to push the achievement issuing user in a mode of mail and mobile phone short message.
As shown in fig. 4, the transaction of the result is initiated by the institution that wants to purchase the result, agreed by the result-holding institution, and then the certification institution verifies the record.
The storage module is used for storing the result information and the application information, and particularly stores the part of the result information of the image-text introduction information which is larger than 2M in the result information, because the data storage of the intelligent contract is mainly used for storing the transaction information and cannot store a large amount of content, the storage module is required for auxiliary storage. The received instruction is MD5 summary information of the achievement information to search detailed image-text information, and the storage module adopts MySql database.
The scoring module is used for scoring the result information by the user and sending the result information to the alliance chain for storage through the intelligent contract module, the scoring is used for calculating the score of each result, and the score is composed of three parts of browsing amount, mechanism scoring and transaction information: the browsing volume is the number of times each outcome is viewed; the organization scoring is that each user in the system scores the achievement according to the self understanding after looking up the detailed information of the achievement, the score is 1-10, the highest score is 10, and the lowest score is 1; transaction information refers to the transfer and authorization of the outcome. The composition ratio of the fraction is as follows: the browsing amount accounts for 40%, the organization score accounts for 50%, and the transaction result accounts for 10%.
And the alliance chain management module is used for managing node information, block size, public key and private key of the alliance connected server cluster. The alliance chain management module sends a monitoring instruction to a server on an alliance chain, and the alliance chain module returns node information of the server cluster, the block size, the public key and the private key to the alliance chain management module.

The block chain of alliances has the characteristics of multi-center, distributed, non-falsifiable, traceable, consensus and autonomous alliance, plays a basic role in verification, display, traceability and security, and has been widely applied to the fields of payment settlement, supply chain finance, stock exchange and insurance. Common federation chain foundation platforms include a hyper ledger (hyper ridge), an R3 blockchain federation (initiated by blockchain venture corporation R3CEV, headquarters in new york), a BCOS (Be credit, Open & Secure, developed with the initiative of micro-banking, universal blockchain, matrix element, and KYC financial federation chain (developed by the initiative of the financial science and technology in althan).
The invention adopts the alliance block chain system to effectively connect the supply of the assisted financial scientific and technological achievements with the requirements of the financial institutions, solves the problem of asymmetric information of the financial scientific and technological achievements, better supports the financial institutions, increases the use strength of the financial science and technology, and is particularly applied to the fields of financial risk prevention, general finance, micro-finance, financial risk control and information security. On one hand, the financial result is encouraged to be released, the conversion rate and the popularization rate are improved, and the accuracy and the authenticity of information release are improved; on the other hand, the evaluation of the application of the financial science and technology achievements is displayed through a sharing platform of an industrial chain, and the repeated construction and use risks of the financial science and technology are reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A financial industry chain shows evaluation transaction system based on alliance chain which characterized in that: the system comprises a webservice interface, an operator authentication module, a display module, an organization management module, an auditing module, a result publishing module, a result inquiring module, a storage module, an intelligent contract module and a scoring module, wherein:
the webservice interface is used for a user to access on a computer of the user through a web browser through the webservice interface;
the operator authentication module is used for authenticating the login authority of the user, receiving login operation information input by the user through the webservice interface, and judging whether the user has the authority to login the system according to the login information; when a user has authority to log in, opening a corresponding functional module according to the authority corresponding to the user for the user to access; when the user does not have the authority to log in, carrying out error prompt and refusing access;
the user comprises an operation organization, a certification organization, a supervision organization, a supplier and a financial organization;
the display module is used for displaying information;
the mechanism management module is used for managing the user to be linked, sending the application information of the user to be linked to the auditing module and sending the application information to the alliance chain for storage;
the auditing module is used for receiving the application information sent by the organization management module, sending an auditing notice to a corresponding uplink user in the system, sending the application information to the alliance chain through the intelligent contract module for storage, and after the uplink user audits the application information through a network browser through a computer connected with the system, feeding the auditing result back to the organization management module by the auditing module;
the result issuing module is used for sending the result information input by the supplier in the system to the intelligent contract module and issuing the result information which passes the auditing;
the intelligent contract module is used for carrying out intelligent contract processing on the achievement information and the application information sent by the achievement issuing module and then storing the achievement information and the application information into the alliance chain and/or the storage module, and meanwhile, sending the achievement information to the uplink certification authority for auditing, and the certification authority audits the achievement information through a network browser by a computer which is networked with the system, and audits whether the achievement information violates the law and is complete; if the result information is incomplete and/or violates the law, the result information is rejected, the intelligent contract module sends a closing instruction to the result issuing module, and the result issuing module closes the result information; when the result information is complete and does not violate the law, sending a publishing instruction to a result publishing module, and publishing the result information by the result publishing module;
the result inquiry module is used for providing result inquiry for the uplink user;
the storage module is used for storing the result information and the application information;
and the scoring module is used for scoring the result information by the user and sending the result information to the alliance chain for storage through the intelligent contract module.

A federation chain-based financial industry chain display evaluation transaction system as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the mechanism management module is used for managing the user to be linked up, sending the application information of the user to be linked up to the auditing module, and sending the application information to the alliance chain for storage, and specifically comprises the following steps: managing the user to be linked up to join the system, receiving the application information of the user to be linked up which is networked with the system, submitting the application information by the user to be linked up through a computer connected with the system, sending the application information to an auditing module by an organization management module, sending an auditing result fed back by the auditing module to the user to be linked up, and setting corresponding user permission for the user to be linked up when the auditing information is passed.

A federation chain-based financial industry chain display evaluation transaction system as claimed in claim 2 wherein: after the user who wants to chain submits the application information, the auditing module firstly sends an auditing notice to the authentication mechanism which has chain, and the authentication mechanism audits the application information through a network browser by a computer which is connected with the authentication mechanism and is connected with the system, verifies the correctness of the application information and feeds back an auditing result; when the application information is incomplete, the auditing result is that the application information does not pass, the auditing module feeds back the information that the auditing does not pass to the mechanism management module, the mechanism management module sends an auditing failing notice to the user to be linked, and at the moment, the user to be linked supplements the application information; and after the application information is supplemented, the institution management module sends the supplemented application information to the auditing module again, and the auditing module sends a re-auditing notice to the uplinked certification institution again and uploads the supplemented application information to the alliance chain through the intelligent contract module for storage and regeneration of the application serial number of the application file.
