4) installation of a grouting opening: after the duct piece 1 is installed, installing a corresponding grouting opening a10, a grouting opening b11, a grouting opening c12 and caulking materials 6 in the tunnel, and then connecting an indicator light a16, an indicator light b17 and an external battery 18 by using a reserved weak current circuit wire 15 and fixing;

5) and (3) later-stage use: when pipe joint water leakage occurs due to the fact that a pipe joint is opened in the tunnel operation process, if an indicator lamp a (16) at a certain pipe joint flickers or shines, it is indicated that the pipe joint water leakage at the certain pipe joint has permeated into a first waterproof sealing gasket (2), grouting plugging is conducted on a corresponding surface grouting hole (7) through a grouting opening a (10) at the corresponding pipe joint inside the tunnel, or grouting water plugging repairing is conducted on a first pipe joint grouting hole (8) at the corresponding position through a grouting opening b (11); if the indicator light b (17) flickers or shines, the fact that the pipe seam seepage water at the position has permeated into the second waterproof sealing gasket (3) is indicated, and grouting water plugging repair is conducted on the second pipe seam grouting hole (9) at the corresponding position through the grouting opening c (12) at the position corresponding to the pipe seam inside the tunnel.
