The existing tunnel operation period waterproof mainly has the following problems:
(1) The construction of the tunnel waterproof system relies on a waterproof board and a drain pipe between the secondary lining and the primary lining, and a water stop at the expansion joint is positioned behind the secondary lining and does not have replacement conditions.
(2) The water stop at the expansion joint has complex construction process of clamping reinforcing steel bars of the middle-buried type steel edge rubber water stop widely used at present, and the construction quality is not easy to guarantee; the adoption of the external-sticking waterproof belt tunnel is convenient to replace, but the attractive appearance is affected.
(3) The tunnel structure is easy to deform and dislocate at the deformation joint due to the influence of the stress characteristic of the deformation joint of the tunnel, and the rubber water stop belt is easy to break and destroy along with the deformation of concrete at two sides of the deformation joint, so that the deformation joint leaks water.
(4) The tunnel leakage water disaster is incurable, and the current common expansion joint water stopping system is completed once when the tunnel is constructed for secondary lining, has no maintainability, can only seal traffic and control by means of grouting and the like, and has great influence on tunnel operation.
In summary, in the prior art, the problem that the water stop belt cannot effectively solve the water seepage and water leakage of the tunnel is still lacking in an effective solution.

(3) The air bag water stop belt can be added in the concrete pouring process, and can be added after the secondary lining construction is completed, so that the construction difficulty is low, the construction efficiency can be improved, and the construction quality is ensured.
(4) The air bag groove segment fracture of the water stop belt can provide space for the expansion and contraction of the tunnel lining structure, so that the normal performance of an expansion joint is ensured, and meanwhile, the expansion joint and the air bag groove fracture can provide an operation space for the addition and the replacement of an air bag.
(5) The application adopts the flexible air bag water stop belt with better deformability, and can still ensure better fitting property with the air bag wall when the secondary lining concrete at two sides of the deformation joint is displaced relatively. Meanwhile, the flexible air bags are filled with waterproof mineral grease, so that the air bags and air bag grooves are fully compacted, and the waterproof property is ensured.

The waterproof mineral grease 2 is applied to uniformly fill the area between the balloon wall and the balloon and has a certain thickness. The waterproof mineral grease 2 can maintain a stable state between solid and liquid at all seasons.
The anchoring piece 12 is arranged radially outside the arc-shaped duct piece 11, and the anchoring piece 12 is fixedly connected with the two lining steel bars.
Asphalt mastic 4 is filled between the gap at the end part of the arc-shaped duct piece 11 and the externally attached rubber water stop 6 attached to the tunnel waterproof board 7.
The longitudinal section of the airbag 1 matches the tunnel section, and the cross section of the airbag 1 is circular (the cross section of the airbag is a section in a plan view, and the longitudinal section of the airbag is a section in a front view). The air bag 1 is made of high-strength polymer materials, and is manufactured according to the outline shape of a tunnel, the air bag 1 is attached to the tunnel shape in the longitudinal direction, has high pressure bearing performance, has good deformation performance, and has the inflation expansion size which can reach 1.5 times of the diameter of an air bag groove when the periphery is pressureless, and the diameter of the air bag in a non-inflation state is slightly smaller than the diameter of the air bag groove. The bearable pressure of the air bag 1 is determined according to the Kelarong equation by the volume of the air bag groove when the construction joint reaches the maximum width and the minimum width.
The longitudinal section of the arc-shaped duct piece 11 matches the tunnel section, and the cross section of the arc-shaped duct piece 11 is semicircular (the longitudinal section and the cross section of the arc-shaped duct piece 11 are defined as the same as those of the air bag). The air bag 1 is connected with an inflator pump 9 through a pipeline, an inflation inlet 5 is arranged on the pipeline, and an air pressure gauge 8 is arranged at the inflation inlet 5. The barometer is positioned behind the inflation inlet, can be permanently fixed on the air bag behind the inflation inlet, and can also monitor the air pressure by adopting a temporary barometer during inflation and inspection. The air bag is tightly combined with the wall of the air bag tank by inflating and pressurizing the air bag, so that the aim of isolating underground water is fulfilled.
The inflation inlet 5 and the barometer 8 of the air bag 1 are arranged at the overhaul hole 10 of the tunnel section shown in fig. 2, the overhaul hole 10 is reserved at the tunnel overhaul channel, the air pressure of the air bag is regularly checked through the barometer 8, and when the air pressure does not meet the requirement, the air is inflated through the inflation inlet 5 in time, so that the air bag is simply maintained. In the tunnel operation process, when the gasbag state does not accord with the requirement, can be more convenient change the gasbag through the space that inspection hole and expansion joint provided, reach antiseep purpose: when the air bag needs to be replaced, the air bag is taken out from the maintenance hole, and one end of a new air bag penetrates into the air bag groove 3 from the maintenance hole for replacement. The air bag 1 is provided with an air bag connector at a set position, the air bag connector is arranged in a maintenance hole, the air bag connector comprises an externally attached water stop 13, the externally attached water stop 13 is transversely attached to the outer side of the air bag 1, two ends of the externally attached water stop 13 are connected with fixing pieces, and the fixing pieces adopt fixing bolts 14 in the embodiment; the air bag 1 is tightly wrapped by the external-adhesion type water stop 13, and the external-adhesion type water stop 13 is fixed on the secondary lining concrete through the fixing bolts 14.
A waterproof mineral grease 2 is arranged between the external-adhesion type water stop 13 and the air bag 1, and the waterproof mineral grease 2 is uniformly coated on the gap between the external-adhesion type water stop 13 and the air bag 1.
The matched part of the external adhesive water stop 13 and the air bag 1 is semicircular, and two end parts of the external adhesive water stop 13 extend in the direction opposite to the air bag 1.
The specific implementation process of the inflatable water stop belt comprises the following steps:
when the secondary lining of the tunnel is constructed, after the waterproof plate 7 and the externally attached rubber water stop 6 are constructed, secondary lining reinforcing steel bars are constructed, the anchoring pieces 12 of the air bag groove 3 are welded with the secondary lining reinforcing steel bars, then a template is built, and secondary lining concrete is poured.
Filling asphalt mastic 4 into the gap between the air bag grooves 3 after the steps are finished, filling waterproof mineral grease 2 into the air bag grooves 3, filling the air bag 1 into the air bag grooves 3, inflating the air bag 1 through the inflation inlet 5 by using the inflator pump 9, monitoring inflation pressure through the barometer 8 in the inflation process, tightly combining the air bag with the air bag wall, and sealing the inflation inlet 5 after the inflation is finished.
The water stop belt is concealed and attractive, can replace the steel edge rubber water stop belt with higher replacement difficulty in the current tunnel operation process, has low replacement difficulty and is convenient for later maintenance. And the construction is convenient, the waterproof capability of the tunnel expansion joint can be improved, and the tunnel operation period can be conveniently replaced.
