Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and all other embodiments that can be obtained by one skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without inventive efforts shall fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
The present invention provides a parking apparatus, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the parking apparatus includes a plurality of car carrying frames 100 for carrying a car 800, a parking frame 200 for supporting the car carrying frames 100 to suspend, a longitudinally moving cart 300 disposed at one side of the parking frame 200 and capable of moving along the side, a lifting mechanism 400 disposed on the longitudinally moving cart 300, a cantilever 500 spanning above the parking frame 200 and connected to the lifting mechanism 400, and a transversely moving cart 600 movably disposed on the cantilever 500, the transversely moving cart 600 is used for grabbing the car carrying frames 100; the highest moving point of the cantilever 500 is higher than the sum of the heights of the parking frame 200 and the vehicle carrying frame 100.
In this embodiment, the parking frame 200 is made of a steel member, and an upper parking space for parking the vehicle-carrying frame 100 is formed on an upper end surface thereof, and a ground parking space for normal use is defined below the upper parking space. The size of the vehicle-carrying frame 100 is determined according to actual requirements, for example, if the target vehicle is a car, the vehicle-carrying frame can be set to be 5m long by 2.5m wide by 2m high. Preferably, a vehicle stopping slope 120 for preventing the vehicle 800 from slipping is arranged at a position corresponding to the wheel in the vehicle frame 100. The parking stand 200 may also be sized according to the available area of its geographic location. The embodiment exemplifies one of the dimensions of the parking frame 200 and the placement mode of the car carrying frame 100 in the parking frame 200: the parking frame 200 is a cubic structure with the length of 20m, the width of 5m and the height of 2m, the vehicle carrying frame 100 can be arranged in the upper-layer parking space according to a 2 x 4 or 1 x 8 square matrix, and the vehicle 800 can be normally parked in the ground parking space.
The longitudinal moving trolley 300 is arranged on one side of the parking frame 200 and is used for driving the lifting mechanism 400 and the cantilever 500 arranged on the lifting mechanism 400 to translate along the side edge of the parking frame 200, the lifting mechanism 400 is arranged above the longitudinal moving trolley 300 and is provided with a fixed end and a movable end, wherein the fixed end is fixed on the longitudinal moving trolley 300, the movable end moves up and down relative to the fixed end, and the movable end is driven to move relative to the fixed end in various modes, such as hydraulic pressure, air pressure or motor-screw combination driving. The cantilever 500 spans over the parking frame 200, and the head end thereof is connected to the movable end, while the tail end thereof extends out from the side of the parking frame 200 away from the lifting mechanism 400, that is, when the car frame 100 is on the ground at one side of the parking frame 200, the tail end of the cantilever 500 is above the car frame 100, so that the traverse car 600 can grab the car frame 100.
Preferably, the moving direction of the traverse car 600 (i.e. the length direction of the cantilever 500) should be perpendicular to the moving direction of the longitudinal car 300, and the longitudinal car 300 moves along the length direction (longitudinal direction) of the parking frame 200, so that the traverse car 600 moves along the width direction (transverse direction) of the parking frame 200, thereby realizing the displacement drive of the car frame 100 in the transverse and longitudinal directions on the horizontal plane. Of course, the moving directions of the traverse carriage 600 and the traverse carriage 300 may not be perpendicular, but relatively speaking, it is the best implementation that the moving directions of the two carriages are perpendicular. In addition, the lifting mechanism 400 realizes the displacement driving of the traverse carriage 600 and the vehicle carrying frame 100 grabbed by the traverse carriage 600 in the vertical direction.
In this embodiment, the parking frame 200 is preferably disposed at the road side, the longitudinal movement vehicle 300 is disposed at the side of the parking frame 200 far away from the road, and the end of the cantilever 500 extends from the side of the parking frame 200 near the road and is suspended above the road. When the vehicle 800 needs to be parked, the initial position of the cantilever 500 should be higher than the height of the vehicle-carrying frame 100 parked on the parking frame 200, if not, the lifting mechanism 400 needs to drive the cantilever 500 to rise, then the longitudinal moving trolley 300 drives the cantilever 500 to reach the position where the designated empty vehicle frame 100 is located, the transverse moving trolley 600 moves to the upper side of the empty vehicle frame 100, the lifting mechanism 400 drives the cantilever 500 to descend, so that the transverse moving trolley 600 clamps the empty vehicle frame 100, the lifting mechanism 400 ascends to lift the empty vehicle frame 100 by the transverse moving trolley 600, the longitudinal moving trolley 300 moves to the position right opposite to the position to be parked, the transverse moving trolley 600 simultaneously moves to the tail end of the cantilever 500 until the empty vehicle frame 100 is located above the position to be parked, and then the lifting mechanism 400 drives the cantilever 500 to descend, so that the empty vehicle frame 100 is parked at the position to be parked. After the vehicle 800 is parked in the vehicle-carrying frame 100, the steps of ascending, longitudinally moving, transversely moving and the like which are opposite to the above processes are sequentially completed, and the vehicle-carrying frame 100 is moved to the original position. When the vehicle 800 in the vehicle frame 100 needs to be taken out, the parking process is consistent with the parking process.
