功能性纺织品是纺织品中的一种产品,现有的功能性纺织品,结构复杂,不便于大规模量产,易造成污染且有毒、抗拉强度较小,容易断裂,容易起毛、起球,手感硬不顺滑,防静电功能、抗菌功能、防紫外线功能以及防风防水功能的性能较差,且功能只能短暂维持,容易损坏,使用寿命短;其次,现有的功能性纺织品的制备方法,步骤复杂,不合理,实现过程困难,制备效率低,成本高,不适合大规模量产,为此,提出一种功能性纺织品及其制备方法。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种功能性纺织品,其提出的功能性纺织品,结构简单,便于大规模量产,环保无毒、抗拉强度较大,不易断裂,不易起毛、起球,柔软顺滑,具备较好的防静电功能、抗菌功能、防紫外线功能以及防风防水功能,且功能持久,经久耐用,不易损坏,使用寿命长,提出的功能性纺织品的制备方法,科学合理,步骤简单,容易实现,制备效率高,成本低,尤其适合大规模量产,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种功能性纺织品,包括采用功能性处理液浸泡、甩干机甩干以及固化炉固化制备的纺织面料,所述纺织面料由经纱和纬纱编织而成,所述经纱和所述纬纱相互垂直交错排列。
通过采用上述技术方案,使得本发明提出的功能性纺织品,结构简单,便于大规模量产。
进一步的,所述经纱和所述纬纱的制成原料相同,所述原料由如下组分混匀而成,按重量份计包括:彩棉18-26份、竹纤维12-16份、羊毛10-12份、驼绒8-10、苎麻纤维13-16份、蚕丝5-7份以及石墨烯4-6份。
通过采用上述技术方案,经纱和纬纱由彩棉、竹纤维、羊毛、驼绒、苎麻纤维、蚕丝、石墨烯多种组分制成,使得经纱和纬纱抗拉强度较大,不易断裂,柔软顺滑。
进一步的,所述经纱和所述纬纱由如下方法制成,具体包括如下步骤:
步骤一、按重量份计称量彩棉18-26份、竹纤维12-16份、羊毛10-12份、驼绒8-10、苎麻纤维13-16份、蚕丝5-7份、石墨烯4-6份、增强剂2-4份、增韧剂1-3份以及抗菌剂2-4份;
步骤二、将彩棉、竹纤维、羊毛、驼绒、苎麻纤维、蚕丝、石墨烯、增强剂、增韧剂以及抗菌剂加入粉碎机中粉碎至颗粒大小为100-200目的颗粒物料;
步骤三、按重量份计称量步骤二中的颗粒物料10-25份、氧化胺50-90份、水10-20份加入反应釜中利用氧化胺的水溶液对颗粒物料进行溶解30-40min,同时将反应釜的搅拌速度设置为600-800r/min、温度设置为120-140℃;
步骤四、在步骤三中的反应釜停止工作后将反应釜内部的混合液采用200-300目的过滤网滤出,并将滤液进行冷却制成颗粒大小为50-200目的固体粒料,并对在将滤液进行冷却制成固体粒料过程中产生的液体进行回收再利用;
步骤五、将步骤四中的固体粒料加入纺丝机中进行纺丝,得到的纤维丝即为经纱和纬纱。
通过采用上述技术方案,采用彩棉、竹纤维、羊毛、驼绒、苎麻纤维、蚕丝、石墨烯、增强剂、增韧剂以及抗菌剂制成的经纱和纬纱环保无毒、抗拉强度较大,同时具备较好的防静电的性能,其次,采用上述提出的经纱和纬纱的制备方法,步骤简单,容易实现,制备过程无排放、环保无污染,制备效率高,成本低,从而使得本发明提出的功能性纺织品,性能稳定,不会在使用过程中释放有毒有害物质,具有良好的环保特性,功能持久,经久耐用,不易损坏,使用寿命长,抗拉强度较大,备较好的防静电的性能。
进一步的,所述步骤四中制成的固体粒料储存的条件为温度不高于50℃且无水蒸气。
通过采用上述技术方案,可避免储存的固体粒料受潮受热而融化。
进一步的,所述增强剂为按重量份计4-6份的聚丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯酸羟乙酯-甲基丙烯乙酯共聚物、3-4份的聚氨酯、3-5份的聚苯乙烯、4-6份的聚酰胺、30-50份的丙酮溶液加入反应釜中,在70-80℃的温度条件下进行溶解得到的混合溶液。
通过采用上述技术方案,制备的增强剂可有效增加经纱和纬纱的力学性能。
进一步的,所述增韧剂为按重量份计9-12份的聚乙烯醇、4-6份的聚聚四氟乙烯、3-5份的聚醋酸纤维、40-60份的电导率为0的水加入反应釜中,在80-90℃条件下进行溶解得到的混合溶液。
通过采用上述技术方案,制备的增韧剂能够有效增强经纱和纬纱的韧性,可有效避免经纱和纬纱容易被折断。
进一步的,所述抗菌剂为按重量份计5-7份的磷酸钠铵、7-9份的维生素E、4-6份的甲壳素、6-8份的硝酸银、20-30份的电导率为0的水加入反应釜,在70-80℃条件下进行溶解得到的混合溶液。
通过采用上述技术方案,制备的抗菌剂能够有效增强经纱和纬纱的抗菌性能,进而使得采用该经纱和纬纱制成的功能性纺织品的抗菌性能较好。
本发明还提出一种上述任一项所述的功能性纺织品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
取以下原料按重量份计称量:聚四氟乙烯8-12份、碳酸钙粉末6-8份、氧化铜粉末6-8份、二氧化钛粉末10-12份、丙烯酸乳液8-12份、石蜡1-2份、醇酯十二1-3份、三乙醇胺1-2份、乳化硅油1-2份和水40-60份;
S1、将称量好的聚四氟乙烯、碳酸钙粉末、氧化铜粉末以及二氧化钛粉末加入粉碎机中进行粉碎,直至物料颗粒直径不大于100nm,以此制得混合粉末物料;
S2、将S1中制得的混合粉末物料和称量好的丙烯酸乳液、石蜡、醇酯十二、三乙醇胺、乳化硅油和水加入反应釜中进行搅拌20-30min,同时将反应釜的搅拌速度设置为600-900r/min,温度设置100-120℃,待反应釜停止工作后温度降低至75-85℃时,采用100目的过滤网将反应釜内部的物料滤出,得到的滤液即为功能性处理液;
S3、将所述纺织面料完全浸泡在75-85℃的S2制得的功能性处理液中2-3h;
S4、将S3浸泡后的纺织面料拿到甩干机中甩干,同时将甩干机的转速设置为800-1000r/min,工作时间设置为15-20min;
S5、待S4中的甩干机停止工作后,将甩干的纺织面料拿到固化炉中进行固化,固化温度为90-100℃,固化时间为30-40min,同时保持纺织面料在固化炉中固化期间不停旋转,在固化时间结束后取出的纺织面料即为制备的功能性纺织品。
通过采用上述技术方案,在聚四氟乙烯和丙烯酸乳液的共同作用下使得制备的功能性纺织品具备较好的防风防水的性能;在氧化铜粉末的作用下使得制备的功能性纺织品具备较好的防菌性能;在二氧化钛粉的作用下使得制备的功能性纺织品具备较好的防紫外线的性能;碳酸钙粉末用作填料,石蜡用作软化剂;醇酯十二用作成膜剂;三乙醇胺促进剂;乳化硅油用作消泡剂;水用作溶剂,从而使得制备的功能性处理液,性能比较稳定,不易变质,不易起泡,质量较好。
综上所述,本发明主要具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明,采用彩棉、竹纤维、羊毛、驼绒、苎麻纤维、蚕丝、石墨烯、增强剂、增韧剂以及抗菌剂制成的经纱和纬纱环保无毒、抗拉强度较大,不易断裂,柔软顺滑,同时具备较好的防静电的性能;

实施例1
一种功能性纺织品,如图1-2所示,包括采用功能性处理液浸泡、甩干机甩干以及固化炉固化制备的纺织面料1,所述纺织面料1由经纱101和纬纱102编织而成,所述经纱101和所述纬纱102相互垂直交错排列。
通过采用上述技术方案,使得本发明提出的功能性纺织品,结构简单,便于大规模量产。
较佳地,所述经纱101和所述纬纱102的制成原料相同,所述原料由如下组分混匀而成,按重量份计包括:彩棉18-26份、竹纤维12-16份、羊毛10-12份、驼绒8-10、苎麻纤维13-16份、蚕丝5-7份以及石墨烯4-6份。

步骤三、按重量份计称量步骤二中的颗粒物料10份、氧化胺50份、水10份加入反应釜中利用氧化胺的水溶液对颗粒物料进行溶解30min,同时将反应釜的搅拌速度设置为600r/min、温度设置为120℃;
步骤四、在步骤三中的反应釜停止工作后将反应釜内部的混合液采用200目的过滤网滤出,并将滤液进行冷却制成颗粒大小为50-200目的固体粒料,并对在将滤液进行冷却制成固体粒料过程中产生的液体进行回收再利用;
步骤五、将步骤四中的固体粒料加入纺丝机中进行纺丝,得到的纤维丝即为经纱101和纬纱102。

S1、将称量好的聚四氟乙烯、碳酸钙粉末、氧化铜粉末以及二氧化钛粉末加入粉碎机中进行粉碎,直至物料颗粒直径不大于100nm,以此制得混合粉末物料;
S2、将S1中制得的混合粉末物料和称量好的丙烯酸乳液、石蜡、醇酯十二、三乙醇胺、乳化硅油和水加入反应釜中进行搅拌20min,同时将反应釜的搅拌速度设置为600r/min,温度设置100℃,待反应釜停止工作后温度降低至75-85℃时,采用100目的过滤网将反应釜内部的物料滤出,得到的滤液即为功能性处理液;
S3、将所述纺织面料1完全浸泡在75-85℃的S2制得的功能性处理液中2h;
S4、将S3浸泡后的纺织面料1拿到甩干机中甩干,同时将甩干机的转速设置为800r/min,工作时间设置为15min;
S5、待S4中的甩干机停止工作后,将甩干的纺织面料1拿到固化炉中进行固化,固化温度为90℃,固化时间为30min,同时保持纺织面料1在固化炉中固化期间不停旋转,在固化时间结束后取出的纺织面料1即为制备的功能性纺织品。

步骤一、按重量份计称量彩棉22份、竹纤维14份、羊毛11份、驼绒9、苎麻纤维15份、蚕丝6份、石墨烯5份、增强剂3份、增韧剂2份以及抗菌剂3份;
步骤二、将彩棉、竹纤维、羊毛、驼绒、苎麻纤维、蚕丝、石墨烯、增强剂、增韧剂以及抗菌剂加入粉碎机中粉碎至颗粒大小为100-200目的颗粒物料;
步骤三、按重量份计称量步骤二中的颗粒物料18份、氧化胺70份、水15份加入反应釜中利用氧化胺的水溶液对颗粒物料进行溶解35min,同时将反应釜的搅拌速度设置为700r/min、温度设置为130℃;
步骤四、在步骤三中的反应釜停止工作后将反应釜内部的混合液采用200-300目的过滤网滤出,并将滤液进行冷却制成颗粒大小为50-200目的固体粒料,并对在将滤液进行冷却制成固体粒料过程中产生的液体进行回收再利用;
步骤五、将步骤四中的固体粒料加入纺丝机中进行纺丝,得到的纤维丝即为经纱101和纬纱102。
以及与实施例1的不同之处在于所述的功能性纺织品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
取以下原料按重量份计称量:聚四氟乙烯10份、碳酸钙粉末7份、氧化铜粉末7份、二氧化钛粉末11份、丙烯酸乳液10份、石蜡2份、醇酯十二2份、三乙醇胺2份、乳化硅油2份和水50份;
S1、将称量好的聚四氟乙烯、碳酸钙粉末、氧化铜粉末以及二氧化钛粉末加入粉碎机中进行粉碎,直至物料颗粒直径不大于100nm,以此制得混合粉末物料;
S2、将S1中制得的混合粉末物料和称量好的丙烯酸乳液、石蜡、醇酯十二、三乙醇胺、乳化硅油和水加入反应釜中进行搅拌25min,同时将反应釜的搅拌速度设置为750r/min,温度设置110℃,待反应釜停止工作后温度降低至75-85℃时,采用100目的过滤网将反应釜内部的物料滤出,得到的滤液即为功能性处理液;
S3、将所述纺织面料1完全浸泡在75-85℃的S2制得的功能性处理液中2.5h;
S4、将S3浸泡后的纺织面料1拿到甩干机中甩干,同时将甩干机的转速设置为900r/min,工作时间设置为18min;
S5、待S4中的甩干机停止工作后,将甩干的纺织面料1拿到固化炉中进行固化,固化温度为95℃,固化时间为35min,同时保持纺织面料1在固化炉中固化期间不停旋转,在固化时间结束后取出的纺织面料1即为制备的功能性纺织品。
实施例3
与实施例1的不同之处在于所述经纱101和所述纬纱102由如下方法制成,具体包括如下步骤:
步骤一、按重量份计称量彩棉26份、竹纤维16份、羊毛12份、驼绒10、苎麻纤维16份、蚕丝7份、石墨烯6份、增强剂4份、增韧剂3份以及抗菌剂4份;
步骤二、将彩棉、竹纤维、羊毛、驼绒、苎麻纤维、蚕丝、石墨烯、增强剂、增韧剂以及抗菌剂加入粉碎机中粉碎至颗粒大小为100-200目的颗粒物料;
步骤三、按重量份计称量步骤二中的颗粒物料25份、氧化胺90份、水20份加入反应釜中利用氧化胺的水溶液对颗粒物料进行溶解40min,同时将反应釜的搅拌速度设置为800r/min、温度设置为140℃;
步骤四、在步骤三中的反应釜停止工作后将反应釜内部的混合液采用200-300目的过滤网滤出,并将滤液进行冷却制成颗粒大小为50-200目的固体粒料,并对在将滤液进行冷却制成固体粒料过程中产生的液体进行回收再利用;
步骤五、将步骤四中的固体粒料加入纺丝机中进行纺丝,得到的纤维丝即为经纱101和纬纱102。
以及与实施例1的不同之处在于所述的功能性纺织品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
取以下原料按重量份计称量:聚四氟乙烯12份、碳酸钙粉末8份、氧化铜粉末8份、二氧化钛粉末12份、丙烯酸乳液12份、石蜡2份、醇酯十二3份、三乙醇胺2份、乳化硅油2份和水60份;
S1、将称量好的聚四氟乙烯、碳酸钙粉末、氧化铜粉末以及二氧化钛粉末加入粉碎机中进行粉碎,直至物料颗粒直径不大于100nm,以此制得混合粉末物料;
S2、将S1中制得的混合粉末物料和称量好的丙烯酸乳液、石蜡、醇酯十二、三乙醇胺、乳化硅油和水加入反应釜中进行搅拌30min,同时将反应釜的搅拌速度设置为900r/min,温度设置120℃,待反应釜停止工作后温度降低至75-85℃时,采用100目的过滤网将反应釜内部的物料滤出,得到的滤液即为功能性处理液;
S3、将所述纺织面料1完全浸泡在75-85℃的S2制得的功能性处理液中3h;
S4、将S3浸泡后的纺织面料1拿到甩干机中甩干,同时将甩干机的转速设置为1000r/min,工作时间设置为20min;
S5、待S4中的甩干机停止工作后,将甩干的纺织面料1拿到固化炉中进行固化,固化温度为100℃,固化时间为40min,同时保持纺织面料1在固化炉中固化期间不停旋转,在固化时间结束后取出的纺织面料1即为制备的功能性纺织品。
对实施例1-3中的功能性纺织品在实验室中在相同的条件下对其防静电性能、抗菌性能、抗拉强度以及防紫外线性能测试结果如下表记录:

从上述四个表中记录的数据比较分析可知实施例2为最优实施例,通过采用上述技术方案,可知本发明提出的功能性纺织品,具备较好的防静电性能、抗菌性能、防紫外线性能以及防紫外线性能,经过对本发明提出的功能性纺织品的防风防水性能测试,结果证明本发明提出的功能性纺织品的防风防水性能也较为优良。
综上所述:
本发明,提出的功能性纺织品,结构简单,便于大规模量产,环保无毒、抗拉强度较大,不易断裂,不易起毛、起球,柔软顺滑,具备较好的防静电功能、抗菌功能、防紫外线功能以及防风防水功能,且功能持久,经久耐用,不易损坏,使用寿命长;
本发明,提出的功能性纺织品的制备方法,科学合理,步骤简单,容易实现,制备效率高,成本低,尤其适合大规模量产。

1.一种功能性纺织品,其特征在于:包括采用功能性处理液浸泡、甩干机甩干以及固化炉固化制备的纺织面料(1),所述纺织面料(1)由经纱(101)和纬纱(102)编织而成,所述经纱(101)和所述纬纱(102)相互垂直交错排列。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性纺织品,其特征在于:所述经纱(101)和所述纬纱(102)的制成原料相同,所述原料由如下组分混匀而成,按重量份计包括:彩棉18-26份、竹纤维12-16份、羊毛10-12份、驼绒8-10、苎麻纤维13-16份、蚕丝5-7份以及石墨烯4-6份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种功能性纺织品,其特征在于:所述经纱(101)和所述纬纱(102)由如下方法制成,具体包括如下步骤:
步骤一、按重量份计称量彩棉18-26份、竹纤维12-16份、羊毛10-12份、驼绒8-10、苎麻纤维13-16份、蚕丝5-7份、石墨烯4-6份、增强剂2-4份、增韧剂1-3份以及抗菌剂2-4份;
步骤二、将彩棉、竹纤维、羊毛、驼绒、苎麻纤维、蚕丝、石墨烯、增强剂、增韧剂以及抗菌剂加入粉碎机中粉碎至颗粒大小为100-200目的颗粒物料;
步骤三、按重量份计称量步骤二中的颗粒物料10-25份、氧化胺50-90份、水10-20份加入反应釜中利用氧化胺的水溶液对颗粒物料进行溶解30-40min,同时将反应釜的搅拌速度设置为600-800r/min、温度设置为120-140℃;
步骤四、在步骤三中的反应釜停止工作后将反应釜内部的混合液采用200-300目的过滤网滤出,并将滤液进行冷却制成颗粒大小为50-200目的固体粒料,并对在将滤液进行冷却制成固体粒料过程中产生的液体进行回收再利用;
步骤五、将步骤四中的固体粒料加入纺丝机中进行纺丝,得到的纤维丝即为经纱(101)和纬纱(102)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种功能性纺织品,其特征在于:所述步骤四中制成的固体粒料储存的条件为温度不高于50℃且无水蒸气。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种功能性纺织品,其特征在于:所述增强剂为按重量份计4-6份的聚丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯酸羟乙酯-甲基丙烯乙酯共聚物、3-4份的聚氨酯、3-5份的聚苯乙烯、4-6份的聚酰胺、30-50份的丙酮溶液加入反应釜中,在70-80℃的温度条件下进行溶解得到的混合溶液。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种功能性纺织品,其特征在于:所述增韧剂为按重量份计9-12份的聚乙烯醇、4-6份的聚聚四氟乙烯、3-5份的聚醋酸纤维、40-60份的电导率为0的水加入反应釜中,在80-90℃条件下进行溶解得到的混合溶液。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种功能性纺织品,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂为按重量份计5-7份的磷酸钠铵、7-9份的维生素E、4-6份的甲壳素、6-8份的硝酸银、20-30份的电导率为0的水加入反应釜,在70-80℃条件下进行溶解得到的混合溶液。
8.一种权利要求1-7任一项所述的功能性纺织品的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
取以下原料按重量份计称量:聚四氟乙烯8-12份、碳酸钙粉末6-8份、氧化铜粉末6-8份、二氧化钛粉末10-12份、丙烯酸乳液8-12份、石蜡1-2份、醇酯十二1-3份、三乙醇胺1-2份、乳化硅油1-2份和水40-60份;
S1、将称量好的聚四氟乙烯、碳酸钙粉末、氧化铜粉末以及二氧化钛粉末加入粉碎机中进行粉碎,直至物料颗粒直径不大于100nm,以此制得混合粉末物料;
S2、将S1中制得的混合粉末物料和称量好的丙烯酸乳液、石蜡、醇酯十二、三乙醇胺、乳化硅油和水加入反应釜中进行搅拌20-30min,同时将反应釜的搅拌速度设置为600-900r/min,温度设置100-120℃,待反应釜停止工作后温度降低至75-85℃时,采用100目的过滤网将反应釜内部的物料滤出,得到的滤液即为功能性处理液;
S3、将所述纺织面料(1)完全浸泡在75-85℃的S2制得的功能性处理液中2-3h;
S4、将S3浸泡后的纺织面料(1)拿到甩干机中甩干,同时将甩干机的转速设置为800-1000r/min,工作时间设置为15-20min;
S5、待S4中的甩干机停止工作后,将甩干的纺织面料(1)拿到固化炉中进行固化,固化温度为90-100℃,固化时间为30-40min,同时保持纺织面料(1)在固化炉中固化期间不停旋转,在固化时间结束后取出的纺织面料(1)即为制备的功能性纺织品。
