The cold mounting film improves the removability, ensures that no adhesive residue is generated during stripping, is easy to damage or age after long-term use when being mounted on photos, pictures and the like as a protective layer, is convenient to replace, and does not generate the phenomena of adhesive residue, difficult stripping and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of adhesive tapes, and particularly relates to an easily-stripped base-paper-free cold mounting protective film.
Background
The cold mounting film is a protective material which is mounted on the picture or the picture by a manual or automatic cold mounting machine. The membrane can have the one deck from type paper to the cold membrane of mounting of tradition, and at the in-process of rolling, can because indentation, fold, bubble scheduling problem appear in the base stock unevenness, and the base stock can consume trees natural resources, can cause the load to the environment, has still increased the manufacturing cost and the clearance burden of mill simultaneously. Therefore, the cold laminating film without the backing paper is popularized, and meanwhile, the cold laminating film without the backing paper has good hand feeling, certain extensibility and wider application range. However, the cold laminating film without the backing paper still has the following defects: the adhesive design is unreasonable, the movable performance is poor, and the residual adhesive is generated when the adhesive is removed. Therefore, how to develop a cold-mounted film with good removability and no adhesive residue when peeling off becomes a research direction for those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an easily-peeled base-paper-free cold mounting protective film which not only improves the removability, but also ensures that no adhesive remains during peeling, is convenient to replace after long-time use and cannot damage a bonded product.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the utility model provides an easily peel off no base paper cold mounting protection film, includes the substrate layer, leaves type layer and gluing agent layer, the both sides of substrate layer have coated respectively and have been left type layer and gluing agent layer, gluing agent layer is dried on the substrate layer by the glue solution coating and is obtained, and this glue solution comprises following parts by weight component:
20-25 parts of n-butyl methacrylate,
15-25 parts of styrene, namely styrene,
30 to 45 parts of dodecyl methacrylate,
1-3 parts of acrylamide,
2-5 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate,
1-5 parts of acrylic acid,
0.1 to 1 part of 3, 4-dimethyl benzophenone,
1-3 parts of glycerol monocaprylate,
1-1.5 parts of triethylene tetramine,
80-100 parts of ethyl acetate,
4 to 3 to 10 parts of hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid,
1-5 parts of coconut oil base hydroxyethyl sodium sulfonate,
0.5 to 2 parts of diisobutylcarbinol,
0.2-1 part of sodium hydroxide.
The technical scheme of further improvement in the technical scheme is as follows:
1. in the scheme, one side of the base material layer opposite to the adhesive layer is subjected to corona treatment.
2. In the scheme, the thickness of the adhesive layer is 5-20 microns.
3. In the scheme, the base material layer is a BOPP base material, a PET base material or a CPP base material.
4. In the above scheme, the substrate layer is a CPP substrate.
5. In the scheme, the thickness of the base material layer is 25-100 mu m.
Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the easily-stripped base-paper-free cold-mounted protective film improves the removability by adding the glycerol monocaprylate and the triethylene tetramine into the n-butyl methacrylate, the styrene, the dodecyl methacrylate, the acrylamide, the hydroxyethyl acrylate, the acrylic acid and the 3, 4-dimethyl benzophenone, ensures no glue residue during stripping, is easy to damage or age after being used for a long time when being mounted on a photo, a picture and the like as a protective layer for a long time, can be conveniently replaced, and does not have the phenomena of glue residue, difficult stripping and the like.

TABLE 3
The test method comprises the following steps:
1. 180-degree peeling force of test sample of peeling force testing machine
(1) A roll-shaped or sheet-shaped sample is taken, and the product is cut into 3-5 strips with the size of 25mm multiplied by 300 mm.
(2) Mirror steel plate: the length is 150 plus or minus 1mm, the width is 50 plus or minus 1mm, and the thickness is 1.5mm-2 mm.
(3) Single-sided tape: tearing off the release material on the sticky tape, gluing the face and can not contact hand or other article, will glue the face and be connected with mirror surface steel sheet's one end, do not exert external pressure with compression roller (2Kg) under the circumstances, make a round trip 3 times with 300 mm/min's speed for glue the face and fully contact with mirror surface steel sheet, sample and mirror surface steel sheet bonding department do not allow the bubble to produce.
(4) After the preparation of the sample, the sample is stopped in a specified test environment for 20min and then tested.
(5) The free end of the sample is folded by 180 degrees, the binding surface is stripped from the test plate by 25mm, the free end of the sample and the sample plate are respectively clamped on an upper clamp and a lower clamp, the stripping surface is consistent with the force line of a testing machine, the testing machine continuously strips at the rising speed of 300mm/min +/-10 mm/min, and an automatic recorder draws a stripping curve.
(6) Test data and damage interface locations were recorded and averaged.
2. 180-degree peeling force of sample tested by peeling force tester after aging
(1) The sample preparation method was consistent with that described above.
(2) After the sample and the mirror steel plate are bonded, the mirror steel plate is placed in an environment with high temperature and high humidity of 85 +/-2 ℃ and 85 +/-5% R.H. for 2000 hours, then the mirror steel plate is taken out and stands for 2 hours, and the peel force test method is used for testing.
(3) Test data and damage interface locations were recorded and averaged.
As shown in the evaluation results of Table 3, the easy-to-peel backing-paper-free cold-mounted protective film of the example has good removability, can be peeled off without adhesive residue after being attached for a long time, has almost no increase in peeling force after aging under high temperature and high humidity conditions, and avoids the generation of adhesive residue during peeling, while the peeling performance of comparative example 1 is relatively poor, and comparative example 2 has a large change in peeling force with the change of time and external environment, and is easy to generate adhesive residue during removal; the cold mounting film has the advantages that the removability is improved, the cold mounting film is not adhesive residue when being peeled off, the cold mounting film is mounted on photos, pictures and the like for a long time to serve as a protective layer, the cold mounting film is easy to damage or age after being used for a long time, the cold mounting film can be replaced conveniently, and the phenomena of adhesive residue, difficult peeling and the like are avoided.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical ideas and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the protection scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention.
