The invention discloses a disperse red dye composition which comprises a component A, a component B and a component C, wherein the component A is selected from at least one compound shown in a formula (I), the component B is selected from at least one compound shown in a formula (II), and the component C is selected from at least one compound shown in a formula (III). The disperse red dye composition provided by the invention has better color fastness performance when being applied to low-temperature dyeing of hydrophobic fiber materials such as polyester fibers.
Description
(I) technical field
The invention relates to a disperse red dye composition and a dye product, in particular to a high-fastness red disperse dye composition and a dye product suitable for printing and dyeing hydrophobic fiber materials.
(II) background of the invention
The polyester has high requirements on dyeing conditions because the molecular structure of the polyester lacks active groups which can be combined with dyes, such as cellulose or protein fibers, and a high-temperature high-pressure method (120-130 ℃) or a hot-melt method (180-220 ℃) is adopted for dyeing. The high-temperature dyeing not only wastes energy, but also increases cost, and also brings technical difficulty to the dyeing of the polyester blend fiber. Therefore, the research on how to reduce the dyeing temperature of the polyester fiber becomes a problem which is urgently needed to be solved by printing and dyeing enterprises at present.
The C.I. disperse red 73 has good performance in the aspect of high-temperature dyeing, but the high hot-melt dyeing temperature of the disperse dye can cause the special-shaped structure of the terylene to be damaged, and the disperse dye has low hot-melt dyeing fixation rate and poor repeatability at the temperature of 185-190 ℃, so that a substitute of the disperse dye is necessarily found, and the disperse dye has good color fastness performance and is suitable for low-temperature dyeing.
Disclosure of the invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a disperse red dye composition and a dye product suitable for low-temperature dyeing, which have the advantages of good compatibility, bright color, good color fastness, good level dyeing property and the like.

The disperse red dye product can be prepared by the following method: mixing A, B, C monomer compound (crude dye) at a certain ratio, and micronizing with a grinder such as a sand mill or a grinder in the presence of adjuvant and water; alternatively, the monomeric dye compounds of component A, B, C may be subjected to a pulverization treatment using a pulverizer such as a sand mill or a grinder in the presence of an auxiliary agent or water, and then mixed in a certain proportion. The disperse red dye preparations according to the invention, which are liquid after grinding with a sand mill or a grinding mill, can be in the form of powder or granules after spray drying, are known to the person skilled in the art, and since 100% removal of water is not possible during spray drying, even in the case of pulverulent or granular dye preparations a certain amount of water is still allowed, preferably not more than 10% of the total weight of the dye preparation.
In addition, when the dye product is applied to printing and dyeing of textile fibers, the technical characteristics which contribute to the improvement of the dyeing effect are the components and the proportion of the dye contained in the product.
Preferably, the disperse red dye product consists of the disperse red dye composition and an auxiliary agent.
In the present invention, the dye compounds represented by the formulae (I), (II) and (III) can be conveniently synthesized in a manner well known to those skilled in the art, and commercially available products can also be used.
The dye product prepared by the disperse red dye composition can dye hydrophobic fiber materials such as polyester fibers according to a conventional mode in the industry, such as dyeing by a common dip dyeing method, a low-temperature dyeing method or a high-temperature high-pressure dyeing method, and can also be directly used for printing.
