h. preassembling a new balance trolley on the end beam 1, longitudinally fixing a steel wire with the diameter of 0.5mm at the position, which is about 150mm away from the center of the cart track 5, of the outer side of each wheel along the running direction of the cart, and adjusting the horizontal deflection from 2 groups of wheels on each group of trolleys to the steel wire to be less than or equal to 1mm by taking the steel wire as a reference, wherein the internal and external displacement of 4 groups of trolleys along the cart track 5 is less than or equal to 2 mm;
i. and (3) screwing the fixing bolts of the balance trolleys and the end beam 1, checking whether the horizontal deflection of all the wheels after being screwed is changed or not newly, welding and fixing the positioning plates of the fixing bolts by using electric welding if the horizontal deflection of all the wheels meets the requirement, connecting and fixing the couplings of the driving wheels 8 by other constructors, and finishing the adjustment.

In performing the above operations of replacing and adjusting the wheel, the bearing housing is not replaced as much as possible each time the wheel or the bearing is replaced, because the bearing housing is eccentric, each wheel set is adjusted when installed, and is marked with a set bolt. The eccentric bearing box is used for micro adjustment when the wheels bite the rail after the bridge is deformed, so that the defect that the bridge is deformed and the wheels bite the rail cannot be overcome is avoided.
When the wheel or the bearing is replaced, only the original bearing box needs to be removed, the positioning mark bolt does not need to be removed, the original bearing box is sleeved on a new bearing, and the bearing is installed and fixed on the balance trolley according to the original fixing mode.
