All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a method of medical waste classification is provided. The method can be applied to a medical waste sorting device, for example, a medical waste sorting device comprising an identification part 1 with a camera 11, a sorter 2, a storage space 3 with a plurality of storage subspaces 31 and a control unit, as shown in fig. 2. The present embodiment is exemplified by being applied to a medical waste sorting apparatus. The camera 11 located inside the recognition part 1 photographs the garbage entering the recognition area inside the recognition part 1, and then the garbage is put into its corresponding storage subspace 31 by the following method of classifying medical garbage. The medical waste classification method specifically comprises the following steps:
step 102: the camera shoots the garbage arranged in the recognition part to obtain a garbage image, and the primary classification corresponding to the garbage is determined according to the garbage image.
The garbage image is an image obtained by shooting garbage by a camera.
The preliminary classification refers to a classification result of the garbage determined by the camera according to the garbage image. For example, the classification of medical waste may include, but is not limited to, infectious waste, pathological waste, traumatic waste, pharmaceutical waste, and chemical waste, and the corresponding preliminary classification of the waste may be determined by determining which of the five categories of waste is based on the images of the waste.
The camera comprises but is not limited to a high-definition camera so as to acquire a high-definition garbage image, and therefore the accuracy of garbage image identification is improved.
In one embodiment, the step 102 of determining a preliminary classification corresponding to the spam based on the spam image includes:
step 102A: and determining the garbage category corresponding to the garbage according to the garbage image.
The garbage category refers to a specific type of the garbage, for example, a specific type corresponding to various medical wastes that may be discarded by a medical institution or a related unit institution (e.g., a chemical industry enterprise, a pharmaceutical industry). For example, cotton balls with blood stains and used alcohol cotton balls can determine the garbage category as the pollution cotton balls. One medical waste classification corresponds to at least one waste classification, for example, medical waste classification: infectious waste, corresponding to infectious waste 1, infectious waste 2, infectious waste 3.
Step 102B: and acquiring a category table, wherein the category table records candidate garbage categories and candidate categories corresponding to the candidate garbage categories.
The candidate garbage category refers to the garbage category recorded in the category table; the candidate classification means the correct classification of the candidate garbage categories according to the medical garbage putting requirements. On the basis of the category table, as long as the garbage category is obtained, the correct classification of the garbage can be obtained according to the garbage category.
Step 102C: and determining the preliminary classification corresponding to the garbage according to the classification table and the garbage classification corresponding to the garbage.
Comparing the garbage category corresponding to the garbage with the candidate garbage category on the category table, if one candidate classification category A exists on the category table and is the same as the garbage category corresponding to the garbage, the preliminary classification corresponding to the garbage is the candidate classification corresponding to the candidate classification category A, and if the garbage category corresponding to the garbage is different from any candidate classification category on the category table, the preliminary classification corresponding to the garbage is marked as unidentified.
Step 104: and the control unit determines the target classification corresponding to the garbage according to the garbage image and the preliminary classification.
Wherein, the target classification refers to the correct classification of the garbage according to the medical garbage throwing requirement.
The control unit is used for determining the target classification corresponding to the garbage according to the garbage image and the primary classification, and then throwing the garbage into the storage subspace corresponding to the target classification.
In one embodiment, the step 104 of determining a target classification corresponding to the spam based on the spam image and the preliminary classification includes:
step 104A: and generating prompt information according to the garbage image and the preliminary classification, and prompting the prompt information so that an operator can input confirmation information according to the prompt information.
Wherein, the information that the prompt information carries out the suggestion for the preliminary classification to rubbish image and rubbish, and the content of prompt information includes but not limited to rubbish image, rubbish classification and the preliminary classification that rubbish corresponds for let the operator know the preliminary classification condition of rubbish, thereby the operator of being convenient for basis the prompt information input affirmation information confirms preliminary classification. As shown in fig. 3, a prompt unit is arranged in the medical waste classification device, the prompt unit comprises a display screen, prompt information can prompt an operator through a display interface on the display screen, the prompt unit comprises a voice unit, and the prompt information can prompt the operator through a voice playing mode of the voice unit.
Step 104B: and acquiring confirmation information input by the operator according to the prompt information.
The confirmation information is information for confirming the prompt information. For example, after the prompt message is played by voice, the operator replies a confirmation voice through a microphone arranged in the medical device according to the content of the prompt message. The control unit acquires the confirmation voice replied by the operator, and the confirmation information can be obtained through voice recognition.
In one embodiment, the step 104B of obtaining confirmation information input by the operator according to the prompt information includes:
step 104B 1: and if a confirmation event for confirming the prompt information is detected, using the prompt information as the confirmation information, wherein the confirmation event is an event that an operator clicks a confirmation button.
Here, the confirmation event refers to an event in which the operator clicks a confirmation button, such as the confirmation button shown in fig. 3.
And if a confirmation event for confirming the prompt information is detected, the fact that the obtained preliminary classification is accurate is considered by an operator, namely the preliminary classification is consistent with the target classification corresponding to the garbage.
Step 104B 2: and if a correction event for correcting the prompt message is detected, obtaining the confirmation message according to the correction content input by the operator.
And correcting the prompt information by the correction event, wherein the correction event refers to that the operator considers that the preliminary classification of the garbage is wrong, and then the confirmation information is obtained according to the correction content.
And if a correction event for correcting the prompt information is detected, the obtained preliminary classification is not accurate, and the place which is not accurate in the prompt information is corrected and confirmed.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the prompt information may prompt the operator through a display interface on a display screen, the display screen further has a confirmation button and a correction button, when the operator considers that the obtained preliminary classification is not accurate, the operator clicks the correction button, a correction frame appears on the display screen, and the operator may input correction content in the correction frame and then correct the preliminary classification into a correct classification corresponding to the spam.
In one embodiment, the prompt message includes the spam image, a spam category corresponding to the spam, and a preliminary classification corresponding to the spam, and the revised content includes a revised classification; after obtaining the confirmation information according to the correction content input by the operator in step 104B2, the method further includes: and updating the category table according to the garbage category corresponding to the garbage and the corrected category.
And correcting the classification refers to correcting the preliminary classification into a target classification corresponding to the garbage.
If the preliminary classification is not identified, adding the garbage classification and the corrected classification corresponding to the garbage into the classification table as a group of data; and if the preliminary classification is other classifications which are not target classifications, replacing the candidate classification corresponding to the candidate garbage classification which is the same as the garbage classification in the classification table with the corrected classification. Exemplarily, the garbage category corresponding to the garbage a is a, the candidate category corresponding to the candidate garbage category a in the category table is a1, it can be determined that the preliminary category corresponding to the garbage a is a1, when the operator confirms after obtaining the prompt information, that the correct category corresponding to the garbage a should be B, the prompt information is revised, the preliminary category is a1 is revised to be B, at this time, the candidate category corresponding to the candidate garbage category a in the category table is a1, and is replaced with the candidate category corresponding to the candidate garbage category a, and the category table is updated.
Step 104C: and determining the target classification corresponding to the garbage according to the confirmation information.
If the confirmation information is a confirmation event, the target classification corresponding to the garbage is the primary classification; and if the confirmation information is a correction event, determining the target classification corresponding to the garbage according to the correction classification. The target classification corresponding to the garbage is obtained after the confirmation of the operator, so that the accuracy of medical garbage classification can be further improved, and the garbage is prevented from being thrown by mistake due to carelessness.
Step 106: the control unit controls the classifier to rotate according to the target classification corresponding to the garbage, so that the garbage falls into the storage subspace corresponding to the target classification in the storage space.
Wherein, the sorter has a rotation axis and encircles a plurality of cavitys that hold that this rotation axis set up, and the rubbish of placing in and holding the cavity can be carried the assigned position and fall into corresponding storing subspace under the drive of rotation axis.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of classification channels 4 are further arranged between the classifier 2 and the storage space in the medical waste classification device, and each classification channel 4 corresponds to the storage subspace 31 one by one. After the target classification of the garbage is determined, the storage subspace 31 corresponding to the garbage can be determined, the garbage falls into one accommodating cavity 21 of the classifier 2, the control unit controls the rotating shaft 22 to rotate so that the accommodating cavity 21 accommodating the garbage rotates to a specified position, and the garbage falls into the corresponding storage subspace 31 through the classification channel 4 located at the specified position.
The large storage space 3 is divided into a plurality of small storage subspaces 31, so that different garbage can be classified and stored. After the target classification of the garbage is determined, the classifier 2 is rotated, so that the garbage is put into different storage subspaces 31, and the purpose of classified storage of the garbage is achieved.
In one embodiment, the step 106 of controlling the rotation of the classifier according to the target classification corresponding to the garbage includes:
step 106A: and acquiring a classified putting table, wherein the classified putting table records candidate classifications and storage subspaces corresponding to the candidate classifications.
The storage subspace corresponding to the candidate classification refers to a correct putting position of the candidate classification according to the medical waste putting requirement. On the basis of the classified putting table, as long as the target classification corresponding to the garbage is obtained, the correct putting position of the garbage can be obtained according to the target classification.
Step 106B: and determining a storage subspace corresponding to the target classification according to the target classification corresponding to the garbage and the classification putting table.
And comparing the target classification with the candidate classifications in the classification putting table, and determining the candidate classification which is the same as the target classification, wherein the storage subspace corresponding to the candidate classification is the storage subspace corresponding to the target classification.
Step 106C: and controlling the classifier to rotate according to the storage subspace corresponding to the target classification.
And the control unit determines the storage subspace corresponding to the target classification, controls the classifier to rotate according to preset control conditions, and puts the garbage into the storage subspace corresponding to the target classification. Wherein the preset control condition may be to control a rotation angle of the classifier. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2, the sorter comprises 8 fan-shaped accommodation cavities with a hatch door structure, the sorter stops after rotating 135 degrees, the garbage can be thrown into the first storage subspace by opening the hatch door, in the same way, the sorter rotates 180 degrees and can be thrown into the second storage subspace, the sorter can be thrown into the third storage subspace by rotating 225 degrees, and the sorter can be thrown into the fourth storage subspace by rotating 270 degrees.
As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment, the method further comprises:
step 208: and acquiring the real-time weight of the garbage in each storage subspace.
The real-time weight can be obtained through conversion according to the garbage category and the garbage quantity, a weighing tool can be arranged in the storage subspace, and the real-time weight of the garbage in the storage subspace is obtained according to the weighing result of the weighing tool. For example, the weighing means may be a pressure sensor arranged at the bottom of the storage sub-space.
Step 210: and acquiring the volume weight of the garbage in each storage subspace.
The volume weight of the garbage refers to the maximum weight of each storage subspace which can contain the garbage under the preset condition.
Step 212: and confirming whether alarm information is generated or not according to the real-time weight of the garbage in each storage subspace and the garbage volume weight of the storage subspace.
Wherein, alarm information is used for reminding relevant personnel to clear up the storing subspace. The alarm information can comprise the real-time weight of the garbage in the storage subspace and the garbage volume weight of the storage subspace, and the alarm information can further comprise the position or the number of the storage subspace.
If the real-time weight of the garbage in a certain storage subspace is larger than or equal to the garbage volume weight of the storage subspace, generating alarm information; and if the real-time weight of the garbage in each storage subspace is smaller than the garbage volume weight of the storage subspace, not generating alarm information.
Step 214: and if the alarm information is generated, alarming according to the alarm information.
The alarm information can be played through a display interface, a warning lamp or a voice player, and can be sent to related personnel through a server, so that the alarm effect is realized.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, the method further comprises:
step 308: and acquiring target service output corresponding to a target service in preset time and the garbage weight corresponding to the target service contained in the storage space.
The target business refers to a unit which can generate medical waste in hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, medical factories, chemical plants, beauty institutions and the like.
Wherein, the target business output refers to the production of the target business. Illustratively, when the target business is a hospital, the target business output is the number of hospitalized patients; where the target business is a pharmaceutical factory, the target business output may be a pharmaceutical production volume of the pharmaceutical factory.
And the garbage weight corresponding to the target business comprises the weight of the garbage in each storage subspace and the total weight of the garbage in the storage subspace.
Step 310: and determining the yield-consumption ratio of the target business according to the target business output corresponding to the target business and the garbage weight corresponding to the target business contained in the storage space.
The yield-consumption ratio refers to the amount of garbage corresponding to the yield of the target business unit.
Illustratively, the target business is a hospital, the number of patients to be treated in the preset time is x, the weight of the garbage contained in the storage space of the hospital is y, and the output-consumption ratio of the hospital is y/x. If the target business is the department A of the hospital, the number of the patients to be treated in the preset time of the department A is x1The weight of the garbage in the storage space for accommodating the department A is y1Then the yield-to-consumption ratio of the department A is y1/x1
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment, the method further comprises:
step 312: and acquiring the target classification corresponding to the garbage in the storage space and the verification information corresponding to the target classification to determine the classification accuracy.
And the verification information is used for judging whether the target classification corresponding to the garbage is consistent with the accurate classification information corresponding to the garbage.
Wherein the classification accuracy reflects an accuracy of a target classification of the spam so as to determine a spam management score for the target traffic based on the classification accuracy. And if the number of the target classifications corresponding to the garbage in the storage space is m, and the number of the target classifications corresponding to the garbage and the accurate classification information corresponding to the garbage, which are determined to be consistent in the verification information, is n, the classification accuracy is n/m. When the quantity of the target classification corresponding to the garbage in the storage space is large, if the workload of checking the target classification corresponding to the garbage in the storage space one by one is large, a certain quantity of a can be extracted at the moment, the target classification corresponding to the garbage in the storage space is taken as a sample set, the target classification in the sample set is checked, and if the quantity of the target classification corresponding to the garbage and the quantity of the accurate classification information corresponding to the garbage are consistent is b, the classification accuracy is b/a.
Because medical waste classification device's recognition device is limited, the operator to waste classification's specialty degree is different, can cause the target classification that waste corresponds with the inconsistent condition of the accurate classification that waste corresponds, consequently, need more professional personnel to check the target classification that waste in the storing space corresponds to can confirm the degree of accuracy of classification. If the classification accuracy of rubbish is not high, can carry out more professional training to the operator, improve the degree of accuracy of rubbish classification.
Step 314: and acquiring a disposal score corresponding to the target service, wherein the disposal score is determined according to a disposal method of garbage corresponding to the target service.
Wherein, the disposal score refers to the score obtained by the target service when the garbage disposal method is not proper. The disposal method of the garbage corresponding to the target service comprises classification treatment, sale, abandonment, burying and the like. Since the medical waste contains a large amount of bacteria and viruses and has certain characteristics of space pollution, acute infection and latent infection, the medical waste needs to be classified and treated, and if the medical waste is abandoned or sold at will, the medical waste can cause great harm. When the garbage disposal method corresponding to the target service is not classified processing, once found, the relevant department penalizes the target service and gives a corresponding disposal score. The relevant department determines the score of the disposal score of the target business according to the amount of the garbage treated by the improper disposal method and the adverse effect degree caused by the improper disposal method, generally speaking, the greater the amount of the garbage treated by the improper disposal method, the higher the adverse effect degree caused by the improper disposal method, and the greater the disposal score.
Step 316: determining a garbage management score for the target traffic as a function of the production to consumption ratio, the classification accuracy, and the disposition score.
And the garbage management score is used for evaluating the quality of garbage classification management of the target service.
And determining the garbage management score of the target service according to the production-consumption ratio, the classification accuracy and the disposal score of the target service by a preset calculation method. Generally, the yield ratio and classification accuracy of the target service are calculated as an addition term, and the treatment score is a deduction term. Illustratively, the yield-consumption ratio of the target service is x, the classification accuracy is y, and the disposal score is z, then the garbage management score of the target service is x + y-z.
In one embodiment, the determining a garbage management score for the target traffic from the production to consumption ratio, the classification accuracy, and the disposition score of step 316 comprises:
step 316A: and acquiring a yield and consumption weight corresponding to the yield and consumption ratio and an accuracy weight corresponding to the classification accuracy.
Wherein the yield consumption weight refers to the weight of the yield consumption ratio when calculating the garbage management score of the target service.
Wherein the accuracy weight refers to the weight of the classification accuracy when calculating the garbage management score of the target service.
When evaluating the garbage management level of the target service, different consideration angles exist under different conditions, so the production consumption weight corresponding to the production consumption ratio and the accuracy weight corresponding to the classification accuracy are determined according to actual conditions. Illustratively, a region advocates reducing garbage generation, the specific production rate weight being greater relative to the accuracy weight when evaluating the garbage management level of a target business; when the garbage generation amount is small, the garbage classification accuracy may be emphasized more when evaluating the garbage management level of the target service, and at this time, the accuracy weight is larger than the production consumption ratio weight.
Step 316B: determining a garbage management score for the target traffic as a function of the pay-to-wear ratio, the pay-to-wear weight, the classification accuracy, the accuracy weight, and the disposal score.
And determining a garbage management score of the target service according to the production-consumption ratio, the production-consumption weight, the classification accuracy, the accuracy weight and the disposal score by a preset calculation method. Illustratively, if the production-consumption ratio is x, the production-consumption weight is a, the classification accuracy is y, the accuracy weight is B, and the processing score is z, then the garbage management score of the target service is axx + B × y-z.
According to the medical waste classification method, the waste image is obtained by obtaining the waste arranged in the identification part of the medical waste classification device, the primary classification corresponding to the waste is determined according to the waste image, the target classification corresponding to the waste is determined according to the waste image and the primary classification corresponding to the waste, the phenomenon that the medical waste is mistakenly thrown due to the fact that an operator is difficult to distinguish the classification of the medical waste can be avoided, the phenomenon that the medical waste is mistakenly thrown due to carelessness of the operator can be also avoided, and the accuracy of medical waste classification is improved. Meanwhile, the target classification of the garbage is confirmed according to the primary classification information and the garbage image, so that the wrong garbage throwing caused by garbage recognition error or non-recognition can be avoided, and the accuracy of medical garbage classification is further improved. In addition, according to the object classification that rubbish corresponds controls the classifier rotation, makes rubbish fall into the storing subspace that object classification corresponds among the storing space, medical waste classification device's entry only has an identification portion one, has reduced the probability that rubbish is exposed to the naked light, has reduced the pollution to the environment.
