混合纤维混凝土排水管
本发明涉及排水工程用制品。
现有的室外工程用排水管为陶土管,由于陶水管的强度有限,制造工艺粗糙,插口不太规整,插口接缝必须采用水泥沙浆抹带,不便于施工,易出现渗水现象,影响了建筑物的整体质量。
本发明的目的是针对陶土管使用中的某些不足之处,提供一种抗压、抗渗、抗腐蚀、耐久性好、安装方便的混合纤维混凝土排水管。
本发明的技术方案是这样的。该排水管的主要原料包括水泥、硅粉、添加剂、砂子和石子。为了提高管壁的抗渗和抗腐蚀性。在原料中加有PP纤维、碳纤维和聚丙烯纤维。各原料组份的重量百分比为:PP纤维0.25-0.6%、碳纤维0.2-0.6%、聚丙烯纤维0.4-0.7%、水泥18-20%、硅粉7.5-9%、添加剂19-11%、砂子25-27%、石子36-39%。将上述原料按比例混合均匀,加入适量的水拌匀,通过制管机挤压密实,成型后脱模养护。排水管的端头设置有承插口,管与管之间的密封为橡胶圈密封或水泥砂浆密封。
本发明的产品生产工艺简单,抗渗、抗腐蚀性能好,有耐久性,并具有较好的韧性及抗拉、抗冲击能力,是一种理想的排水管。
本发明的实施例如下:
该排水管的各原料组份及重量百分比为:PP纤维0.25-0.6%、碳纤维0.2-0.6%、聚丙烯纤维0.4-0.7%、水泥沙/9-23%、硅粉7.5-9%、添加剂9-11%、砂子25-27%、石子36-39%。将上述原料按比例混合均匀,加入适量的水拌匀。制做工艺为:先将专用制管机上的外模上油后组合到位,再将内模下降到位,然后开动制管机的旋转架,逐步灌入PP纤维、碳纤维、聚丙烯纤维、水泥、硅粉、添加剂、砂子、石子和水的混合料,挤压密实,成型后脱模养护。该排水管管壁的顶端设置有承插口,二段管连接时,将橡胶圈套在另一段排水管的管壁上,再将排水管的末端插入前段排水管顶端的承插口内,在橡胶圈上涂上封闭胶,用专用工具将橡胶圈捣入预留缝隙中,封闭严实即可。除用橡胶圈封闭外,也可采用水泥砂浆封闭。具体可根据现场情况和工程需要而定。该排水管管壁薄、重量轻、施工效率高、使用效果好。

1.混合纤维混凝土排水管,主要原料包括水泥、硅粉、添加剂、砂子和石子,其特征在于原料中加有PP纤维、碳纤维和聚丙烯纤维,各原料组份的重量百分比为:PP纤维0.25-0.6%、碳纤维0.2-0.6%、聚丙烯纤维0.4-0.7%、水泥18-20%、硅粉7.5-9%、添加剂9-11%、砂子25-27%、石子36-39%,将上述原料按比例混合均匀,加入适量的水拌匀,通过制管机挤压密实,成型后脱模养护。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合纤维混凝土排水管,其特征在于排水管的端头设置有承插口,管与管之间的密封为橡胶圈密封或水泥砂浆密封。
