The working process is as follows: when loading, firstly, the hydraulic lifting mechanism 3 is controlled to extend to jack the top cover plate 4 upwards, then the cage car 2 is lifted to the carriage bottom plate 1 by means of a forklift, the limiting mechanism 7 at the bottom of the cage car 2 is matched with the positioning and supporting mechanism 6 on the carriage bottom plate 1, and after loading of the cage car 2 is finished, the hydraulic lifting mechanism 3 is controlled to descend and press the top end of the cage car 2; when unloading, the hydraulic lifting mechanism 3 is controlled to extend to jack the top cover plate 4 upwards, then the cage cars 2 are unloaded from the carriage bottom plate 1 by the aid of the forklift, one cage car 2 sent to another destination is loaded after each cage car 2 is unloaded, and the cage cars 2 sent to another destination can be loaded after all the cage cars 2 are unloaded.
