Abstract

本发明公开的一种多角度切面的工件切削装置,包括主臂箱,所述主臂箱内设有右侧开口的传动腔,所述传动腔前侧内壁上设有升降腔,本发明利用三角形为最稳定的结构,通过移动三角形中的一个点,带动三角形两条边的角度变化,将刀具固定在变化的三角形的边上,实现同批次内的工件多角度切面的需求,并通过往复轮结构与槽轮结构的配合,实现间歇式的工件递进与夹持刀具的部分升降配合移动,持续批量化加工,另外,冷却部分与刀具直接接触设计,确保刀具倾斜时,冷却液可直接作用在刀具与工件的接触面,保证冷却降温的效果。

一种多角度切面的工件切削装置
技术领域
本发明涉及机械刀具技术领域,具体为一种多角度切面的工件切削装置。
背景技术
传统的切削加工模式,递进并旋转的工件与刀具接触,从而摩擦切割,又或利用旋转的刀具与工件接触从而实现切割过程。但是为了保证工件切割过程中,刀具的不会被因为工件的高速旋转接触而撞歪,安装刀具时会将刀具固定。
这就会导致同批次工件加工不同角度切面的加工需求无法轻松实现,而且现在的刀具切削与冷却是独立控制的,若刀具倾斜,则会导致冷却液并无法全部喷射在刀具与工件的接触位置,产生浪费。本发明阐明的一种能解决上述问题的装置。
发明内容
技术问题:为了刀具工作时的稳定,安装刀具时会将刀具锁死,此时,加工同批次不同角度的切面加工需求无法满足,并且冷却与切削步骤独立控制。
为解决上述问题,本例设计了一种多角度切面的工件切削装置,本例的一种多角度切面的工件切削装置,包括主臂箱,所述主臂箱内设有右侧开口的传动腔,所述传动腔前侧内壁上设有升降腔,所述升降腔内滑动连接有拨杆,所述拨杆前侧固定设有升降块,所述升降块上设有角度调节的倾斜装置,所述倾斜装置包括与所述升降块下侧转动连接的螺杆,所述螺杆上转动连接有固定块,所述固定块上转动连接有左右两侧位置对称的摆臂,所述摆臂内设有密封腔,所述密封腔远离所述固定块侧内壁上滑动连接有活塞杆,所述活塞杆与所述密封腔远离所述固定块侧内壁之间连接有阻力弹簧,所述活塞杆上固定设有位于所述密封腔外侧的切割箱,所述摆臂旋转后能调整左右两个所述切割箱之间的夹角,所述切割箱上设有释放冷却液的切割装置,所述切割装置包括位于所述切割箱上且开口远离所述摆臂的连接腔,所述连接腔内转动连接有中心轴,所述中心轴上设有切割刀,所述切割刀内设有在刀尖部分开口的环形腔,冷却液从所述环形腔直接流至所述切割刀与工件接触点的位置,所述螺杆上设有改变所述密封腔内油液量多少的注射装置,所述注射装置包括位于所述螺杆内的储存腔,所述储存腔上设有与所述密封腔相通连接且左右两侧位置对称的伸缩管,所述储存腔内的油液可从所述伸缩管进入所述密封腔内,并推动所述活塞杆外扩增加切割间距,所述主臂箱上设有输送工件和推动所述拨杆升降的驱动装置。
其中,所述倾斜装置还包括与所述螺杆螺纹连接且位于所述固定块上侧的滑块,所述滑块上铰接有左右两侧位置对称的拉杆,所述拉杆下端与所述摆臂上侧之间铰接连接,所述升降块下侧内嵌有与所述螺杆上端动力连接的旋转电机。
其中,所述切割装置还包括与所述中心轴固定连接且位于所述连接腔内的曲率轮,所述连接腔靠近所述摆臂侧设有环形水箱,所述环形水箱上侧内壁设有补充管,所述环形水箱下侧内壁与所述环形腔之间相通设有连接通道,所述连接通道内滑动连接有与所述曲率轮抵接的挡板,所述挡板与所述连接腔下侧内壁之间连接有复位弹簧。
其中,所述注射装置包括与所述储存腔上侧内壁固定连接的电动活塞杆。
其中,所述驱动装置包括内嵌于所述传动腔上侧内壁内的驱动电机,所述驱动电机下端动力连接有驱动轴,所述驱动轴上设有往复轮,所述往复轮上设有与所述拨杆滑动连接的波浪槽,所述驱动轴下端设有蜗杆,所述传动腔前侧内壁转动连接有传动轴,所述传动轴上设有与所述蜗杆啮合连接的蜗轮,所述传动腔前侧端面固定设有位于所述升降块下侧的工作箱,所述工作箱内设有开口向上的输送腔,所述输送腔上转动连接有左右对称的从动轴,所述从动轴上设有带轮,所述带轮之间连接有皮带,右侧的所述从动轴向后延伸且与所述传动轴之间通过槽轮机构连接,所述输送腔上设有位于皮带上侧水平段下侧的支撑台。

改变切割角度时,启动旋转电机16旋转螺杆17,螺杆17通过与滑块19的螺纹转动而式滑块19上下移动,滑块19从而通过拉杆20拉动摆臂23转动,改变切割箱24与水平面的夹角角度,从而改变切割角度;改变切割间距时,电动活塞杆18启动下移,推动储存腔21内的油液从伸缩管28进入密封腔27内,密封腔27内的油液增多推动活塞杆25相互远离的滑动,并挤压阻力弹簧26,活塞杆25通过切割箱24带动切割刀51之间的间距增大;切割时,马达43启动旋转曲率轮45与切割刀51,切割刀51转动切割工件,同时,曲率轮45旋转改变与挡板48接触点的半径,使得挡板48在复位弹簧47弹力恢复下上移,环形水箱46内的水经过连接通道49流至环形腔50内,并最后流至切割刀51与工件接触点进行降温冷却,同时,驱动电机14启动通过驱动轴15旋转往复轮36与蜗杆39,往复轮36旋转通过波浪槽37内壁限制拨杆35,从而推动升降块13升降,蜗杆39旋转通过与蜗轮41的啮合而转动传动轴40,传动轴40通过槽轮机构间歇式旋转右侧的从动轴33,从动轴33通过皮带31带动工件间歇式移动。

5.如权利要求1所述的一种多角度切面的工件切削装置,其特征在于:所述驱动装置包括内嵌于所述传动腔上侧内壁内的驱动电机,所述驱动电机下端动力连接有驱动轴,所述驱动轴上设有往复轮,所述往复轮上设有与所述拨杆滑动连接的波浪槽,所述驱动轴下端设有蜗杆,所述传动腔前侧内壁转动连接有传动轴,所述传动轴上设有与所述蜗杆啮合连接的蜗轮,所述传动腔前侧端面固定设有位于所述升降块下侧的工作箱,所述工作箱内设有开口向上的输送腔,所述输送腔上转动连接有左右对称的从动轴,所述从动轴上设有带轮,所述带轮之间连接有皮带,右侧的所述从动轴向后延伸且与所述传动轴之间通过槽轮机构连接,所述输送腔上设有位于皮带上侧水平段下侧的支撑台。
