The vent tube 3603 is communicated with the space in the cooking cup 2 and the second space 36021. The indicator 3602 includes an elastic part 36020 exposed from the display hole 3615, when the air pressure in the food cup 2 is lower than the atmospheric pressure, the air pressure in the second space 36021 is also lower than the atmospheric pressure, the elastic part 36020 is depressed towards the food cup 2 under the action of the atmospheric pressure, the user is reminded, and at this time, the food cup 2 is in a vacuum pressure maintaining state.
When the food processor is vacuumized, the rotating disc 38 is rotated to drive the second rotating member 37 to rotate, and further drive the rotating member 331 to rotate, so that the piston 332 moves outwards in the accommodating space 3331 of the cylinder 33, in the process, the first blocking part 3102 of the first sealing member 310 is opened by the suction force generated when the piston 332 moves, the gas in the cup body 210 enters the accommodating space 3331 through the vent 3141 of the sealing part 30 and the through hole 3340 of the cylinder 33, the first blocking piece 3302 of the second sealing member 330 seals the through hole 3332 and the air leakage hole 3333 by the suction force, and the external air cannot enter the accommodating space 3331; when the rotating disc 38 is continuously rotated, the piston 332 moves inward in the receiving space 3331 of the cylinder 33 to discharge the air in the receiving space 3331 through the air leakage hole 3333 of the cylinder 33, and in this process, the first blocking portion 3102 of the first sealing member 310 seals the air hole 3141 due to the pressure generated when the piston 332 moves, so that the air in the receiving space 3331 does not enter the cup body 210, the pressure opens the first blocking piece 3302 of the second sealing member 330, and the air in the receiving space 3331 is discharged through the air leakage hole 3333.
In the illustrated embodiment, the vent hole 3141 is located on the upper holder 3106, the first sealing member 310 is fixed to the upper holder 3106, when the first sealing member 310 is opened, the air in the cup body 210 enters the air cylinder 33 through the vent hole 3141, and when the first sealing member 310 seals the vent hole 3141, the air in the air cylinder 33 is prevented from entering the cup body 210. The present application is not limited thereto, and as shown in fig. 11 to 12, the upper holder 3106 includes a first holder 316 and a second holder 318. The first holder 316 includes a vent 3161. The second holder 318 includes a second vent 3181 communicating with the vent 3161. The filter assembly includes a sealing member covering the vent 3161 and an elastic member 315 between the third sealing member 317 and the second holding member 318. In the illustrated embodiment, the seal is a third seal 317.
When the cooking machine is vacuumized, the suction force generated when the piston 332 moves makes the third sealing member 317 move to open the air hole 3161 and compress the elastic member 315, and the air in the cup body 210 enters the air cylinder 33 through the air hole 3161 and the second air hole 3181. When the air cylinder 33 stops pumping air, the elastic force of the elastic member 315 presses the third sealing member 317 to the first holding member 316 to seal the air hole 3161, and air in the air cylinder 33 does not enter the cup body 210.
In the illustrated embodiment, the cap assembly 3 drives the rotating member 331 to rotate through the rotating disc 38, but the present invention is not limited to this, as shown in fig. 14, in another embodiment, the cap 5 includes a third tooth portion 51 engaged with the second tooth portion 3312 of the rotating member 331, the cap 5 drives the rotating member 331 to rotate when rotating, the rotating member 331 drives the connecting rod 35 to move, air in the food cup 2 is drawn out through the air hole 3141, the handle 39, the rotating disc 38 and the second rotating member 37 are omitted, and the structure is simpler.
In the illustrated embodiment, the piston 332 moves inward in the receiving space 3331 of the cylinder 33 to draw air out of the cooking cup 2, but the present application is not limited thereto, and in another embodiment, a vacuum pump is provided to connect the air vent 3141 to draw air out of the cooking cup 2.
The filtering piece 3091 of the filtering component can prevent the blockage caused by the juice residue of the food, and effectively ensure the smooth process of vacuum pumping.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
