The vent hole 3204 and the air inlet hole 3205 may be disposed on the assembling portion 301 of the cup cover 30, that is, the assembling portion 301 is equivalent to the bottom plate 3201.
In the illustrated embodiment, the cap 30 includes a limiting rib 302, and the first sealing portion 313 of the sealing member 31 is in close sealing contact with the limiting rib 302 of the cap 30, but the application is not limited thereto. When the cap 30 is not provided with the limiting rib 302, the second sealing portion 314 of the sealing element 31 can be only used for being attached and sealed with the assembling portion 301 of the cap 30.
In the illustrated embodiment, the main body portion 310 of the sealing member 31 is in close sealing contact with the assembling portion 301 of the cap 30, but the present application is not limited thereto. The main body 310 may not be attached to the assembly portion 301.
The air suction and pressure relief assembly is simple in structure, and performs vacuum suction and pressure relief by arranging the air inlet 3235 communicated with the button assembly 326 and the air outlet 3236 communicated with the air suction device 324 on the air suction cover 323.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (17)

1. A gas pumping and pressure relieving assembly capable of vacuumizing and relieving pressure of a cup body (21), the gas pumping and pressure relieving assembly comprising a cover plate, a gas pumping cover (323) and a gas pumping device (324), the cover plate comprises a gas inlet hole (3205) and a vent hole (3204) which are communicated with the space in the cup body (21), the gas pumping cover (323) comprises a top wall (3230), a side wall (3231) extending from the top wall (3230) and a first fixing column (3232) and a second fixing column (3233) extending from the side wall (3231), the top wall (3230), the side wall (3231) and the cover plate enclose a receiving part (3234), the gas pumping cover (323) comprises a gas inlet (3235) communicated with the gas inlet hole (3205) and a gas outlet (3236) communicated with the vent hole (3204), and the gas outlet (3236) penetrates through the first fixing column (3232), the air inlet (3235) penetrates through the second fixing column (3233), the air suction cover (323) is provided with an air inlet channel (3237) and a retaining wall (3239) for separating the accommodating part (3234) from the air inlet channel (3237), the air suction device (324) is communicated with the air outlet (3236), when vacuum is drawn, the air suction device (324) sucks air in the cup body (21) through the vent hole (3204), the accommodating part (3234) and the air outlet (3236), when pressure is relieved, outside air enters the cup body (21) through the air inlet (3235), the air inlet channel (3237) and the air inlet (3205), the air suction and pressure relief assembly further comprises a button assembly (326), a first air pipe (328) and a second air pipe (329), and the first air pipe (328) is communicated with the air outlet (3236) and the device (324), the second air tube (329) communicates the air inlet port (3235) with the button assembly (326).

The gas evacuation and pressure relief assembly according to claim 1, comprising a one-way valve (322) assembled to the cover plate, the one-way valve (322) comprising a flap (3221) located within the housing portion (3234), suction from the gas evacuation device (324) opening the flap (3221) to allow gas to enter the housing portion (3234) through the vent aperture (3204).
3. The pump evacuation and pressure relief assembly according to claim 1 or 2, comprising a button assembly (326), said button assembly (326) comprising a vent button (3263) and a vent valve body (3262), said vent valve body (3262) comprising a receiving portion (32620) and a vent channel (32621) in communication with said receiving portion (32620), said vent channel (32621) being in communication with said air inlet (3235), said vent button (3263) being movable relative to said vent valve body (3262) to allow ambient air to enter said receiving portion (32620).

The pump down and pressure relief assembly of claim 3 wherein said button assembly (326) includes a sealing ring (3264) and a resilient member (3265) assembled to said venting button (3263), said venting button (3263) moving said sealing ring (3264) to allow ambient air to enter said housing portion (32620), said resilient member (3265) moving said sealing ring (3264) to isolate said housing portion (32620) from an ambient space.

The suction and pressure relief assembly of claim 3 wherein said button assembly (326) further comprises an activation button (3261) and a circuit board (325), said circuit board (325) comprising a contact (3251), said activation button (3261) pressing said contact (3251) to activate said suction device (324).
6. The air evacuation and pressure relief assembly of claim 3, wherein the second air tube (329) communicates the air inlet port (3235) with the exhaust passage (32621).
7. Vacuum head assembly, comprising a base (320), an upper cover (327) and a pumping and pressure relief assembly according to any of claims 1 to 6, the base (320) and the upper cover (327) enclosing a space (3206), the pumping and pressure relief assembly being located in the space (3206), the cover being arranged on the base (320).
8. The vacuum head assembly as claimed in claim 7, wherein the base (320) includes a bottom plate (3201) and a sidewall (3202) extending from the bottom plate (3201), the sidewall (3202), and the upper cover (327) enclose the space (3206), and the cover plate is the bottom plate (3201).
9. A lid assembly comprising a lid (30) and a pump and pressure relief assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, the lid being provided to the lid (30).
10. A lid assembly comprising a lid (30) and a vacuum head assembly as claimed in claim 7 or 8 assembled to the lid (30).
11. The lid assembly of claim 10, including a seal (31) connecting the vacuum head assembly and the lid (30).
12. The lid assembly of claim 11, wherein the lid (30) includes an assembly portion (301) and a retention bead (302) extending from the assembly portion (301), the seal (31) including a first seal portion (313) operable to form a snug seal with the retention bead (302) and a second seal portion (314) operable to form a snug seal with the assembly portion (301).
13. The cup lid assembly of claim 12, wherein the seal (31) includes a main body portion (310) adapted to engage the assembly portion (301), and a first limiting portion (311) and a second limiting portion (312) extending from the main body portion (310), the second limiting portion (312) being located between the first sealing portion (313) and the first limiting portion (311), the vacuum head assembly including a second extending portion (3208) located between the first limiting portion (311) and the second limiting portion (312), the first limiting portion (311) and the second limiting portion (312) engaging and sealing with the second extending portion (3208).
14. The cup lid assembly of claim 13, wherein the vacuum head assembly includes a first extension (3207) located on a side of the first stopper portion (311) and in sealing engagement with the first stopper portion (311).
15. The lid assembly of claim 14, wherein the vacuum head assembly includes a third extension (3209), the retention rib (302) being located between the third extension (3209) and the first seal (313).
16. A food processor including a lid assembly as claimed in any one of claims 9 to 15 and a cup (21) assembled to the lid assembly.
17. Food processor characterized in that it comprises a cup (21) and a vacuum head assembly according to claim 7 or 8, assembled to said cup (21).
