10. A lid assembly for assembly to a cup, the lid assembly comprising the pumping assembly of any of claims 5 to 7.

The lid assembly of claim 10, including a connector (30) and a further one-way valve assembled to the connector (30), the connector (30) including a vent (3011), the first barrier (3651) of the further one-way valve being operable to seal or open the vent (3011), the lid assembly including a pressure indicating device (5) in communication with the channel (3653) of the further one-way valve.
12. The lid assembly of claim 10, including a connector (30) having vents (3011), the air-extracting assembly including a connecting portion (362) connecting the first cylinder (360) and the second cylinder (361), the connecting portion (362) including a first air outlet (3620) and a second air outlet (3621), air in the cup (21) being able to enter the connecting portion (362) through the vents (3011), and then enter the first cylinder (360) through the first air outlet (3620) and enter the second cylinder (361) through the second air outlet (3621).
13. A cooking cup, comprising a lid assembly as claimed in any one of claims 9 to 12 and a cup body (21) assembled to the lid assembly.
14. A food processor, characterized in that it comprises a cup according to claim 13 and a base assembly (1) assembled to said cup.
