8. A tool holder assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising an air extractor and a waterproof, air-permeable assembly assembled to the housing, the waterproof, air-permeable assembly being located between the air extractor and the filter assembly.
9. The blade holder assembly of claim 8 wherein the housing includes a receiving portion for receiving the waterproof and gas-permeable assembly and a gas outlet for gas within the cup assembly to pass through, the gas outlet communicating the receiving portion with the gas-extracting device.
10. A food processor comprising the holder assembly of any one of claims 1-9 and a cup assembly removably assembled to the holder assembly.
