s1) preparing mother liquor a: taking 2000g of purified water, dissolving 500g of fresh ganoderma lucidum spore powder into the purified water, uniformly stirring, dissolving 2000g of prepared pine pollen into the solution, dissolving 50g of prepared soybean protein peptide into the solution, uniformly stirring, implanting into a special fermentation tank at 28-38 ℃, and standing for 120 hours;

mixing 2500g of purified water, 70g of Angel yeast powder and 600g of ganoderma lucidum spore powder uniformly, putting into a fermentation tank, keeping the temperature at 26-36 ℃, and standing for 20 minutes;
fermentation: after 20 minutes, the fermentation phenomenon (just like boiling) begins to appear, and at the moment, 200-250g of yoghourt is added, the temperature is kept at 26-36 ℃, and the mixture is kept standing for 12 hours;

S7) filling: and filling the sterilized semi-finished product nutrient solution into a beverage bottle with the volume of 30ml by a special food-grade filling machine to obtain a finished product of the ganoderma lucidum pollen pini peptidase energy nutrient solution with 50 percent of active peptidase.
S8) are packaged into a packaging box.

fermentation: after 20 minutes, fermentation phenomenon (just like boiling) begins to appear, 300g of yoghourt is added at the moment, the temperature is kept at 26-36 ℃, and standing is carried out for 12 hours;
