The first embodiment is as follows:
80 grams of ginseng, 800 grams of Chinese yam, 600 grams of cordyceps militaris, 400 grams of rhizoma polygonati, 800 grams of wolfberry fruit, 400 grams of raspberry, 400 grams of pumpkin seed, 400 grams of sharpleaf galangal fruit, 400 grams of mulberry, 400 grams of cinnamon, 120 grams of eucommia male flower, 400 grams of burdock root, 480 grams of dextrin, 480 grams of maltodextrin and 4.8 grams of neomethyl hesperidin dihydrochalcone.
The efficacy of the components is as follows:
(1) chinese yam: has effects in resisting aging, enhancing immunity, invigorating spleen and stomach, clearing away heat and toxic materials, promoting salivation, tonifying lung, and invigorating kidney.

1. A preparation method of a health-preserving solid beverage is characterized by comprising ginseng, Chinese yam, cordyceps militaris, rhizoma polygonati, medlar, raspberry, pumpkin seed, sharpleaf galangal fruit, mulberry, cinnamon, eucommia male flower and burdock root, wherein the medicinal and edible components are mixed, smashed, ground into raw material coarse powder, extracted first, added with dextrin, maltodextrin and neomethyl hesperidin dihydrochalcone after the extract is slightly dried to form paste, uniformly mixed, dried, agglomerated, crushed and sieved to form solid particles, and the health-preserving solid beverage finished product is prepared.

The method for preparing a health-preserving solid beverage as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ginseng is 1-180 g, the yam is 1-900 g, the cordyceps militaris is 1-700 g, the polygonatum is 1-500 g, the wolfberry fruit is 1-900 g, the raspberry is 1-500 g, the pumpkin seed is 1-500 g, the fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae is 1-500 g, the mulberry fruit is 1-500 g, the cinnamon is 1-500 g, the eucommia male flower is 1-220 g, and the burdock root is 1-500 g.

The method for preparing a health solid beverage according to claim 1, wherein the ginseng is 80 g, the yam is 800 g, the cordyceps militaris is 600 g, the polygonatum is 400 g, the wolfberry is 800 g, the raspberry is 400 g, the pumpkin seed is 400 g, the sharpleaf galangal fruit is 400 g, the mulberry is 400 g, the cinnamon is 400 g, the eucommia male flower is 120 g, and the burdock root is 400 g.
4. The method for preparing a health-preserving solid beverage according to claim 1, wherein the particle size of each component is 150-500 mm.
5. The method for preparing a health-preserving solid beverage as claimed in claim 1, wherein the extraction medium is water or an alcoholic liquid solvent.
6. The preparation method of the health solid beverage as claimed in claim 4, wherein the dextrin is 1 to 580 g, the maltodextrin is 1 to 580 g, and the neohesperidin dihydrochalcone is 1 to 5.8 g.
7. The method for preparing a health solid beverage according to claim 5, wherein the dextrin is 480 g, the maltodextrin is 480 g, and the neohesperidin dihydrochalcone is 4.8 g.
