The embodiment of the invention also aims to provide application of the giant salamander keep-alive method in aquatic product transportation. By adopting the animal nutrient solution provided by the embodiment of the invention as the nutrient solution, putting the live loaches into the nutrient solution to be stored together with the aquatic products to be transported, and then filling oxygen into the nutrient solution to ensure oxygen supply, the aquatic products to be transported can be kept alive, the quality and the life of the aquatic products to be transported can be guaranteed, and the aquatic products to be transported are prevented from getting ill or even dying due to water quality deterioration, infectious microbes, virus infection and the like.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the giant salamander keep-alive method, the animal nutrient solution prepared by the embodiment of the invention utilizes vitamin B, vitamin C, glucose and the like to reduce microbial infection and infectious microbe infection, simultaneously guarantees nutrient components required by the giant salamander to live, and effectively prolongs the survival time of the giant salamander in the transportation process.

All falling within the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
An animal nutrient solution is prepared by the following specific steps:
1) weighing 10mg of vitamin B6, 0.5mg of vitamin B1 and 20mg of vitamin C, adding the vitamin B6, the vitamin B1 and the vitamin C into 1000mL of pre-weighed water, dissolving and uniformly mixing to obtain a first solution, wherein the water is mountain spring water of a fish farming place;
2) adding 2mL of glucose solution, 50g of live loach and 5g of duck egg white into the first solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain the animal nutrient solution; wherein the concentration of the glucose solution is 40g/100 mL.
Example 2
An animal nutrient solution is prepared by the following specific steps:
1) weighing 50mg of vitamin B6, 20mg of vitamin B1 and 50mg of vitamin C, adding the weighed vitamin B6, 20mg of vitamin B1 and 50mg of vitamin C into 1200mL of water, dissolving and uniformly mixing to obtain a first solution, wherein the water is self-made deep well spring water;
2) adding 20mL of glucose solution, 100g of live loach and 30g of duck egg white into the first solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain the animal nutrient solution; wherein the concentration of the glucose solution is 60g/100 mL.
Example 3
An animal nutrient solution is prepared by the following specific steps:
1) weighing 50mg of vitamin B6, 20mg of vitamin B1 and 50mg of vitamin C, adding the weighed vitamin B6, 20mg of vitamin B1 and 50mg of vitamin C into 1000mL of water, dissolving and uniformly mixing to obtain a first solution, wherein the water is mountain spring water of a fish farming place;
2) adding 10mL of glucose solution, 50g of live loach and 30g of duck egg white into the first solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain the animal nutrient solution; wherein the concentration of the glucose solution is 50g/100 mL.
Example 4
An animal nutrient solution is prepared by the following specific steps:
1) weighing 20mg of vitamin B6, 20mg of vitamin B1 and 20mg of vitamin C, adding the weighed vitamin B6, 20mg of vitamin B1 and 20mg of vitamin C into 1200mL of water, dissolving and uniformly mixing to obtain a first solution, wherein the water is mountain spring water of a fish farming place;
2) adding 5mL of glucose solution, 50g of live loach and 20g of duck egg white into the first solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain the animal nutrient solution; wherein the concentration of the glucose solution is 50g/100 mL.
Example 5
An animal nutrient solution is prepared by the following specific steps:
1) weighing 10mg of vitamin B6, 0.5mg of vitamin B1 and 20mg of vitamin C, adding the vitamin B6, the vitamin B1 and the vitamin C into 1000mL of pre-weighed water, dissolving and uniformly mixing to obtain a first solution, wherein the water is mountain spring water of a fish farming place;
2) adding 2mL of glucose solution, 50g of live loach and 5g of duck egg white into the first solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain the animal nutrient solution; wherein the concentration of the glucose solution is 50g/100 mL.
Example 6
An animal nutrient solution is prepared by the following specific steps:
1) weighing 10mg of vitamin B6, 0.5mg of vitamin B1 and 20mg of vitamin C, adding the vitamin B6, the vitamin B1 and the vitamin C into 1000mL of pre-weighed water, dissolving and uniformly mixing to obtain a first solution, wherein the water is mountain spring water of a fish farming place;
2) adding 2mL of glucose solution, 50g of clarias fuscus and 5g of duck egg white into the first solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain the animal nutrient solution; wherein the concentration of the glucose solution is 50g/100 mL.
Example 7
An animal nutrient solution is prepared by the following specific steps:
1) weighing 10mg of vitamin B6, 0.5mg of vitamin B1 and 20mg of vitamin C, adding the vitamin B6, the vitamin B1 and the vitamin C into 1000mL of pre-weighed water, dissolving and uniformly mixing to obtain a first solution, wherein the water is mountain spring water of a fish farming place;
2) adding 1.5mL of glucose solution, 50g of loach and 4g of duck egg white into the first solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain the animal nutrient solution; wherein the concentration of the glucose solution is 50g/100 mL.
Example 8
The giant salamander keep-alive test is respectively carried out by adopting the animal nutrient solutions prepared in the embodiments 3 to 5, namely the test groups of the embodiment 3, the test group of the embodiment 4 and the test group of the embodiment 5 are divided, and the giant salamander keep-alive method specifically comprises the following steps: 1) putting a vacuum bag for placing the giant salamander into a first packaging box, and adding the animal nutrient solution into the vacuum bag; 2) putting the giant salamander into the vacuum bag, immediately removing air in the vacuum bag, immediately filling oxygen into the vacuum bag, quickly sealing the vacuum bag after filling the oxygen, covering a box cover of the first packaging box, putting the first packaging box into a second packaging box for sealing, punching packaging date and time on the second packaging box, pasting an opening anti-counterfeiting seal and a two-dimensional code, and loading and conveying the two-dimensional code; the giant salamander keeping-alive test method comprises the following steps that first packaging boxes are 70cm long, 25cm wide and 25cm high, second packaging boxes are 72cm long, 52cm wide and 52cm high, a giant salamander is placed in each first packaging box, the first packaging boxes are made of polyphenyl plates, the second packaging boxes are made of paperboards, and the specific giant salamander keeping-alive test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from the data in table 1, in the experimental group of example 3, the survival time of giant salamander was 5 days, the reason for failure: the water quality is unclear, the physique and strength of the giant salamanders are reduced, the skin is not glossy, but under the condition of running water, the relief is achieved in 24 hours, the giant salamanders are powerful in expression, the skin is glossy, and the giant salamanders can also eat food; in the experimental group of example 4, the survival time of giant salamanders was 8 days, the failure reason: the giant salamander has good water quality but is turbid, the giant salamander slowly moves, but is relieved in 12 hours under the condition of flowing water, and the giant salamander moves forcefully and can also eat; in the experimental group of example 5, the survival time of the giant salamander is 12 days, the giant salamander basically acts normally, the water quality is slightly turbid, the situation of the giant salamander is relieved after the giant salamander is put into the running water for 2 to 3 hours, and the giant salamander can act forcefully and eat the giant salamander in the running water.
Example 9
The giant salamander keep-alive test is carried out by adopting the animal nutrient solution prepared in the embodiment 7, and the giant salamander keep-alive method specifically comprises the following steps: 1) putting a vacuum bag for placing the giant salamander into a first packaging box, and adding the animal nutrient solution into the vacuum bag; 2) putting the giant salamander into the vacuum bag, immediately removing air in the vacuum bag, immediately filling oxygen into the vacuum bag, quickly sealing the vacuum bag after filling the oxygen, covering a box cover of the first packaging box, putting the first packaging box into a second packaging box for sealing, punching packaging date and time on the second packaging box, pasting an opening anti-counterfeiting seal and a two-dimensional code, and loading and conveying the two-dimensional code; the giant salamander vacuum box is characterized in that the first packing boxes are 70cm in length, 30cm in width and 30cm in height, the second packing boxes are 72cm in length, 62cm in width and 62cm in height, two giant salamanders are placed in each first packing box, the first packing boxes are made of vacuum plates, and the second packing boxes are made of polycarbonate plates. Meanwhile, a common packaging method is adopted as a comparative example, namely a mode of filling oxygen and fresh water into a water tank in the prior art (the adding amount of the oxygen and the fresh water is the same as that in the giant salamander keep-alive method in the embodiment of the invention) is adopted for giant salamander keep-alive. The specific giant salamander keep-alive test results are shown in table 2.

From the above results, it can be seen that the animal nutrient solution prepared by the embodiment of the present invention uses drugs such as water, vitamin B, vitamin C, glucose, etc. to control the infection of microorganisms and infectious microbes, meanwhile, the nutrient components required by the giant salamander are ensured, the giant salamander keep-alive method provided by the embodiment of the invention, by adopting the animal nutrient solution prepared by the embodiment of the invention as the nutrient solution and adding enough pure oxygen, the animal nutrient solution can survive for a long time under the protection of the first packing box and the second packing box, but also has the advantages of standard packaging, heat preservation, fresh preservation, water and oxygen preservation, ensures that the water in the nutrient solution does not deteriorate within 15 days, further ensuring that the giant salamanders survive for about 15 days, the giant salamanders are free of diseases and death during transportation and can be continuously cultured, and the giant salamanders can be retailed by national electric merchants through single small-amount packaging, therefore, the direct marketing of the giant salamanders from the online to the offline in the country can be achieved, and the economic value and the social benefit of the giant salamanders are improved.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, because the animal nutrient solution has high nutrient content and concentration and is in a pure oxygen environment, the giant salamander does not deteriorate within 15 days (with a proper temperature), the giant salamander survives in the nutrient solution without oxygen deficiency and nutrition, and under the protection of the first packaging box and the second packaging box, the giant salamander can be kept in a proper temperature environment to grow fast, and can be safely delivered to a client (within 15 days) by adding a proper amount of ice bags at a high temperature in summer, and can be normally transported in spring, autumn and winter, the freshness activity of the giant salamander within 15 days is determined to be the same as that of a fresh water breeding domestication pond, and can be domesticated continuously, and the freshness can be ensured for more than 10 days in a high temperature period in summer (adding a proper amount of ice blocks therein), and can be domesticated continuously.

Claims (10)
1. The animal nutrient solution is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of vitamin B6, 0.5-20 parts of vitamin B1, 20-50 parts of vitamin C, 2000-20000 parts of glucose solution, 5000-30000 parts of duck egg white, 50000-100000 parts of fat and a proper amount of water.
2. The animal nutrition solution of claim 1 wherein the concentration of said glucose solution is 40-60g/100 mL.
3. A method of preparing an animal nutrition solution as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 2, comprising the steps of:
1) weighing vitamin B6, vitamin B1 and vitamin C according to a ratio, adding the vitamin B6, the vitamin B1 and the vitamin C into pre-weighed water, and mixing to obtain a first solution;
2) and adding a glucose solution, fat and duck egg white into the first solution according to a ratio, and mixing to obtain the animal nutrient solution.
4. An animal nutrient solution prepared by the method for preparing an animal nutrient solution according to claim 3.
5. A giant salamander keep-alive method is characterized in that the giant salamander keep-alive method adopts the animal nutrient solution of claim 1, 2 or 4, and specifically comprises the following steps:
1) weighing the animal nutrient solution according to the weight of the giant salamander, and adding the animal nutrient solution into a container;
2) and (3) putting the giant salamander into the container, and replacing the air in the container with oxygen.
6. A giant salamander keep-alive method according to claim 5, wherein in step 1), the weight ratio of the giant salamander to the animal nutrient solution is 2-5: 1-2.
7. A giant salamander keep-alive method according to claim 5, wherein the giant salamander keep-alive method further comprises sealing the container, placing the container into a first packaging box, and sealing the first packaging box.
8. A giant salamander keep-alive method according to claim 7, wherein the giant salamander keep-alive method further comprises putting the sealed first packaging box into a second packaging box, and sealing the second packaging box.
9. A giant salamander keep-alive method according to claim 8, wherein the materials of the first packaging box and the second packaging box are independently selected from any one of polystyrene boards, vacuum boards, paperboards or polycarbonate boards.
10. Use of the giant salamander survival keeping method according to any one of claims 5 to 9 in aquatic product transportation.
