Background
Giant salamanders, also called giant salamanders, belong to the second category of national animal protection, have special life habits, have particularly high requirements on water quality and need to be flowing spring water. Because the giant salamander has high nutritive value and delicious meat quality, the skin of the giant salamander has special effect on treating burns and scalds and is a good product for maintaining beauty, keeping young and protecting skin. Therefore, in recent years, a large number of merchants domesticate and sell the giant salamanders in fresh water, and the package and transportation become the key factors for keeping the giant salamanders fresh, quality and alive.
At present, most giant salamander farmers transport the giant salamanders in a way of injecting oxygen and fresh water in a water tank when transporting the giant salamanders in a short distance, and the fresh water does not contain nutritional ingredients, so that the water quality cannot be guaranteed, and the giant salamanders are not beneficial to survival of the giant salamanders, and the giant salamander farmers transport the giant salamanders in a way of injecting oxygen and adding egg white or fresh water in a vacuum bag, so that the water quality is easily deteriorated within 2-3 days, the giant salamanders are diseased and even die, and serious economic loss is caused to the giant salamanders.
Therefore, the giant salamander keep-alive method has the following problems in practical use: the existing giant salamander keep-alive method is easy to cause disease and even death of the giant salamander due to water deterioration, and further the problem that the giant salamander can not be kept alive for a long time is solved.
