As shown in fig. 1-2, the traction system comprises a tractor, a traction platform 31, a traction suspension device 2 and a balance single wheel 1; the traction platform 31 is used for bearing the main medicine box 22, the auxiliary medicine box 30, the air supply auxiliary system, the spraying system and the expansion and contraction door system, the balance single wheel 1 is positioned below the front part of the traction platform 31 and used for keeping the stability of the spraying machine, and the traction platform 31 is connected with a traction plate at the rear part of the tractor through the traction suspension device 2 so as to drive the whole spraying machine to advance.
As shown in fig. 1-6: the invention relates to an expansion-contraction door-shaped rotary convection type liquid medicine recovery air-assisted sprayer, which comprises the following steps: the tractor is used as a traction device, the traction suspension device 2 is connected with the traction platform 31 to realize the advancing, retreating and steering of the spraying machine, and meanwhile, a rear power output shaft of the tractor provides power for the hydraulic oil pump and the plunger pump 7 through the universal joint coupler 3 through the belt pulley 9, so that the air supply auxiliary system, the expansion and contraction door system and the spraying system are driven to work. During operation, the sprayer travels between two adjacent rows of the grape trellis, gate-shaped spaces formed by the cross flow fans on two sides straddle the grape trellis, the four cross flow fans adjust the transverse size of the gate-shaped spaces through the four width hydraulic cylinders 16 above the gate 17, the height hydraulic cylinder 27 at the center line position of the lower part of the gate 17 adjusts the size of the whole expansion gate in the height direction, and the five hydraulic cylinders jointly act to adjust the optimal pesticide application space according to the size of a spraying object. The air-assisted system provides power for the droplets, the two opposite crossflow blowers on each side of the sprayer are arranged in central symmetry, the inflow arc and the outflow arc of the left outer crossflow blower 13 are respectively over against the outflow arc and the inflow arc of the left inner crossflow blower 15, and the inflow arc and the outflow arc of the right outer crossflow blower 29 are respectively over against the outflow arc and the inflow arc of the right inner crossflow blower 28. When wind is supplied, airflow is blown out from the outflow arc of the left outer crossflow fan 13/the right outer crossflow fan 29, penetrates through the canopy, enters the inflow arc of the left inner crossflow fan 15/the right inner crossflow fan 28, is blown out from the outflow arc of the left inner crossflow fan 15/the right inner crossflow fan 28 through the flow guiding action of the impeller 34 and the arc air guide cover 41, enters the inflow arc of the left outer crossflow fan 13/the right outer crossflow fan 29 again, and circularly reciprocates to generate columnar rotary convection wind, so that the plants are subjected to a columnar rotary convection type wind supply mode, the drifting of fog drops is reduced, and the coverage rate and the deposition uniformity of liquid medicine are improved. The liquid medicine that does not deposit on the blade gathers in holding cistern 36 through gas-liquid separation device 14, and the liquid medicine reaches the setting height, and liquid level switch 38 sends the signal and gives recovery liquid pump 18, and recovery liquid pump 18 begins work and retrieves the liquid medicine behind the filter screen 35 filtration impurity to auxiliary medicine case 30 through collecting pipe 37, realizes that the liquid medicine is retrieved automatically, intelligence, science, environmental protection.

An expansion-contraction door-shaped rotary convection type liquid medicine recovery air-assisted sprayer is characterized in that: the sprayer comprises an air supply auxiliary system, a spraying system, an air supply atomizing device and a traction system, wherein the air supply auxiliary system comprises two opposite cross flow fans which are respectively arranged on two sides, the two cross flow fans on each side are oppositely arranged to form a door-shaped space for accommodating plants to pass through, when the sprayer works, air enters from an inflow arc of an initial cross flow fan, is blown out from an outflow arc after being acted by an impeller (34) of the initial cross flow fan, blows through the plants, enters the inflow arc of the cross flow fan which is oppositely arranged, is blown out of the outflow arc, and then enters the inflow arc of the initial cross flow fan through the plants again to circularly reciprocate, so that columnar rotary convection type air supply is carried out on the plants; a spray head (23) in the spraying system is arranged at an air outlet of the cross flow fan, and liquid medicine sprayed by the spray head (23) is sprayed on plants along with the rotary convection wind formed by the two opposite cross flow fans; the expansion door system can adjust the height and the distance of the door-shaped space; the traction system carries the air-assisted atomizing device to ensure the normal running of the sprayer.

The expansion-contraction gate-type rotary convection type liquid medicine recovery air-assisted sprayer according to claim 1, characterized in that: the air supply auxiliary system comprises a left outer transverse flow fan (13) and a left inner transverse flow fan (15) which are oppositely arranged to form a door-shaped space, a right inner transverse flow fan (28) and a right outer transverse flow fan (29) which are oppositely arranged to form the door-shaped space, an air supply hydraulic oil pump (6), an oil tank (12), an air supply oil way distributor (10) and a hydraulic motor (21); the four cross flow fans are respectively fixed on the expansion and contraction door system through respective corresponding connecting and hanging devices (20), the hydraulic motors (21) are welded on the upper parts of the respective corresponding cross flow fans, the hydraulic motors (21) are connected with the air-supply oil way distributors (6) through oil pipes, the air-supply oil way distributors (10) are connected with the air-supply hydraulic oil pumps (6) through the oil pipes, and the air-supply hydraulic oil pumps (6) are connected with the oil outlets of the oil tanks (12) through the oil pipes and are simultaneously connected with the belt pulley (9); when air is supplied, a rear power output shaft of the tractor drives a belt pulley (9) through a universal joint coupler (3) to provide power for an air supply hydraulic oil pump (6), and the air supply hydraulic oil pump (6) extracts hydraulic oil from an oil tank (12) and respectively sends the hydraulic oil to four hydraulic motors (21) through an air supply oil way distributor (10) so as to drive the corresponding cross flow fans to operate.

The expansion-contraction gate-type rotary convection type liquid medicine recovery air-assisted sprayer according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: any cross flow fan consists of an impeller (34), an arc-shaped air guide cover (41), a vortex wall (33) and an arc-shaped fixing plate (32); the arc-shaped air guide cover (41) surrounds the impeller (34), the vortex wall (33) and the arc-shaped fixing plate (32), the arc-shaped air guide cover (41) is divided into an inflow arc, an outflow arc and a rear wall, the inflow arc is positioned at the air inlet, the outflow arc is positioned at the air outlet, the rear wall is positioned between the inflow arc and the outflow arc, and the radial width meets the logarithmic spiral relation; the arc-shaped fixing plate (32) is used for fixing the positions of the impeller (34) and the vortex wall (33); the impeller (34) is of circular-arc-shaped profile and is constituted by thin blades bent forwards.

The expansion-contraction gate-type rotary convection type liquid medicine recovery air-assisted sprayer according to claim 2, characterized in that: two opposite cross flow fans on each side of the sprayer are arranged in a central symmetry manner, wherein the inflow arc and the outflow arc of the left outer cross flow fan (13) are respectively over against the outflow arc and the inflow arc of the left inner cross flow fan (15), and the inflow arc and the outflow arc of the right outer cross flow fan (29) are respectively over against the outflow arc and the inflow arc of the right inner cross flow fan (28); when wind is sent, airflow is blown out from the outflow arcs of the left outer transverse flow fan (13)/the right outer transverse flow fan (29), penetrates through the canopy and then enters the inflow arcs of the left inner transverse flow fan (15)/the right inner transverse flow fan (28), is blown out from the outflow arcs of the left inner transverse flow fan (15)/the right inner transverse flow fan (28) through the flow guiding action of the impeller (34) and the arc-shaped air guide cover (41) and enters the inflow arcs of the left outer transverse flow fan (13)/the right outer transverse flow fan (29) again, and columnar rotary convection wind is generated in a circulating reciprocating mode, so that a full-azimuth circulating surrounding type wind sending mode is formed for plants.

The expansion-contraction gate-type rotary convection type liquid medicine recovery air-assisted sprayer according to claim 2, characterized in that: the air supply oil way distributor (10) is connected with an oil inlet of an oil tank (12) through an oil pipe to form the backflow of hydraulic oil.

The expansion-contraction gate-type rotary convection type liquid medicine recovery air-assisted sprayer according to claim 1, characterized in that: the expansion and contraction door system comprises a door frame (17), a cross frame rod (39), a connecting and hanging device (20), a belt pulley (9), a hydraulic oil cylinder supporting seat (19), a width hydraulic oil cylinder (16), an expansion and contraction oil way distributor (11), a height hydraulic oil cylinder (27), an oil tank (12), an expansion and contraction hydraulic oil pump (8) and an oil pipe; wherein the gantry (17) is positioned behind the traction platform (31) and used for supporting and carrying the whole expansion and contraction door; the cross frame rod (39) is positioned above the gantry (17) and is used for suspending four cross flow fans through the connecting suspension device (20); the hydraulic cylinder supporting seats (19) are respectively positioned above the portal frame (17) and the transverse frame rods (39), four width hydraulic cylinders (16) for controlling the transverse movement of the cross flow fan are arranged on the corresponding hydraulic cylinder supporting seats (19) in a staggered manner side by side, and the corresponding transverse frame rods (39) are driven to adjust the position of the corresponding cross flow fan when the cross flow fan does linear reciprocating motion; a hydraulic oil cylinder (27) for controlling the height of the door frame (17) is arranged at the center line of the lower part of the door frame (17) so as to control the change of the dimension of the whole expansion and contraction door system in the height direction; the high hydraulic oil cylinder (27) and the expansion and contraction hydraulic oil pump (8) are sequentially connected with an expansion and contraction oil way distributor (11), an oil tank (12) and an expansion and contraction hydraulic oil pump (8) through oil pipes, a power output shaft of the tractor drives a belt pulley (9) through a universal joint coupler (3) to provide power for the expansion and contraction hydraulic oil pump (8), the expansion and contraction hydraulic oil pump (8) pumps oil from the oil tank (12) to the expansion and contraction oil way distributor (11) to control the corresponding high hydraulic oil cylinder (27) or the expansion and contraction hydraulic oil pump (8) to adjust the size of an expansion and contraction door, and optimal pesticide application height and span interval operation are achieved.
