a first connecting portion 112 provided at one end of the beam portion 111; and
a second connection portion 113 provided at the other end of the beam portion 111;

The hub 151 includes: a rotating disk 1511 having a cylindrical shape; and at least two sleeve portions 1512 extending outward along the outer periphery of the rotary disk 1511, and the sleeve portions 1512 are hollow inside.
