Abstract
本发明涉及一种带风扇装置的减速机,包括箱体和高速轴,所述高速轴经轴承支承于箱体,高速轴至少一端伸出箱体外侧,高速轴的伸出端安装有风扇叶,所述风扇叶安装在箱体的外侧,箱体上与风扇叶对应位置开有通风孔,风扇叶的外侧安装有罩盖,罩盖与箱体间由螺栓连接,所述风扇叶与高速轴由键连接,风扇叶一侧由高速轴的轴肩限位,风扇叶另一侧由罩盖限位。在高速轴上安装风扇叶,利用高速轴的转动带动风扇向减速机内部吹入冷风,对减速机内部降温,减速机内的高温空气被冷风冷却,在从透气孔内排除,保证温度控制在一定范围内,无需额外动力的前提下,能够有效提高减速机的寿命,冷却效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及减速机领域,具体涉及一种带风扇装置的减速机。
背景技术
减速机是机械传动中重要部件,在冶金、矿山、机重运输、石油化工、建筑建材、轻工等行业都有广泛的应用。现有的减速机基本不设置散热装置,在工作的时候由于齿轮的摩擦会产生大量热量,最高的时候可以达到100摄氏度左右,或者更高,因为环境温度过高,使得减速机内的润滑油、密封件会在短时间内失效,导致减速机的工作噪音大,传动效率低,降低传动精度,更严重的会加速零部件表面的磨损,影响减速机的使用寿命。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中减速机内温度过高导致磨损和寿命短的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种可以风冷冷却的带风扇装置的减速机。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种带风扇装置的减速机,包括箱体和高速轴,所述高速轴经轴承支承于箱体,高速轴至少一端伸出箱体外侧,所述高速轴的伸出端安装有风扇叶,所述风扇叶安装在箱体的外侧,箱体上与风扇叶对应位置开有通风孔,风扇叶的外侧安装有罩盖,罩盖与箱体间由螺栓连接,所述风扇叶与高速轴由键连接,风扇叶一侧由高速轴的轴肩限位,风扇叶另一侧由罩盖限位。
进一步地,所述通风孔上安装有固定网。
进一步地,所述风扇叶安装在高速轴的输入端。
再进一步地,所述罩盖为网状镂空结构。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:在高速轴上安装风扇叶,利用高速轴的转动带动风扇向减速机内部吹入冷风,对减速机内部降温,减速机内的高温空气被冷风冷却,在从透气孔内排除 ,保证温度控制在一定范围内,无需额外动力的前提下,能够有效提高减速机的寿命,冷却效果好。

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详述:
如图所示,一种带风扇装置的减速机,包括箱体1,箱体1内安装有高速轴2,高速轴2经一级或者多级齿轮传动至输出轴,箱体顶部设有透气孔。高速轴1由轴承3支承于箱体1,高速轴2套有轴承端盖4,高速轴2与轴承端盖4间安装有油封5,高速轴2的输入端伸出箱体外侧,高速轴2的伸出端上通过键安装有风扇叶6,风扇叶6可根据需要安装在高速轴的任意一段。风扇叶6朝向减速机箱体1内,箱体1与风扇叶6对应的箱壁上开有通风孔,通风孔外侧经螺栓安装有固定网7,防止外侧大的灰尘和杂物进入箱体内。风扇叶6的外侧安装有罩盖8,罩盖8为镂空网状结构,罩盖8串接在高速轴并通过螺栓与箱体1固定。风扇叶6的一侧由高速轴2的轴肩限位,另一侧由罩盖8限位,防止滑动。
减速机在工作时,高速轴2在电机驱动下转动,风扇叶6跟随高速轴转动向减速机内部吹入外侧的空气,对减速机内部降温。吹进的空气自减速机顶部的透气孔排出。

1.一种带风扇装置的减速机,包括箱体和高速轴,所述高速轴经轴承支承于箱体,高速轴至少一端伸出箱体外侧,其特征在于,所述高速轴的伸出端安装有风扇叶,所述风扇叶安装在箱体的外侧,箱体上与风扇叶对应位置开有通风孔,风扇叶的外侧安装有罩盖,罩盖与箱体间由螺栓连接,所述风扇叶与高速轴由键连接,风扇叶一侧由高速轴的轴肩限位,风扇叶另一侧由罩盖限位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带风扇装置的减速机,其特征在于,所述通风孔上安装有固定网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带风扇装置的减速机,其特征在于,所述风扇叶安装在高速轴的输入端。
