本发明涉及面料制作技术领域,尤其是一种防静电皮肤面料及其制备方法,该防静电皮肤面料由以下成分组成:30‑50份的腈氯纶纤维,35‑50份的碳纤维,20‑40份的芳纶纤维,10‑15份的细银丝纤维,0.5‑3份抗静电剂,1‑5份防水胶黏剂,0.1‑0.5份的交联剂,0.2‑0.5份的助剂,将腈氯纶纤维,芳纶纤维和部分碳纤维经过纺纱机纺织成精梳纱,将另一部分碳纤维与银细丝纤维经过纺织机纺织成导电纱,将精梳纱和导电纱放入容器中,放入交联剂和助剂进行预处理。本发明通过腈氯纶纤维,碳纤维和芳纶纤维纺织成精梳纱,增加了经编的导电性能,通过碳纤维和细银丝纤维制作的导电纱作为纬编,同时加入了防静电剂,有良好的附着性,增加了整体的导电和防静电产生的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种防静电皮肤面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
所谓静电,就是一种处于静止状态的电荷或者说不流动的电荷(流动的电荷就形成了电流),当电荷聚集 在某个物体上或表面时就形成了静电,而电荷分为正电荷和负电荷两种,也就是说静电现象也分为两种即 正静电和负静电,当正电荷聚集在某个物体上时就形成了正静电,当负电荷聚集在某个物体上时就形成了 负静电,但无论是正静电还是负静电,当带静电物体接触零电位物体(接地物体)或与其有电位差的物体 时都会发生电荷转移,就是我们日常见到火花放电现象,例如北方冬天天气干燥,人体容易带上静电,当 接触他人或金属导电体时就会出现放电现象,人会有触电的针刺感,夜间能看到火花,这是化纤衣物与人 体摩擦人体带上正静电的原因,而日常生活中衣物,面料等是与人身体接触最频繁的物体之一,人们利用 面料制作衣物,饰品,包装材料等由来已久,面料的利用给人们的生活带来极大的便利,针织面料即是利 用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物,针织面料广泛应用于服装面料及里料,家纺等产品中, 受到广大消费者的喜爱,针织面料具有制造成本低,款式多样,保暖性好的优点,但是大部分针织面料防 静电性能差,特别是在干燥的冬天,易带静电起球,影响面料的服用性,所以设计一种防静电皮肤面料及 其制备方法来解决面料产生静电的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防静电皮肤面料及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种防静电皮肤面料,该防静电皮肤面料由以下成分组成:30-50份的腈氯纶纤维,35-50份的碳纤维, 20-40份的芳纶纤维,10-15份的细银丝纤维,0.5-3份抗静电剂,1-5份防水胶黏剂,0.1-0.5份的交联剂, 0.2-0.5份的助剂。
优选的,所述抗静电剂为胺的衍生物,季铵盐,硫酸酯、磷酸酯或聚乙二醇的衍生物其中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述防水胶黏剂为环氧树脂胶、醋酸乙烯树脂、丙烯酸树脂或氯化橡胶其中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述腈氯纶纤维、碳纤维和芳纶纤维的纤维长度均为100mm。
优选的,所述细银丝纤维的纤维细度为1.0DTEX。
优选的,一种防静电皮肤面料的其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将腈氯纶纤维,芳纶纤维和部分碳纤维经过纺纱机纺织成精梳纱,纱线支数为90S/1-71S/1,捻系数 为150-220,将另一部分碳纤维与银细丝纤维经过纺织机纺织成导电纱,纱线支数为70S/1-56S/1,捻系数 为100-140;
S2:将精梳纱和导电纱放入容器中,放入交联剂和助剂进行预处理;
S3:将防水胶黏剂和抗静电剂放入预处理后的纱线中进行抗静电处理,然后捞出,烘干,待纺织;
S4:将抗静电处理后的精梳纱和导电纱放入数码针织机中进行双面织造,将精梳纱作为经编,密度为 60/10cm,将导电纱作为纬编,密度为44/10cm,进行双罗纹平针组织纺织得到坯布;
S5:将坯布经过染色、着色、烘干、整烫、裁切等步骤制得成品面料。
优选的,所述S2中的助剂为流平剂、消泡剂或润湿剂其中的一种或多种。
本发明提出的一种防静电皮肤面料及其制备方法,有益效果在于:本发明通过腈氯纶纤维,碳纤维和芳纶 纤维纺织成精梳纱,增加了经编的导电性能,通过碳纤维和细银丝纤维制作的导电纱作为纬编,同时加入 了防静电剂,有良好的附着性,增加了整体的导电和防静电产生的性能。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例 仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一:一种防静电皮肤面料,由以下成分组成:30份的腈氯纶纤维,50份的碳纤维,40份的芳纶纤 维,15份的细银丝纤维,腈氯纶纤维、碳纤维和芳纶纤维的纤维长度均为100mm,细银丝纤维的纤维细 度为1.0DTEX,1份抗静电剂,抗静电剂为胺的衍生物和季铵盐,2份防水胶黏剂,防水胶黏剂为环氧树 脂胶和醋酸乙烯树脂,0.3份的交联剂,0.2的助剂,助剂为流平剂。
一种防静电皮肤面料的其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将腈氯纶纤维,芳纶纤维和部分碳纤维经过纺纱机纺织成精梳纱,纱线支数为90S/1,捻系数为150, 将另一部分碳纤维与银细丝纤维经过纺织机纺织成导电纱,纱线支数为56S/1,捻系数为100;
S2:将精梳纱和导电纱放入容器中,放入交联剂和助剂进行预处理;
S3:将防水胶黏剂和抗静电剂放入预处理后的纱线中进行抗静电处理,然后捞出,烘干,待纺织;
S4:将抗静电处理后的精梳纱和导电纱放入数码针织机中进行双面织造,将精梳纱作为经编,密度为 60/10cm,将导电纱作为纬编,密度为44/10cm,进行双罗纹平针组织纺织得到坯布;
S5:将坯布经过染色、着色、烘干、整烫、裁切等步骤制得成品面料。
实施例二:一种防静电皮肤面料,由以下成分组成:40份的腈氯纶纤维,35份的碳纤维,30份的芳纶纤 维,15份的细银丝纤维,腈氯纶纤维、碳纤维和芳纶纤维的纤维长度均为100mm,细银丝纤维的纤维细 度为1.0DTEX,2份抗静电剂,抗静电剂为硫酸酯和磷酸酯,2份防水胶黏剂,防水胶黏剂为丙烯酸树脂, 0.5份的交联剂,0.5的助剂,助剂为消泡剂和润湿剂。
一种防静电皮肤面料的其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将腈氯纶纤维,芳纶纤维和部分碳纤维经过纺纱机纺织成精梳纱,纱线支数为75S/1,捻系数为170, 将另一部分碳纤维与银细丝纤维经过纺织机纺织成导电纱,纱线支数为60S/1,捻系数为110;
S2:将精梳纱和导电纱放入容器中,放入交联剂和助剂进行预处理;
S3:将防水胶黏剂和抗静电剂放入预处理后的纱线中进行抗静电处理,然后捞出,烘干,待纺织;
S4:将抗静电处理后的精梳纱和导电纱放入数码针织机中进行双面织造,将精梳纱作为经编,密度为 60/10cm,将导电纱作为纬编,密度为44/10cm,进行双罗纹平针组织纺织得到坯布;
S5:将坯布经过染色、着色、烘干、整烫、裁切等步骤制得成品面料。

1.一种防静电皮肤面料,其特征在于:该防静电皮肤面料由以下成分组成:30-50份的腈氯纶纤维,35-50份的碳纤维,20-40份的芳纶纤维,10-15份的细银丝纤维,0.5-3份抗静电剂,1-5份防水胶黏剂,0.1-0.5份的交联剂,0.2-0.5份的助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电皮肤面料,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂为胺的衍生物,季铵盐,硫酸酯、磷酸酯或聚乙二醇的衍生物其中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电皮肤面料,其特征在于,所述防水胶黏剂为环氧树脂胶、醋酸乙烯树脂、丙烯酸树脂或氯化橡胶其中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电皮肤面料,其特征在于,所述腈氯纶纤维、碳纤维和芳纶纤维的纤维长度均为100mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电皮肤面料,其特征在于,所述细银丝纤维的纤维细度为1.0DTEX。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电皮肤面料的其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将腈氯纶纤维,芳纶纤维和部分碳纤维经过纺纱机纺织成精梳纱,纱线支数为90S/1-71S/1,捻系数为150-220,将另一部分碳纤维与银细丝纤维经过纺织机纺织成导电纱,纱线支数为70S/1-56S/1,捻系数为100-140;
S2:将精梳纱和导电纱放入容器中,放入交联剂和助剂进行预处理;
S3:将防水胶黏剂和抗静电剂放入预处理后的纱线中进行抗静电处理,然后捞出,烘干,待纺织;
S4:将抗静电处理后的精梳纱和导电纱放入数码针织机中进行双面织造,将精梳纱作为经编,密度为60/10cm,将导电纱作为纬编,密度为44/10cm,进行双罗纹平针组织纺织得到坯布;
S5:将坯布经过染色、着色、烘干、整烫、裁切等步骤制得成品面料。
